The only place who could get me in today because everyone else were booked up. They got me in and out in a flash. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a problem with my camper while traveling on vacation and they hooked me up with 4 new tires. They installed them quickly and at a good price. Lisa was very helpful and Jason did a great job. Ill remember this place next time Im in the area.

The price was what I expected and the staff was friendly! But they scratched the heck out of my rim so be careful. If you are a person that cares about your wheels I would suggest taking before and after pictures.

While the oil change and tire rotation only took 1 hour, I was disappointed that MULTIPLE people (I saw three during my hour there) were NOT wearing masks in a middle of a pandemic and talking to customers without masks on in the middle of a pandemic. Did not enforce social distancing rules either when talking to customers. Disappointed. I also had a coupon for a $24 dollar oil change with tire rotation and they did not honor the coupon. I asked for my breaks to be checked and they also did not tell me the status of them. I will not be coming back to this Tireman.

My husband and I go there for their good pricing and great service. We get our oil changed there and get our tires some air. I am a disabled woman and they are very kind and accommodating to me. They allow me to drive around back and pull in garage area and someone always will help me. I dont even have to get out of my car. We would highly recommend Tireman.

As always, the service at this location was excellent! Aaron, the manager, is definitely great in the customer service department, and the other customer service reps are just as good. I have been taking cars to Aaron for 25+ years, and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of work done by the mechanics. In fact, I moved 10 years ago, and continue to drive over an hour to have my car service done by this fantastic team!

I bought tires at this location two years ago. While installing the tires, they informed me my rear brakes needed to be replaced. I didn’t really want to pay for brakes that day, but thought I might as well have them do it while it was on the lift. I left that day thinking everything was fine and at least the brakes would be good for a while. I’m not hard on brakes and I couldn’t figure out why my front wheels were always COVERED in brake dust. Within the last few months, I noticed my rear rotors were wearing in a very strange way. It was then obvious the front brakes were doing all the work while braking. One side was hardly worn by the pads, but rusted and pitted. The other was heavily worn and had deep grooves in it. The passenger side started sticking within the last month to point where the rotor made contact with the pads at all times. I tried to pulled the calipers myself, but someone put too many uga-dugas on the bolts and they wouldn’t break loose. I finally took it to a qualified mechanic for repair, he had to break the bolts to remove the calipers which were locked up. It seemed no lube or anti-seize was used when the brakes had been serviced at this location. Along with the rotors and pads being trashed, the calipers needed to be replaced as well. Tireman charged me $325 for a very poor brake job that my car probably never really needed. I didn’t as much about cars then as I do now, it’s obvious they took advantage of that. I wonder how often this happens with other customers. I can say this is not a reflection of service at all Tireman stores. I went to the other location down the street for a patch and they were incredibly helpful. My likely unnecessary brake job could have been done right and my brakes would still be fine today, but these guys decided to cut corners.

Cliff and his guys did an excellent job handling my situation today. He had his mechanics do a quick 15 minute safety check on my front end AFTER closing time to make sure my truck was safe to drive home. Cliff went over and beyond my expectations, and his customer service was on point. These are the kind of guys you can trust working on your vehicles =)

They always complete my oil change and tire rotation quickly and the price can’t be beat but Saturday as soon as I left I had two lights come on on my dash, engine light and traction control light. I called and they said to bring it back so they could take a look. I drove back and they hooked it up to the computer, the kid forgot to plug something back in. Easy fix but annoying to have to drive back and no one even apologized for the mistake, just said “okay it’s fine now.” Just became a bigger hassle.

They are normally quick and competitively priced. I recommend staying away during busy times, as they get exponentially slower with repairs. Overall, great place to go for quick repairs and good oil changes.

The mechanic went out of his way to really fix my truck right. And it was covered by the alignment warranty!Went back to this store today (May, 19) and they were able to install my new Moog control arms and cam bolts and get it aligned perfectly. Lubed up everything also. Great Job! My 03 Chevy drives better than any new Ford! Lol

Been getting my tires here since tires were invented. Very quick and quality service. Had tpms issue fixed here too. Alignments are dead on accurate. Will be in soon to get new tires for the Honda.

They sure try to upsell you things needed or MAYBE needed a year down the road, but they dont fix things right the first time! My daughter broke down had her car towed there, we paid them $600+ to fix something called a throttle body. Then she breaks down again and guess what? It was the throttle body AGAIN!!! Within a couple months!

Another satisfied experience. Had taken my truck in to have the transmission pan gasket replaced. I was called later to be told problem was more serious and would need to go to a transmission place for leak problem. Also bearings and a ball joint needed to be replaced. Took in on 10/9 and was called on 10/11 that transmission place was unable to find leak. Aaron told me he had been in contact with them several times during its time there. Truck was brought back to Tireman and Aaron said he drove and then parked my truck to be sure still no leak andthere wasnt so bearings and ball joint were replaced and truck aligned and I was told I could pick up. We have taken my vehicles to Tireman for over 20 years and have always come away with confidence that only the work that needed to be done was done and that it was done correctly and that they have my safety in mind. I have gone to them for different things and they always take the time to listen and offer a remedy to the problem. I am thankful that I have established a relationship with them and that I can trust them no matter the problem.

Been there three times in 2 months to get the same part fixed. The 3rd time i was charged. Its broke again i will not ever bring any car I own here.

