Staff even stayed until 10pm after my purchase to make sure I got the full service of having my new car gassed up & washed. This was my first time purchasing a Mazda & ecstatic to be apart of the Mazda family.

I put down a lot of money. 20K on what is really one of my dream cars. Was sold to me with the idea of collector status. Carfax shows dealer purchased the car from another dealer. That dealer has a YouTube video showing the owner kit. They were pressing me hard to remember to bring my owners manual with my trade. So were clear, exclusivity means you have everything documenting the car. I have no owners manual, no owners kit either. Just spent $75 to get a reproduction of my certificate showing I own one of 7,000 vehicles. Kind of hard to let that go but Ill buy everything myself guys. When you put this kind of money down, you kind of have a higher expectation and the bar was not met. Just keeping it real.

If I could review leaving no stars I would, this place is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful( specifically the sales manger ) and they don’t disclose everything to you and they con you into service plans only for their location, after being aware your family is military and aren’t permanently staying in the area, I don’t recommend this place or Mazda overall I would recommend Toyota of Olympia

If I could give more stars, I definitely would. Brandon and the rest of the team really worked diligently and tirelessly, to ensure I got the best deal possible. I came in with an almost impossible situation since I was so upside down in my current car. They worked it from all angles and eventually was able to not only get me out of my car, but also get me into something with better terms and something that would come out of the loan with more value, putting me in a better position in the end. I would recommend anyone go and talk to Brandon, Alex and Calvin, in that order, for they really are the dream team.

I helped my girlfriends son purchase a used car here. At this location I helped him fill out the paperwork for purchase. It was fast, quick, and pleasant.There were some minor issues with the used car that needed to be repaired, however, we completed our purchase with assurances that everything would be repaired/and or fixed, which they were.South Tacoma Mazda is a place you can trust! :-)

Brought my car here for an oil change in November. They did fine changing the oil, and inspected the other systems under the hood, sending video confirmation everything was in order, except the battery. When I came back to pick up my car, they told me my battery was on the verge of failure, and required replacement. My cars sensors made no indication of a battery problem, and the quoted price of $280 was too high. A second opinion elsewhere revealed no battery problem, and the dealership I recently visited in June tested my battery, and its still fine. Careful bringing your car to this service department.

Reached out and bought my car sight unseen. This is a great group of people starting with Marshall at the top. He answered every question I had and made the transaction very easy and comfortable. Had a great experience at ST Mazda! Jeff Mitchell was extremely helpful and spent all of the afternoon making sure the car I selected was the best fit for me and that I understood all of the features and technology. I needed a car but hesitant to get a quote just because my record is not great. A repossession 2yrs ago and a not so great credit score. Brandon helped me find a great car and a great deal! He made it happen for me and I am so thankful! Him and the whole team find ways to get me a nice car, Nissan Altima 2017 with really low mileage!

Be wary. Love my new Mazda but really wish I had checked the tire pressure prior to driving it off the lot. I know, right? Who would do that? But buyer be ware! I bought my car 4 weeks ago and today I got a tire pressure warning that showed one of my tires was low. What was alarming about the message was not the low tire. It was the other three! They displayed a PSI of 50! Pulled into LesSchwab to physically check the tire pressure. Turns out that I had a screw in the tire reporting low but in fact, the other three were really filled to 50 PSI and had been since taking it off the lot when the recommended max PSI is 36. I brought this issue to the attention of the GM at South Tacoma Mazda and he straight up told me there was no way I could prove it so it wasn’t his problem. He’s right! There is no way I can prove it (although I’ll probably go back and get a statement from LesSchwab)but it is his problem. Guess who will not be going back to that dealer? That’s right. Me and everyone I know. And if you still want to buy a car from this lot, be safe, bring your own tire pressure gauge.

I usually go to Puyallup Mazda but Tacoma Mazda is closer. I’m happy I chose to go to S Tacoma. I had to take my car in because I wasn’t able to get a code to come across my screen S Tacoma scheduled me and took care of the problem. It took a little while but that because of the computer system. Everyone was so helpful and so nice. They are also super clean which is very important to me in these times. The tech guy named Phil was just the nicest guy. I really appreciate Mazda not taking advantage of me (a woman) I know nothing about cars and could be easily sold into something I don’t need. I highly recommend S Tacoma Mazda.

They worked with me to get the payment lowered to something we could agree on. However, the only genuine person there seemingly quit mid transaction. I did not hear back from them for days and when all was said and done I found out they sold the car to someone else despite being mid sell to me. Going to avoid this place like the plague.

It wasn’t the car or the salesman that I had a problem with, it’s Ed Moseby. He was trying to sell me extra stuff on top and add it to my monthly payment after I said no he gave me a rude stare and then his whole happy attitude just went away. So basically if you’re not handing cash over like a dummy you aren’t there type.

We worked with Mike he was very personable and helped us find 3 yea 3 cx-9’s in our price range/budget haha. Only reason I’m giving 4 star is because Mazda apparently isn’t selling certain trim levels with the navigation chip anymore, you have to purchase the chip separately which is so bizarre to me, this doesn’t really go against the dealership so much as they didn’t inform any of us about it nor offer us a navigation chip prior to leaving the car lot, they did in fact take care of us AFTER THE FACT but it was upset driving away 3 cars and us all having to find this out after we had left. Mike was fast and efficient though, I told him to not try and sell us on ANY cars out of our price range and he was fairly successful at that. Only a few times did he try to upsell us 😉 haha. Over all good experience I’d send a friend to go see him. Also thank you to the GM Marshall for working with us and allowing it to be possible for us all to leave in AWD cx-9 which was the goal walking in. Be sure to ask for Mike if you do go.

My husband, brother-in-law, and I visited South Tacoma Mazda on Saturday to check out a used car. My husband had called the night before to set up an appointment with one of the Michaels but when we showed up, Michael wasnt available and had Jeff help us out. It worked out beautifully!I felt like Jeff was very laid back and respectful. We fiddled around with the car, took it on a test drive, and bought it in a few hours. This is my 4th car in 10 years and I have to say that this was my best experience. Ill definitely look for Jeff at South Tacoma Mazda when I buy my 5th car.Jeff called me yesterday to check in. No one has ever called to check in before so it was a bit surprising. Ive only had the car for three days but all is well so far. My husband and his brothers loves the car. I like the car. All is good so far.(This is also the first time Ive financed a car instead of paying outright cash. Wow, Im not sure why everyone keeps saying its so much more expensive to finance because it definitely isnt the case for me. In fact, if there are no major issues with this car, I will save money over the next few years!!)

The cars are absolutely jam-packed onto it, making it difficult to walk around, view the different colors for each model, explore different trim levels, etc.Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND South Tacoma Mazda!

I’m a first time car buyer and I’m so so so beyond happy I chose to come here instead of anywhere else . I don’t know much about cars and Emmanuel took his time with me, over 5 hours of him helping me look at different options letting me test drive giving me his opinion and knowledge and above all just being patient with me . Awesome service department, they send you a video of what they are checking. I came in thinking I needed new tires because another shop in Seattle told me I needed them (not a mazda place). Jesse was awesome, super honest, showed me why tires are still good. I highly recommend this place!
