Sketchy as they come. First issue was I Bought two phones and they did not activate the promotion. One phone malfunctioned within fourteen days and kept making me do the same diagnostics until they said time limit was up and they are no longer responsible. I ended up going to the real Verizon store on Erie Blvd where they fixed it my issue promptly which makes me wonder why they even fought me to begin with. After the sale you will see your worth to these guys. Dont reward these people with poor business practices. As consumers we need to stick together and get rid of people like this.

I would like to thank Brian for all his help. I went in about a week ago to get info and prices on switching our family over to Verizon from AT&T. He was great and went over multiple options with me. I came in with several questions after having done research on upgrading my phone on line. John was very patient and accommodating. It took quite a while for me to decide because I always want to make sure I’m getting the best deal especially if there are promotions going on. He was very professional and even stayed beyond closing time without ever rushing me along. He explained everything thoroughly and always made sure I agreed and understood every step. He went over my bill and actually changed my plan that saves me money because of one of the promotions. This is my second experience buying a phone at this location and their customer service can’t be beat. I’ve just referred a family member who’s looking to upgrade.

I had the worst and best afternoon here. My phone once was lost but is now found, and throughout the whole process I had the huge help of Sandy and Josh. Those two helped me figure out next steps when the phone was lost, and were very thorough in trying to get me the best deal for the situation. I ended up miraculously getting my phone back and they were super excited for me too! Literally 10/10 would recommend these humans for all your phone needs. Much helpful. Such efficient.
I went to the store because I couldn’t make calls on my iphone. I was slightly stressed because I was leaving on vacation the next day. Brian helped me out, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and no pushy. He helped me trouble shoot my problem, and gave me realistic options in case they couldn’t fix my phone. He was not pushy, and was relieved as I was that my phone was fixed and I didn’t need to upgrade, yet. I have always had a decent experience with Verizon, but this was the least painful experience. I look forward to working with Brian in the future.
Conor at Verizon was such a great help! He answered all the questions we had while still making casual conversation with us. He helped us call Sprint to switch over to Verizon and were glad to have come across a person like him! He made our visit more enjoyable. He also even offered us some refreshments since we were there for over an hour. Overall, he was very helpful and entertaining and we left with smiles on our faces.

One of the representatives by the name of Sam Ibhram was very rude and disrespectful To me maybe because he was having a bad day but he took his anger and frustration out on me which was very rude and unprofessional he wouldn’t help me in any type of way and he is the reason why I left Verizon service

What a terrific start to this locations Grand Opening month! [/scarcasm]I went in to get an issue of mine resolved, but the solution given wasnt helpful. I ended up leaving based on my impression on the reps inability to solve my problem. The only thing he managed to do expertly, was pitch an upgrade to a new phone on the very account that I am having issues with in the first place. Ill let you guess what my answer was.Throwing a hardware change to a software or network issue tells me Verizon isnt interested in fixing a problem, but rather replace it at the customers expense. Unfortunately for me, I wasted my concern on someone trained to be a human pop-up ad. If I wanted a sales pitch to sneak its way into a tech support conversation, I would have just logged onto your website and chatted with a live rep.Now, as someone who has been in sales for over 18 years, I can appreciate offering an upgrade as a solution to an issue; but when the timing is horribly executed, its likely to backfire. Having two mobile lines & FiOS, I have to give credit to Verizon; Their network is consistent on being inconsistent. Congratulations; I am now going to explore my options with how to move forward, including warning others about this experience.

Their NEW store is really quite spacious, beautiful and, of course, well stocked. I was greated at the door and welcomed . He asked what I needed and I told him that my camera had stopped working, for the most part, since the new update was installed. I told him that I tried on a regular basis to get it to work, but had very little success. I pointed out that I tried to use my flashlight and discovered a message that some App prevented it because they were using my camera flash. He asked about several Apps before deleting them, but was unable to find the link. He was thinking that it was the phone itself. I told them that I thought that that would be a really good location, especially with all of the Hotels and Motels there. They gave windows on 3 sides and neon OPENED signs. Since they are on the Thompson Rd. S. Exit of the traffic circle you have to pay close attention to traffic and the driveways. Take the 2nd driveway on the South side of the building to avoid traffic exiting the circle behind you. Watch for triangular fork on combination Enterance & Exit. Outside landscaping and markings are not complete yet due to recent winter weather.

First time I left a cell phone store and didnt feel like Id been had! Went in for a new screen protector and Brian Golley took care of that and also let me know I could upgrade my data to unlimited and actually pay less! I was sceptical, but Brian painstakingly took the time to help me understand how the plans work, and it actually made sense. I ended leaving with a better plan than I started with and actually understanding my bill for a the first time ever. This guy actually put the customer service back into the experience and Im happier than Ive been with Verizon in a long time. Long story short, this is the guy to see!
Great sales experience! Sales Rep was able to rectify a gross miscommunication made by another sales associate. I will now stay with Verizon rather than buying out my contract and moving on to another company. Verizon is fortunate to have a competent and friendly employee like Bryce Nixon.
Was having complete trouble with my iPhone so I decided to visit my local Verizon store to get my issues taken care of. Not only were the employees dressed to impress but the gentleman named Conor greeted me by opening the door and shaking my hand followed by a good afternoon, how can I take care of you today. I told him exactly what I wanted to do with a new phone so he suggested the galaxy S8 to fit my needs. Connor lived up to every expectation of Verizons values as well as his own to meet the needs of a consumer. I highly recommend coming to this store if you have any problems with your cellular devices and service. He wouldnt let me leave unless I was fully satisfied with my service. Five stars for this young man and store.

Brendan Owen, the Verizon sales representative was a great help. He greeted us right away and gave us his full attention. He replaced a broken phone screen protector and worked very hard to remove all the air bubbles. The phone now looks perfect.

Boycott this company for deceptive selling practices.I went in for a charger. The boy said that I could get a new phone with an upgrade to my plan for about $20 more/month. I was in, of course. Literally, 24 hours later, that phone died. I had to go back;they replaced it,(inc case and screen saver.) I get a $169 charge on my bank statement and was surprised. That boy kept me talking while I swiped my card so I wouldnt realize that I was paying so much and for things I wouldnt have purchased. (The case fell apart after 3 days and I use the old one!)My fault for not being aware, but he blatantly lied about the free phone, and the hefty charge!(which, in turn, left my account with 3 nsf charges=$38.50 a pop a mere 2 days before a much-needed vacation)So, yeah, Im upset.Another thing to note:I was there 3 different times and was the only customer. How do they stay in business?Apparently, by ripping off the customers that do go there.Beware!

They had me sign a contract but lied about what charges would be billed to me every month. DO NOT USE THIS STORE, IF YOU MUST HAVE VERIZON USE A COPORATE STORE THESE LIARS ARE NOT REALLY VERIZON JUST A DEALER! GO TO THE VERIZON DEALER IN CICERO THEY ARE VERY HONEST!
