Had them put a new battery in my moto z3 a couple weeks ago. Sunday I dropped it and it worked intermittently after that. Took it in today and while it took a little longer than they said to fix, it now works great again and they wouldnt take any money, said they fixed it under warranty. Highly recommend.

Im going to start from the top when I first went to this store I brought a cell phone July 4th a Samsung 7 it was overheating I went back to them they told me to come back the next day they was going to see what was the problem when I came back I got the cell phone it seems to be working went home the next day it was overheating again I went back to them then they said they will sell me another phone needless to say I didnt want another phone I just wanted my money I have already wasted time and gas dealing with them so then July 26th against my better judgment my sons iphone 7s was broke so I recommend them to go to cell phone for less because they advertise and claim they specialize in fixing phones but I let my sons leave a review for that good day if I could give them zero Stars I will give them0 Stars

Brought my phone there only to hear the person yell that my phone was really old ...Then...They gave me a time frame for pick up and the when I drove all the way over there they told they were going to keep it overnight to look for a replacement part...A charging port....Really...Yer telling this to a guy who works in an electrical operation...Finally got my phone back and brought it home only to discover cracks in the case and the speaker system didnt work....I read the extremely long disclaimer on the back of the ticket and said these people are obviously chop shop junk runners....Sayonara...😏
