Awesome bar and restaurant! Great stuff on tap and huge selection of craft beer in cans.The food is delicious and their menu offers suggestions on beer pairing. I ordered the Pesto Pastrami sandwich.

HUGE CRAFT BEER SELECTION. No fried foods (thats what I was looking for. They had more lunchy types of foods). Very spacious. No table service (had to form a line at the bar). Not that the bartenders were bad at all, just very serious. I went on a Tuesday at 730pm

My wife found this place during our Great West Excursion. The bartenders were spectacular doing everything without any servers. The food which is delicious came out promptly. We both had sandwiches (roastmary and Sherpa). BTW They have 30 beers on tap. This is great for a beer lover like myself to partake in many different breweries. There are so many good breweries I wanted to visit but it’s impossible see them all. Peaks and Pints wrapped them all up in a centralized location.

We stopped here on our way from Seattle to Ashford. The food was great! I highly recommend their sandwiches. They have an amazing selection of beers. If you cant find something you like on draft, (which is highly unlikely), they have coolers in the back with at least 100 other types of beer in cans.

Wife and I have fallen completely in love with Peaks & Pints. I debated writing a review here because part of me wants it to stay exactly the way it is… perfect sandwiches and taps, and only full with people after dinner but never “packed.”With a large array of delicious sandwiches and a unique daily special sandwich, I could eat here every day and not burn myself out.The barstaff are all delightful people and solid with service.The bottleshop in the back has a wide variety of west coast craft beer & cider, and some imports as well.Easy to find parking outside any day of the week, and nearby grocery stores if you need shopping afterwards.Gah, this place is perfect.

Great selection of brews on tap AND a great bottle selection. Wish i took a pic of the food, but man, it was too good to stall for a pic! Got the New Orleans (Salami, pepperoni and something else). Real good. Finally staff was curteous and knowledgable on their brews. Would recommend if in this Tacoma neighborhood!

This has been one of our fave places to stop by and enjoy a flight or a small pint of the current beer selection and also check out the immense fridge section. Recently, it has become a place for people to eat, whether or not they actually enjoy and/or order beer. This has made it increasingly difficult to stop in and grab a pint and a pack to go. Would have always been 5 star before.

Great selection on tap! The tenders are all friendly and knowledgeable of what is on tap. The food menu is limited, BUT I have yet to find something that isnt amazing on said menu. Also the to-go cabinets have a huge selection!

Got salads for lunch and they looked huge but was a perfect amount of food - delicious too.Staff is working hard to keep reservations moving and not seating groups too close together. They are doing a great job of cleaning between parties and honoring guidelines for safe dining.

So its memorial day weekend and I havent a clue what to do with myself...you know the fractious bit between deciding to have fun and the actually having fun bit? So the perfect place to ride the edge would be right here; in the east wing...in the window seat...people watching and contemplating all the fun that can be had today. The wait staff is excellent...they have the perfect mix of just leaving you alone to daydream and coming over when your drink is almost empty. The people watching from the window seat to both the street and a bit of the bar is quite choice. Oh...and the pretzel tastes great.

Highly recommend the Midnight Sun Berserker. had the Oreleans sandwich. it was very yummy! my moms sandwich was good too. everything we had tasted good and service was good also.

Rudest lady I have ever seen! (Blond, forty or fiftyish, works the bar). We walked out after being treated so poorly we couldnt believe it, flabbergasted. And we didnt do anything except ask if there was a table available, after she loudly snapped at us, then publicly chastised us for not having reservations, then totally ignored us in a bar that had plenty of tables within distancing rules. We left Proctor and found a wonderful place and person, that appreciated our business.

We’re visiting from Florida and it’s honestly been awhile on our travels since we’ve felt good about paying to eat out. These were the best sandwiches I think I’ve ever had in my life, and a great selection of sour beer!

An outstanding selection of beers on tap, as well as in the bottle shop. The staff are super friendly and know their stuff about beer. The prices are quit fair and are comparable to other spots in the 253, but its the atmosphere that will keep you coming back.That being said, the one negative (in my honest opinion) is that the food is lack lustre. Grab a bite elsewhere and spend the night with some craft beer.

My fiance and tried this place tonight and it is hands down some of the best hot sandwiches we have ever had. The garlic gorgonzola dip was amazing! My fiance also got the Banana Bread beer and said it was really good! Definitely going to be a regular here now! Highly recommend 🙂

Really great tap list and retail beer selection. Food was reasonably priced and good quality. Vegan sandwich was delicious. Definitely one of my new regular spots. Got to love Crux!

