Standing in line for 15 minutes as the only employee is on a personal call swearing to whoever shes on the other line with as my one year old child is sitting with me. I finally said must be nice to have customers in the store and be able to be on personal phone calls for her to actually get up and do something! I will not be having my wish.com items sent here ever again! And I would never use these people Services either! It is currently 12:09 p.m. on April 16th 2020

Chat Wireless has really friendly and patient staff that are very knowledgeable. They will help you find the best carrier, phone and plan that works for you.The phone selection is pretty big, and they have many carriers to choose from. They have phones for every budget as well.They have a big selection of accessories from cases to chargers.I will also add that Chat Wireless is a pick up location for WISH items. Its awesome to be able to pick up locally and not pay the huge shipping fees!

I find Chat Wireless staff to be very patient and understanding. Ky, Moe and Yahzim have all helped me over the past couple years. My son continues to lose or break phones or over utilize his plan. The staff give me great advice about which plan best suits my sons needs. Im in monthly to pay the phone bill and Ive had to buy at least 7 phones over the past 2 years. EVERYTIME I walk in the service is GREAT. I appreciate the time they spend helping me.

The owner of this store purchased custom produced products from my business after approving them. His new medical transport business fell through so he decided he did not want to pay for them anymore and reversed his credit card charges. I highly recommend staying away from any shady business venture he embarks on. Not to be trusted! Be very cautious if you are considering doing business here.

Horrible customer service! Delt with their tech in the past had a great experience and my phone worked well. The 2nd time around had been horrible! I needed my computer and phone screens repaired and they gave me the run around, gave me the number to contact the tech myself but the number they gave me (I tried for a week to call and reach the trch) was not even their tech! It was a random person! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told none were in today so I asked when one would be in and was told I dont know I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting to hear about when I could speak to a manager and instead had to call back and be told they had a long line instead of calling me back I was just left on hold after being hung up on first. Ridiculous and irritating! Ill take my business elsewhere.

No matter what location you go to, expect horrible service with a full dose of incompetent and useless employees. Everyone is a manager, yet none of them know what to do in any case. They couldnt care less about their customers and their solution is always going to cost you more money. Avoid them at all costs.
