I scheduled an appt. for purchase of 4 new tires as mine were the originalon my 2016 Chevy Malibu with 48,000+ miles & tires showing dry rot.Seems I was replacing air in the tires every week.Service also performed an oil change & of course, wheel alignment.My 75 mile drive home was an extremely smooth ride as I certainlynoted a wonderful drive with the tire replacement. Great to have thatservice performed before Winter.Thank you Kyle, for your wonderful help, advisement & dependable service as always.

Should not be difficult to schedule an appt. LEFT 3 messages. Actually spoke to 3 different individuals prior to being transferred only to leave those messages. Scheduling NEVER called me back, even after several attempts on my part. Purchased my Chevy 9 months ago and the other day my check engine light came on also having blue tooth issues (vehicle was in before for this and nothing was found) STILL HAVING issues.anyways youd think after mentioning to the 3 individuals that my check engine light was on which also means remote start is no longer working either, someone would have helped me get an appointment scheduled. Well dont bother calling me back since its already been 2 days and havent heard from your scheduler yet. I called another Chevy dealer here locally, actually spoke to someone AND got an appointment. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK for service or to purchase. Maybe your very busy or just dont really need the work. But at the very least I should have been able to make an appointment.

Dave White Chevrolet is the epitome of greed and negligence. Never have I experienced a total disregard for customer service like I have in the two visits I have taken there. I will never return. I will share my experience and viewpoint every opportunity I get. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would.I came in looking to purchase a 2020 Silverado in August and was given a disrespectful evaluation/offer on my trade in, putting a bad taste in my mouth from the start. Thankfully, another dealership was able to quadruple the price DWC offered me and things worked out.Two months later I brought my brand-new truck into DWC for an oil change. I was skeptical bringing it in, not going to lie, but the dealership is right down the street, so it made sense from a convenience standpoint. I was scheduled as the last service of the day, and apparently at DWC this deems you an annoyance to their existence. Give me your keys, get out of here, be back in exactly 30 minutes so we can all go home is the attitude I was given.Upon pickup I discovered that they had run my beautiful truck through their filthy car wash. Not only covering my truck in dirt and water spots, but also carving and swirling the ever-living hell out of the body/paint. Joe Mehling (GM) and Matt Kwiatkowski (Service Tech) blamed ME for the incident and refused to turn in a claim to their insurance company to prove who was really at fault. I called around to other local dealerships and was given the same answer: “We ASK our customers if they want a complimentary wash before running their vehicle through our carwash. Some people only hand wash their vehicles, or don’t want an abrasive wash.” I was not aware of this service, nor asked by DWC if I wanted it. The GM ultimately told me that DWC would not be covering any of my losses and taunted me by suggesting that filing a claim would be futile. “We did this to another guys’ car at a different location, and he got nowhere with his claim so good luck” – further displaying their lack of integrity.I am happy to say everything worked out to my favor in the end, but that does not mean the next person will be so lucky. They lied to my insurance agent and told them that they use a “touchless” wash for their complimentary car washes….. SEE THE PICTURE BELOW! Nice try, DWC. I would never recommend coming to this establishment if you are looking to be treated fairly.

They are very unprofessional it took them a whole week to contact me and let me know they couldnt service my car I dropped it off Thursday I called them everyday had an appointment and everything and everyday they told me they havent even gotten to my car thats ridiculous they called me Thursday and told me to pick up my car there nothing they could do they could have told me that Friday or Monday but a whole week my money is just as good as anyone elses just alot of time wasted

Friendly staff free shuttle (an available car) rides home and they will pick you up. Shuttle driver was nice good conversation and drives great.

Staff is great to deal with. Unfortunately their service for repair is not the best. Went in for an oil change alignment and to see what was causing a vibration. When my car was returned, the vibration became louder and the alignment was not corrected. Took it in to be corrected the next day and still the same vibration and alignment. They are better at sales than repairs. I suggest taking your car to a different place for service outside of a basic oil change and tire replacement.

Bought used Cert GM Cert vehicle. 2015 Silverado 1500. Easy deal from internet. Truck had some issues, not from dealer. Took care of alk oribkems in two days and i am very satisfied. 5 star rating for Jon, internet sales. Will send family members there. Traveled from Michigan to buy.
