I really appreciate the vast selection here. Im a huge gingerbeer fan and was pleasantly surprised. Well organized.

They are very clean, and have friendly staff. Their selections have significantly been reduced to create a grocery section, since my last visit. I can I understand snacks, cheeses, and sodas being offered. But to devote half of your square footage to products not related to the prime subject of your business? I wasnt impressed.

Former Manager here!One thing I loved about working at store 138 was that there was a team dynamic. But today when I revisited the store, that was not the case.Average wait time in line is 5 minutes. When I finally got to the register, no one was training the cashier who had only been there for 3 days. With the help of a neighboring cashier and my memory of the computer system, We were able to help her complete my transactions.Frustrated with the blatant disregard for the extremely long line and the newest employee, I went to address the managers on duty, Rodney and Gabby.As I was speaking to them both, they ignored me just as they ignored the other 30 customers in the store. When I threatened to discuss the incident with the corporate managers, they decided they cared about their jobs.Gabby met me with attitude, which was expected, so I politely told her to do her job because she was lazy since hired.Moral of the story, don’t come into the store unless you don’t want to be assisted or have all the time in the world to wait in line.I will be taking this matter further.

Do not use this companies delivery service gopuff I delivered for them but they did not pay me my full wages. When I tried to contact them (everyday this week)by email and phone calls, and I get no response. I would suggest using other services like Uber eats or doordash as they are less likely to steal from their employees.

Cool place if you love all things cocktail related. Nice selection of wine, snacks and essential barware. Would really like to see them get a high end deli for to-go cheeses, nuts, meats, fruit, etc. It really wont hurt since theyre already overpriced.

Really like the Tacoma Mall area BevMo. I always hear hello when I walk in, people are helpful, and they have a great selection of wines, beers, and liquor. Love their specialty beer selection too!

Go to place for alcohol because they have decent deals and a lot of different options that we like to try.

Not as extensive a collection of whiskey or rum, as I was expecting. Also, thought the prices tended to be on the high side, although there was a good sale on Knob Creek 9 for BevMo members. Also was carrying Leopold Brothers whiskey. Hopefully youll carry the 3 Chambers still product when its released this year.

My daughter currently works there and I don’t appreciate her telling me that the new manager just yells at them weather they are not working or not but I’m sorry that’s not manager like. No one wants to work and be yelled at.

I went in there for the first time because a friend said that they would carry my favorite energy drink called Bawls and the best part is that they carry the original flavor but also Root Beer and Cherry. I cannot believe they carried it and they knew what i was talking about. This absolutely made my night and my experience ten times better!

Horrible customer service. I was about to spend $500 there and the cashier had an attitude with me Im pretty sure because Im white shes slammed my bottles of liquor down she slammed my cups around and she was very rude and when I asked for her name so that I could make a complaint she ignored me completely and called for her supervisor. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy it was horrible horrible horrible

This store is great, always had a great experience with the employees and they do their best to keep the lines down. Ive been in several times and its never been too full and its very easy to walk around and find everything you need and then some! 👍

They could have isle signage more visible for their liquor and mixers. I have to go down each isle to search for what I need.

Im normally a Total wine goer... But I went in... And got a recommendation tried it and it was amazing.... I went back and bought a bigger bottle lol... Friendly knowledgeable customer service across the staff!

Our mix-ologist was awesome, and helped us find the perfect mix of tequila and a mixer; which we paired with a club soda and it was the perfect combo.

Very peaceful, serene, relaxed vibe I got here. I had never been in this store before and I was meandering just looking at all the different kinds of alcohol and no one was rushing me out. The staff, even security, the stocker, the cashier, was very polite and softly offered help if I needed it. There was no pressure to buy something or leave kind of vibe Ive gotten at other stores lately. Next time Im in the mood for some alcoholic beverage Ill be going back there. Very classy, yet down to earth, environment.

I was Christmas shopping and they had plenty of stock. The employees were very helpful and friendly. One stop shopping for wine liquor and food specifically to go with the products. Liquor and a whole lot more.

Their curbside pickup is a lifesaver during these times. Pull up to the marked spot out front, have your ID and debit/credit card used to pay ready to show the rep, wear a mask. Its so easy and they load up your purchase for you so its zero contact.

They have what youre looking for but its almost 3 times as much as other stores Costco is right across the street so I never waste my time or money there

Consistency consistency consistency! I dont know if theres much more to say about this place except that they always have something new and they always have with people are looking for. I dont drink myself but the fact that I know that I can take somebody who has very specific needs or wants regarding alcohol to one place in Tacoma and not have to shop all around town is very relaxing.

Pre-Corona: Friendly and quick service. Selection closer to a grocery store than a liquor specialty store. Miniscule compared to Total Wine and More. Bevmo needs to up its stock game to keep me coming back. Post Corona: Fees upon fees to get anything delivered.

Its alright. The staff there basically run away from you when you have a question tho. And when you do get an answer, they act like your wasting there time. Good selection tho. I would just order online now and go pick up😉

Probably the best selection & prices as far as maintstream-chain liquor stores go, in Washington. The staff at this particular location seems to be knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Decent selection of beers and wines. Lots of parking and lines at checkout were short. A fair number or import beers, mostly from Mexico or the British Isles.

People are friendly. Store is clean. Decent selection. Most prices are good (and they have a loyalty club) but some are just ok. Quick online price shopping is not a bad idea. Seems like singles are sometimes more at bevmo than at a 7-Eleven but some are less than a corner store. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a chore, because of nearby freeway and Costco across the street.

We always order online and its always ready when we get there nice friendly service.

Cute store. Small selection of wine accessories, great stop for a quick gift. Lots of drink and snack varieties. Not many people in the store in the later evening. I felt like the security guard was following me. I guess not always a bad thing just weird to me as he didnt offer any help. Also, I was carded for non alcoholic items, not sure if this is normal but felt kind of cool since Im not carded very often.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, plus they recommended some other local selections for the next time I’m there. Was travelling from out of town (Victoria) for a Mariners game in August and they carried some of the brews from Belching Beaver (San Diego). I love the Peanut Butter Milk Stout.

That place is the Disneyland for beer lovers, and I said as much for one of the eager-to-help sales people (I forget his name) who laughed at my admittedly weird analogy of the store. Its pretty much true, though; youre not going to find too many places in Tacoma that carry a wide selection to choose from. Pretty good selection of Hard Liquor as well. Im not one for wine (not a fan of it myself), but they have a decent selection, also.As a beer lover, my choices were difficult. Not enough money and I wanted practically one of everything. Except the non-alcoholic beer. Thats like coffee without caffeine: theres never a proper time it place for it except for: never and in the garbage.

The staff was very helpful in assisting us to select our wines and spirits. Also, there is a good selection of beers foreign and domestic. A good place to one stop shop!