Totally cool bar with tons of beers to choose from

Been here a bunch, just had a real bad experience. Made a reservation, they kicked us out because “90 minutes.” I don’t recall seeing or being told there was a 90 minute limit. We we’re still buying drinks. They even told us we shouldn’t order more because we only had 15 minutes left. And I had a bunch of money in the jukebox and they just turned it off because they didn’t like what I was playing. If you don’t want it on the jukebox, don’t offer it on the jukebox. It really felt like “thanks for the money, now get out.” Was a rad spot pre covid. Won’t be back anytime soon

Talk about a beer selection! Varied and large tap list, better bottle selection than most beer stores. Unique daily flights. If I wasnt just visiting in town, I would be here all the time. Both local and import beers.

Excellent service and really comfortable in regards to social distancing and COVID safely.Food was wonderful and loved the cooler with an assortment of ciders and beer and wine.

I have only the very best impression of this place. They run a tight ship, and it shows in their efficient service, and clean, open atmosphere.

Tacoma has been in need of a taproom with great food for a while, and P&P does it well. Simple menu of apps (love the pretzels and the smoked salmon spread), sandwiches, salads, soup, etc. and great variety of always changing beers, ciders and even wine on tap. I always get a flight because I can never narrow it down to just one drink choice.

Kombucha and Mead on top in addition to many craft beers. Incredibly tasty warm sandwhiches. Delicious $5 Smores Jar (egg, gluten, nut free) is well worth it. Great staff and atmosphere. Local events too.

The food is great. The women bartenders there are rude!

This is a great place. The sandwich I had was super sandwiches. Huge selection of beers on tap (28), along with wine and cider. The also, have an extensive selection of bottled beer. Staff friendly, fun, and helpful. Atomosphere is confortable and relaxed. The place was packed the last time I was there. You owe it to yourself to visit here.

This is my favorite spot in the north end. Situated in the middle of the Proctor shopping district, serving great sandwiches and offering an extensive tap/bottle beer selection. Ample space for groups.

I love Peaks and Pints. Their sandwiches are great, and I personally love their pesto dressing for their salad. Spicy deviled eggs and Gorgonzola dip are awesome too. We’ve been in on occasion and there was a guest brewery there and we left with souvenir glasses! I love the flights (pre-covid) and it’s the funnest place to drink beer because of how well they curate them. With Covid, I appreciate their limits of people in the bottle shop area and that they encourage hand sanitizing before touching merchandise.

Best Sandwiches, superb beer selection and thee best staff.

If there are two things I love, they are sandwiches and craft cider. And peaks and pints has never let me down in either regard. This place is special to me. It’s where my fiancé and I first officially starting dating. It’s our cozy local spot, through and through. Before the pandemic, it’s where we’d go every Sunday morning for their absolutely scrumptious breakfast sandwiches and weekend morning ciders over charged games of Jenga. It’s a time I can’t wait to get back to someday. But in the meantime, I’m grateful we can still enjoy their take out sandwiches (still as delicious as ever, and always made with care), and the delightful selection of bottled beers and ciders.

OMG can I say that their sandwiches are absolutely mouth watering and their drinks are equally impressive. I truly went both Friday and Saturday of last week for their Ham and Pesto sandwich and the Beef and Beechers sandwich. My family is obsessed with the portion and quality of the food as well as the consistency that we find coming here time and time again. The staff are very outgoing and friendly as well as attentive to detail and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I honestly recommend giving them a try if you just love a BIG delicious sandwich and a Cold Brew on a Warm Washington day!!!

This is a very remarkable place and has the Pacific Northwest vibe I love the place ...I was there after a Seahawk win a year or so back before COVID and it just rocked we had so much fun...great ambiance and fabulous beer and wine...cant wait to get back again!!

I have to say this is one of the best tap house/bottle shops I have been to. I was pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of the spot. Warm and inviting and very nice staff. Lots of good beers on tap and loads of bottles and cans to go. Was in beer heaven! I dont live close by, but will be sure to stop in when I am back in Tacoma. Definitely recommend!

Tough review because nothing was great but nothing was bad. Cool decor, good location, really solid service. The food wasnt good. The beers were good. Somewhere between a 3 star and 4.5 star place depending on whats important to you.

They are pretty mask crazy, here. I got fussed at for attempting to read the taps, even though I was wearing a mask.They have a laundry list of covid rules.They are more covid rabid than any of the many other restaurants Ive visited lately.Pretty good beer and decent food was not enough to overcome the rudeness and exaggerated covid reaction. I cant imagine I would ever return.