Full auto service center is right. Not just oil change and tires. Had a problem with my motor, took it to three different shops and they charged me for things I didnt need and never fixed the problem I went in for. One place took a week and charged me 460 bucks for an oil change and 6 plugs. Never fixed the problem. Took it to tireman. 300 bucks, they found and fixed the problem in less then 6 hrs. Wish I went to them first. I will always go there now. Thank you Tireman. Arron, Chris, and Shaun.

I took my car to them to do an oil change and to put an oil sending unit in which they priced at about $60, once I pick the car up the total was only $45. They did not do the oil change like I requested and did not add any oil after replacing the sending unit. If you are not aware a decent amount of oil comes out when you take the sending unit out, so when I checked my oil level it was nowhere near the full line and now have to go out of my way to to schedule another oil change. I will never bring any of my vehicles to this shop again unless they hire some new managment and mechanics that have basic common sense.

Dropped van on a Sunday night after getting stranded by a bad alternator. They had us back on the road before noon the next day. Good communication and professional attitude. Solid warranty on the work. Would recommend to others.

I dont understand what my battery had to do with purchasing tires. They disconnected my battery and now it needs replaced. Brought my car to me and it wouldnt start. Before I took it there for four new tires it was fine. Would not recommend only costing me more money. How can you give the customers car back without it being able to start when I brought it in and it was fine. Highly irritated now.

Yeah I arrived there for my 11 appointment their computers were down they were real busy a little hectic but they took care of me got me in for my appointment just like they said and out the door in a little less time than they quoted. very happy with the experience theyre a bunch of nice guys in there.

When you think chain car places, your guard should automatically go up just due to the number of stories of such places ripping people off and selling them unneeded equipment (or lying about something being broken in the car). However, I’ve never had a bad experience with the men and women at Tireman here. I’m a serial tire-ruiner, and they always are able to get me fixed up no problems. I get my oil done there for my diesel and they give a fair price and don’t try to up sell anything ridiculous. But mostly, it’s the people. Anyone can learn how to do an oil change or changing a tire thanks to the glory of the internet, but when you have to hire a professional due to either time constraints, lack of knowledge, or even physical limitations, it’s nice to know a shop where you don’t have to worry about being screwed over.

Very disappointed with my visit today. Usually they are nice but today as I walked in the employee looked at me and walked into an office where he began texting on his cellphone. I stood there waiting at the desk for five minutes. He glanced back at me and had a very annoyed look on his face. He walked over to me and asked if I needed help. I asked for an oil change and he said he could give me an appointment for next week. Already feeling like a burden I told him no thank you and left. I usually get my oil change here but I think I’ll try another place for now on.

Lack of professionalism, the notes written for my appointment were not at all my complaints, luckily I was helped by a more knowledgeable associate afterwards.

Tireman Sylvania has been my go-to store for new tires for the past couple years. They are always friendly, provide good deals, and perform excellent work. They have always completed the job within the specified timeframe. I recommend this store to everyone who requires their services.

My truck had been running poorly for weeks so I took it to this tireman to get it looked at, the problem was completely random that it wouldnt run when it was wet outside. They were unable to fix the problem but in the process tried everything. I was expecting a $300 bill for parts and labor (they even had to put more gas in it) but when I arrived they gave it back free of charge, since they couldnt fix it they didnt want to charge me. I would have loved to have that truck running but the service and attempt to repair it was excellent, and they arent magicians. I respect their honesty and will go out of my way to use that tire man from now on, unfortunately in a different vehicle.

I used to go to the Navarre Ave. Tireman in Oregon. I recently moved to Sylvania and needed my brakes checked out. I went to the Sylvania Tireman to have them look at it. Turned out that they were still under warranty. Had my car back in about 90 minutes. Ill definitely be going back to Sylvania Tireman for all my car repair needs.

I went to this shop to receive a second opinion about my car pulling to the right. My alignment had been checked and was said to be fine but the car was still pulling to the right. This is after they test drove it twice! All that the staff did for me was rotate my tires. They told me that they could not help me with the issue and it might be transmission related ! I mean Im not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars but I knew it wasnt transmission haha!Besides that the salesman Steve didnt charge me because he said you might need the money for a new car. Well I was not satisfied with the service I received and got a THIRD opinion at another auto shop where come to find out one of my tires was missing a weight, needed re-rotated and did not have the recommended amount of pressure in the tires.Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a good experience with Tireman. All Auto repair shops try to get you to buy extras, and they did. But it wasnt high pressure, and they listed in the receipt so I could plan to get them done.

As a single mom, repairing & maintaining my used vehicles for myself & my children has always been challenging financially & finding someone I trust.AARON changed all of that the moment I stepped in the front door. He sincerely genuinely has my best interest & safety as his priority. He has always explained every detail & answered all of my questions.Then, when my daughter started driving, he guided her in finding a safe reliable vehicle. We both TRUST Aaron 100%. We dont buy a vehicle unless he checks it out and approves.He recently checked out 2 used SUVs for me and helped me avoid buying a Dodge Journey with a bad transmission; I walked away from it immediately. Then he approved a Jeep Compass and I bought it. I moved to Maumee & there are many service places closer to where I live but I drive to Sylvania Tireman because knowing I can trust them is priceless.
