If I can give them 0 stars I would. By far the worst dealer to shop at. First they make me put a down payment with out being sure of the vehicle I wanted. Then I told them I didn’t want that vehicle and it turned into a whole thing. The person that helped me took my money, my husband contacted him and then he goes “‘I don’t work there anymore “ so he magically just doesn’t work there anymore. I called and asked for the manager. The manager told me I had to go in and bring my card for my money back. I did so right after work. I showed up at 6:50, remind you they close at 8. When I showed up ABSOLUTELY no one was there. My husband called the next day and had to tell them he was going to get the cops involved. Right after that I received my money back. Save yourself time and go to a real dealership that will offer you real cars and great customer service. Not these people

Place was absolutely appalling! Poor customer service and lack of responsibilities. Place is a mad house! Receptionists are giving out plates abs promising test drives. Managers do not reflect the high regard they have for their customers. I waited 10 days for my car!!! Lost time from work because no emission tests were conducted. STAY AWAY!

Going to Northshore Motors was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is professional and clean (which is a must!!). I was extremely pleased with Felix, whom provided excellent customer service and knowledge. Along with giving me all the information I needed, he was also able to provide ease to any of my concerns. Working with the finance department was very easy. They were able to work with me and assist me to the best of their ability. Very satisfied with my experience. This place is a joke. I stopped in to checkout a vehicle. The salesman greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. I informed him I did not. I asked him if I needed one to checkout a vehicle. He said no I didnt need one. I requested information about a bmw x3 posted online. He started with we sold one yesterday and said lets check the computer. We went to his desk and he requested my Drivers license. I asked him why does he needs my License to checkout a vehicle.. According to him It was the Insurance companies policy. Iinformed him that I would not be giving him my Drivers license to check his stock. I turned around and walked out. I could understand if I was going on a test drive . This was only for him to check his stock. Dont waste your time here. This place doesnt want to sell cars..

By far the worst and most shady dealership I have ever encountered. My husband purchased a new truck from NorthShore Motors on March 30 with a trade in. This dealership took the trade in with open arms but failed to pay off the old loan FOR 3 MONTHS. They completely lied to us on many different occasions stating the check was sent out and was returned back to them (nothing was ever sent out) and a check was only sent when my husband physically went back there demanding to speak to someone. To add onto all of that they gave us a $80k truck with barely any brakes, check engine light on, and bald tires then have the audacity to say the customer is over reacting? I called every day for a month waiting for a call back, the only time you will ever receive an answer is when you physically show up to the dealership. It is the biggest scam on long island.

Very disrespectful and dishonest dealership I purchased a 2014 G63 from them paid out in full cash mind you about $93,000 that same night leaving the dealership on my way home i hit the slightest little bump in the road doing about 65 mph and the whole car almost lost Control because of worn unbalanced tires when replacing them I also found out that the sales person Nikki lied about having new brakes installed because the rear breaks where completely gone totally a driving hazard to top it off the brush guard was removed during detail and never put back on and was told by the sales person nikki b it was at the shop and then the Manager mark told me it was on a different vehicle I’ve made multiple phone calls to this place and all they do is lie and steal your money..... they are not willing to make good on anything stated above total rip offs and tell notting but lies never use this dealership.

Miss leading dealership! They will schedule for an appointment, show you the car fax, but show you a deferent car. From the sales rep to at least two of the managers. Very poor service. Scam dealership. They even confirmed the appointment the same day and provided an address. I wanted to view a 2015 Bentley spur for 69,000 but the whole time it wasn’t the right car and everyone at the dealer knew that. Even the sale rap Ijah hide from me the whole time I was there. Very shady company. Pictures taken of the car was very miss leading which is illegal in advertising.

If you do any research before going to this dealership you will see the same issues over and over. The 5 star reviews on here are their attempt to bury the truths of the people they continue to screw over. Dont even bother with this dealership. They advertise cars online as having premium trim levels/options when the actual cars are base models. Quoted a price over the phone but when we came in person wanted almost 10k more.Our salesgirl had a disapproving attitude with us meanwhile we could buy every car in that dealership. Nothing more disgusting than someone trying to look and act snobby rich when they are still working for money and have an old model iphone lmao. Prada isnt even in anymore and nothing screams im broke more than wearing a bracelet(thats right a braclet not watch) with a huge prada logo on it. Maybe we would of brought the overpriced SUV if your attitude wasnt so ghetto. Heres a secret little girl. The real wealthy dont show it.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this is the most disorganized dealer ever. I drove over one hour to see a car at this location (called to confirm availability and price) waited 30 minutes while they looked for the car and car wasnt there, it was at a different location 25 min away.Also, they prices are not as advertise, read the fine print, they add 2k to the car price and also $1800 fee. (None of these are mandatory fees, taxes or DMV)They reply to all negative reviews online saying that they are not able to circumvent the law to please the customer, however the fees I am referring to are not taxes, DMV and registration fees. I know exactly which fees are charged in NY State and those fees are not what I am referring to.I am referring to the 2k they remove from the actual price of the car when they advertise (not taxes or DMV fees) and also they charge an additional $1865 which is a mandatory detailing and certification fee (also not taxes and DMV fees)So for the mentally challenged person replying to these reviews online, pay attention to what you are saying, you are making your business look even worse.No one addressed the fact that Nikki told me the car was there when In fact it wasn’t. Stay away, there are so many trustworthy dealers out there, there is absolutely no need to do business with this one.