These guys are notorious for not making the sandwiches correctly, or according to their description at least....but, when they do get it right, best sandwiches in town....but for real, check your pickups for cheese and tomatoes before you drive away.....otherwise youll be cursing their name......tuna sandwich with no cheese or tomatoes is in my hands this moment....quite frustrating to say the least, since this is the 3rd time theyve done this to me.

We love it here. Wish they had a better setup for TVs on game days but not a game changer. Great selection. The food is delicious.

Myself and 3 family members went to grab dinner and drinks and it was packed. We walked up and sat at the bar to look at the drink menus on the wall. The woman behind the bar saw us and asked what she could do for us. I told her we needed another minute, we are looking at the drink menu.She immediately had an attitude and started to give us trouble for looking at the menu. She was complaining that the four of us were sitting at the bar, telling us that if we wanted to order we would have to move slightly to the left to place our orders and that she wouldnt take them from the seats we had taken. We expressed that we were actually just trying to look at the menu. She got into a huff asking if we wanted the drink menu or food menu. We were literally looking at the rotating drink menu on the wall above the bar. At this point she gave us a look and huffed and puffed away.After being given so much trouble for just looking at the menu, we left and will never return. I urge you to think twice before going to this establishment as the customer service is atrocious. Ive never felt so disrespected for doing something as innocent as looking at the drink menu.

Kind of bummed with this place, seemed like it could be a cool spot at first... We were nearby at The Blue Mouse theater for a documentary premiere and they had a keg of donated beer that was served in little red plastic cups. At the end many of us stood outside to talk about the film and have a last beer. My friends, who were here visiting from South Africa and Montana, didnt think about it and carried in their two plastic cups into the bar. Its probably normal in both those places, I know many places in Montana will fill up a red cup for you if its closing time and you still have beer left in your pitcher. First server came up and reprimanded them, they apologized and went outside and threw their cups away. Should have been done deal. We sat down and ordered food because it was near closing time, our order was taken, we then ordered some drinks but they would not serve my two friends. Thought it was interesting that they would take their food money with no problem though. I could see if my friends had been rude or aggressive instead they were very polite and apologized... Why didnt they just kick them out and we would have all left and gone somewhere else? Felt bad for my friends especially the South African who was visiting Puget Sound for the first time, had to explain to him that not all the bars in our area would act like this...So, yes we all know my friends were initially in the wrong but the staff acted in such a way that I will never go back and Ill tell the same to anybody I know.... Sad part is the bar looks pretty cool!!!

Highly disappointed in the customer service received here, I was walking in to pick up my take out order, and as I was putting my mask on (NOT EVEN IN THE RESTAURANT) and three employees behind the counter began SCREAMING at me to put my mask on. Dont worry I will NEVER come back there again.

Excellent service and great selection of beverages! I havent personally eaten there yet so Im not rating the food, just the experience. One of my favorite places in Tacoma to grab a beer. Also they have some off sale beers available to take home! What a place!

This place is a lot of fun. The have a good variety of rotating taps. They have some very tasty sandwiches. Theres also a great bottle and can selection to enjoy there, or take home. The staff is friendly, and Ive met some very nice local Tacoma folk there! They also have fun little events go on there from time to time.

They have extremely good (my favorite The Rueben) and large sandwiches. The salmon chowder is wonderful. Many choices of beer or wine. Check out the refrigerated items in the back. Parking can be a bit tight but there is a back entrance & some more parking.

In fairness tryed it again to show a friend and always like a bottle room concept. Great decor but sandwiches we ordered last time were not that good. This time, only brave enough to try appetizers and they still forgot to bring one of two we ordered. Too many other places with same beer, better food.

Beer and cider selection was amazing plenty of options for everyone. I think the food was good I ordered the grinder and a starter salad. Both were really tasty. I would definitely recommend and go back. Our server wasnt very personable was literally the only reason I dont give 5 stars.

Great new spot in Proctor. Ive been in several times, never ordered the same beer twice! So many beers! They have an ever changing tap selection and the coolest, most technologically advanced menu boards Ive ever seen. Tons of beer and cider in bottles too! A great way to stock your fridge at home. Good prices. The sandwiches that Ive tried so far have been delicious. Staff is awesome and knowledgeable, especially Barry.

I really want to give this place 5 stars. We had a great time. The beer options were great, both in the bottles and on tap. The food was good too and average price. My only issue was that while the staff was helpful, they werent very friendly or smiled at all. One guy was really nice though. Since it was our first time there we didnt know how everything work but the guy helped explain their business model and that was cool. But agin, none of the staff smiled. Even watching them behind the counter when they interact with each other, they didnt smile or crack joke. It just felt like the staff didnt want to be there and while I got good service, beer and food, it detracted from the whole experience. Ill go back of course to give it a few more tries, but thats my two cents.
