Really great experience. Drove about an hour to the dealership and Z was super helpful and accommodating scheduling a test drive. Used car manager was a class act and went out of his way to get the best value for my trade in. Sales process was super easy and professional. In and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend Vin Devers!!

Their service is department is great. I always feel respected and welcome. Only a slight issue this time. When they tried to contact me regarding some work that was needed they text messaged my wifes phone and not mine. This meant that I was unaware of the work needed and could not authorize a timely repair.

Very poor mechanics at this Mercedes location. Sales manager is rude and could care less about you once he gets your money. I have been trying to get away from taking my vehicle there but every time I take it in to fix their last mistake, they make a new one! I feel bad for the service associates having to answer for all of their mechanics short comings. All in all, don’t spend your money with Jason Perry or Vin Devere… ever!

My car was pronounced to be a total loss after a motor vehicle accident on October 6th. New cars are very scarce right now, but Vin Devers Autohouse in Sylvania had several for me to choose among. My sales professional, Chris Stang, was well prepared and attentive throughout the purchase process. He even brought my new car to my home, over an hour from the dealership.

Revising my first review! Bringing it from 1 star to 4 stars !!! 4 because its very possible the car problem may not have been the dealers fault. WOW!!! I got contacted by the General Manager Jason Perry!! He actually saw this review and directly contacted me about this situation. He understood my review and jumped right on it!! He apologized and even expressed it by taking full responsibility and extended my uncle compensation about this issue. He assured me that Vin Devers Dealership takes care of their customers!! I was very skeptical that he was going to compensate my Uncle, but as promised He did with a Fed EX to his door!!! Now this is an undeniable act proving that Vin Devers does make it right when something goes wrong!! I have no choice but to know that the Team at Vin Devers does a great job and follow through with their promises.!!! Highly recommended. This is the first time i have ever seen a dealership display this kindness for their customer. The team at Vin Devers do a great job and follow through on their promises! He promised my Uncle to compensate Him for the trip and time we took and he did!!

We were 1,500 miles from home in Toledo visiting family when our AMG GT63s safety features and cruise control malfunctioned. Sylvania MB came to our rescue and not only fit us in that day, they also hooked us up with a loaner as well which was ready immediately when we arrived. Usually a trip to the service department at a dealership is time consuming, painful and expensive. This trip to Sylvania MB was none of that. I could not believe how great this service department is.Keith Solomon was our service advisor and was incredibly attentive. We knew what was wrong with the vehicle that day. The kicker was our home Mercedes service department (MB Houston North) forgot to tighten the bolts on a sensor after working on one of the turbos the previous week. I wish Sylvania MB was our home store and when we buy our next MB, it will definitely be from these guys.

My Mercedes broke down 500 miles away from home. I chose this dealership because of its reviews and friendly phone customer service. My experience with the service department started a little rough. Communication betwern the call taker and the service tech was non existent. My car was delivered with no direction or importance. The repair technician was not as responsive as expected on day one. Day two was a complete turn around. I spoke to the manager, who assured me, and did everything possible to get my car fixed. He managed the ordering and delivery of the part needed to fix my car. He offered transportation and a discount for my inconvenience. Excellent customer care. My car was ready the next day at closing. I am the people when I say this. People rarely remember the issue of thier grief or happiness. However they do remember how they were made to feel. Vin Devers Autohaus made me feel that I was thier only customer. If I were close they would be the shop Id give all my business and sales. Training is needed but my thanks goes out to the Mgr. Keith and the tech Dylan. I will remember Vin Devers Autohaus.

Tom and a Paul Devers run an elite dealership worthy of their father Vin’s gold seal of approval, who started Vin Devers back in 1956. This team of sales and total service is truly the best in class of Mercedes dealerships. Their service is in fact bar none the best in the business .in my experiences Dyllan stayed in contact through the entire repair process which was greatly appreciated. I would very highly recommend them.

Currently on my 3rd Mercedes-Benz, all purchased and serviced from Vin Devers Autohaus of Sylvania! Been a great experience every time in Sales and Service and Ive even had to use the Body Shop once and that went smooth and easy as well! Would definately recommend!
