We were just vacationing from the east coast and our 2020 Chevy truck needed oil change and I’m glad Titus Chevrolet is nearby. All the great reviews I’ve read before going there are true. They took me in as a walk-in and knowing I’m from out of town they took care of me as soon as they have available slot for oil change. Brett my service adviser is very professional and understanding of my situation.I will definitely coming back to them come next time around we are in Washington again. I wish my home dealership is like them. I highly recommend this place. Reason for 4 star because they did have time to rotate my tires. Thank you for the good service, Titus Chevrolet!
Excellent service! Got the Ram I wanted configured how I wanted at the price I wanted . Robert was an excellent salesman and Matt was an excellent sales manager and did an exceptional job putting my deal together.
It was a great experience. I came in for a oil change to discover I need a new battery also. They placed the order for my battery. Gave me a sheet for maintenance that I will schedule in acouple weeks. Timely, knowledgeable and service was great.
I bought my current truck at Titus-Will. Before that I brought my previous vehicles there for service. They are courteous and professional. They answer my questions and address any concerns that I have. They provide excellent warranty support. Very satisfied with Titus-Will Chevrolet. The sales people are also great.

Oil change performed, given a list of everything that was recommended. On the way home I hear a strange (clunking) noise from the engine compartment, only to open up the hood and see the failed to secure the cross bar over part of the engine that they removed for the oil change. I get youre busy but this is poor quality.
I would like to give my shoutout to Jonathan and Rob for their professional customer service and the staff who professionally repaired my rear driver-side tire. I truly appreciate the quality of the work and finding a same day appointment slot for me to get my tire repaired. I would definitely seek out Titus-Will on Broadway for all my future services.
Very professional bought my truck in 2001 at Parkland Chevorlet with a lifetime oil change Titus Will bought them out but they still honor the lifetime oil change which I didnt expect any work I need done I take it to them and have not been disappointed with them.I give them 5 stars and if I should have to buy a new truck they will be my first stop.Thanks to a suberb service department.

1st thing the guy tells me is that your going to discontinue the free oil changes for life unless I get other work done there... Im sorry that you charge to much for other services. I bought the truck somewhat based off of the free oil changes for LIFE. So are you going to buy it back because you are changing your policy? Poor customer service (if you can call it that). Oil change was fine, but the office was sub-par at best.
I drive a 2002 Saturn with 192,000 miles in good condition and I have it serviced every 3,000 miles per the thick owners manual. I went in and requested an oil change thinking it would be $50 - $60 and ended up paying $99.71 after receiving a military discount. It seems the advisor wrote up the request as an oil change and tire rotation. I also got a list of $3,100 worth of recommended repairs. Based on this service and a previous service performed at another Chevrolet dealership I think I am done having any more servicing done by a dealership.

They have always done a fine job changing my oil in the past but on my last visit I was charged $75 for this service. I won’t be returning.
Made an appointment to have a recall on the passenger side air bag to be fixed. Showed up only to find out I was scheduled for the next day. Blame it on Covid and staying home 99.9% of the time. They squeezed me in! Was done so quickly and professionally. Thank you for helping me.

The service department fixed a warranty item in the timeframe quoted which was important because we waited for the work to be done.
I personally had a fantastic experience at Titusville Chevrolet. My salesmans name was Patrick Cook, my son Brandon McMullen referred him to me and I will refer Patrick Cook to my friends and family who might be in the market for a new vehicle. Patrick was fun, he knew his inventory very well and made my experience much smoother than I could have hoped for when walking into a dealership... The staff was extremely helpful and I get my car back for maintenance services within 40 minutes. I was really happy with my service on July 2nd.
My radio turned into a ghost; randomly changing stations, disconnecting my phone or placing them on hold. They got me a bad new stereo and honored my extended warranty from SC!
I’ve been to this location several times and service has been very good. I look forward to doing business again at this location.

Repairs became expensive and check engine light was still on after repairs. I’ll take my vehicle somewhere else next time
Great experience purchasing a truck here. It was the first time we purchased a used vehicle and our sales rep Robert was excellent to work with. We were faced with looking for a replacement vehicle unexpectedly and so glad we stopped here. One of the best experiences weve had purchasing a vehicle. No BS and a smooth process.

Terrible dealership, and terrible experience. I went to the dealership 100% ready to make a deal and buy a truck, which through email the price was very close... I left the dealership feeling like my intelligence was insulted. However, that was not the end of the experience, through the efforts to make a deal I had given them the registration to the vehicle that I intended to trade in, I was never given it back. When I got home and realized my registration was missing I called the sales associate back and was told that they couldn’t find it anywhere and I should check my wife’s purse. Late that night the sales associate sent me a text and offered me the deal I had asked for before leaving the dealership. I asked for the sales manager’s number and when I called him and stated my name and the reason I was calling he replied with “listen buddy” he then began to argue with me that it was not their fault that I didn’t still have my vehicle registration even though he acknowledged that sometimes they forget to give them back. I sent the sales manager the receipt for getting a new registration a whopping $14.50, asking him to send me a check for the registration, he agreed to pay it, but I still haven’t gotten that check. I asked for the general manager to contact me, and he still has not. In the end I found a better truck somewhere else that gave me almost $5k more for my trade in... no hassle.

Truck battery was dead and it took the salesman forever to figure out how to get it started. Truck was brand new. Salesman also bad mouthed other dealerships I planned on visiting. As if that would sway me from visiting them. On the other hand, the truck was beautiful. It just wasnt optioned out how I wanted.
This place is an absolute cluster. No personal experience towards the customer. I couldnt find anyone to communicate that the parking lot was full, the service line blocked by a double parked customer, and I couldnt communicate that I wanted to change my appointment due to the crowded nature of the facility. Not one department answered their phone just now, or the days previously. This is, by far, the WORST dealership Ive ever had the misfortune to attempt service on my new truck. Do not go here.

Service was quick, delivered with smile even though the problem was self inflicted . Got a great deal when I purchased and happy to see it all continues after, they even took care of a factory recall item.
