We had received printers which were damaged most likely due from UPS shipping and did not work. From what could have been a 1 star, Tony turned into a 5 star positive experience. He listened to me and he shared that he was troubled if I was disappointed.....he fixed the situation.and he did what he felt was the right thing to do ....pure and simple.
