The transaction went very smoothly from initial contact regarding the vehicle to negotiations to signing the deal to payment to shipping the vehicle and receiving the title paperwork. Upon arrival, the vehicle absolutely met all my expectations!Brandon was very responsive and went above and beyond with additional photos and videos of the vehicle. Furthermore he knows his stuff about cars and was a pleasure to chat with about a variety of vehicles. These guys arent as smart as they think they are. I dont find them responsive and they behave like stereotypical used car salesmen. I was going to consign an exotic car with them and look to trade it for something else. But across 3 calls in a week where I was just trying to get a target sales price, they gave me no confidence and made me uncomfortable. they boast I can spot what someone is all about in 5 seconds from a mile away. No they cant.

Shady business guys. Sell your car and then do not want to pay you your money. Unprofessional and rude when you call, you can tell they are used to dodging people. Find a more reputable place. Be very careful if you plan on doing business with them.

DO NOT leave cars on consignment. They lie, will hold your car hostage and don’t follow through with promises. I am very unhappy and had deals fall through because of deceptive and untrue statements made by the company. Still arguing and trying to pick up my car after bing promised there was no fees. Also they will try to loan you money against your car and then charge large fees in hope you default. Going to local law enforcement BBB and other governing institutions. Beware
