Great place to get your oil changed. 34.95 for a regular oil change. Decent price and they are fast. They also have other services and a Expresso stand onsite. Would definitely recommend. 🤓

Youve had a latte, espresso and smoothie but untill youve had an auto-lube and espresso Smoothie SHAKE you havent tasted perfection. They are so good! There served by a nice friendly good looking crew of woman. There fast and make a good drink. You can get a punch card to use to earn a free drink and Monday is double punch day were you get two lunches for buying one drink it adds up and even if your daily drink is a small you can have a large for your free drink. The coffee but is located in the auto-lube parking lot across from AutoZone in 38th street right down the street from 38th street Safeway and about 1/4 mile from the I-5 on ramps.

I only go here for the coffee. The baristas are extremely nice and sweet to all costumers.

I go here all the time I now go here instead of Starbucks and I love their coffee the employees are great they do often get new employees so sometimes its hard to know whether theyre gonna be good at making coffee or not but outside of that its a great place and I love it

I see a bunch of great reviews and a few wimpy ones. Personally, I had a GREAT experience. Needed a quick oil change before a trip tomorrow, so took 30min off from work. They did the #3 package which includes oil, filter, fluids, lubing, the works. I was advised that my air filter was dirty (it looked disgusting), so I had them do that as well. Came out 15min later after spending $101 and change. Great price, great service, highly recommend and will use in the future!!!

I love the lattes here and the food is awesome as well as the baristas, great bunch of ladies. Ive been going for a couple years and I never had complaints until today. I pulled in this morning and not wanting to sit in the bright hot sun I pulled in to the shadow side but was blocked by a guy standing at the drive thru window talking to someone inside and I just wanted to wait until he was done but he just yelled to me to go around, I waited but he yelled at me again to go around. He walked away 2 muinets later. I know its super Karen of me but I was mad having been yelled at and then having to sit in the bright hot sun, couldnt see the menu and I was uncomfortable so I just went with what I knew and left. Found out later the guy who yelled at me was the owner. I used to go there cause it always made my stressful morning better. I will not be going back again. Be nicer to your customers bro.

First of all the Baristas there are all Awesome the ladies are friendly & remember my drink order. The price is reasonable its a drive thru coffee stand but there is a walk up window you can order coffee at also. Its in a good location. Overall its a 5 🌟 experience

Great coffee little local stand

Over filled my oil,had yo go back after work(in kent) first tried to say it wasnt over filled 1 minute after turning off engine.it was a quart over filled I checked it at home flat surface because it was idling rough after oil change. They drained some oil the I asked him what about my plugs, pcv valve extra oil has to go somewhere he said o no only if u put 3 or 4 extra quarts in it.1st of all who the h$## would even do that so.no offer of refund or sorry about that.CHECK YOUR OIL IF U GO THERE I WONT GO BACK.Btw I have worked on and with cars for 30 yrs.

Quality service, greeted me ad I walked in the door. Had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Price was a little on the steep side. I usually go to dealer and get same service for less cost but I like doing business with local small businesses a little more personal.

Was good exept for the fact they never clean steering wheel after they put their grubby hands on it

These guys are AWESOME, fast know there stuff. With a parts store across the street they always can quickly get whatever they might need. Very pleasant people and great service. as a former auto diagnostician i know what i am talking about. Best lube in town. Had me in and out for a trans service in less than 1/2 hour.

I love this place! I spend less than 30 minutes there and its done! They are not pushy, they dont force me to buy things I dont need or want, and answer any questions I have. Its the only place I take my cars to for oil changes!

This is a great spot to get an oil change for a good price and you’ll be outa there in 10-20 minutes. The men working there are no nonsense hard working bees. Straight forward and serves customers with respect. I really appreciate that! Plus, it’s nice to know there’s a good coffee stand right next to it. Overall, this is a great spot to get a quick oil change and get coffee. A good blend.

They got the oil changed and I appreciate that. But they added a charge onto the bill, written in with pen. It was some sort of environmental charge. I said hey wait a minute, what is this? Because the bill was for more than the very large price advertised on their back wall. They said that it wasnt unfair to add that charge, because it is an environmental fee. I said that it should be included in the advertised price. They said that they did disclose the additional fee. They then pointed to the back board that has a very small square of paper (nested next to four really large price signs) which states that there is an additional fee. I said that it wasnt right to advertise one way, slip a portion of a piece of paper up on the wall with a hard-to-read additional charge, and then pen that in... they should just adjust their advertised price. But they probably arent interested in doing that. As it is, they can tag this onto the bill to make a buck or two on every customer without having to up their advertised prices. Most customers arent going to balk, because the amount is so small they wont even notice it on the bill. Well, they just lost a customer.

These guys a great! Always kind and helpful, not pushy or rude like many oil change places. They are also quick and have espresso onsite! Win-win.

I really liked how simple it was for me to get in, have my cars oil changed, to pay, and be on my way. The technicians here were friendly, honest, and professional. By GPS it took me exactly 15 minutes total. It was perfect timing to walk across the street to the AutoZone thats right there and pick up a few things.My car is running great and they gave me a sticker to remember when to do it again.Seriously considering using this company for my (small) fleet of vehicles for my business.

Never had the food but the auto lube area is great. The guys are pros if they cant fix the problem they know someone who can. They have been servicing my truck going on 4 years now. Easy in and out with helpful hints and suggestions if you are not a mechanical petson.

For what theyre able to do (small repairs and regular maintenance) theyre very fast, reasonably priced, and very reliable. I was told today it was going to take 2.5hrs for front brakes. We were out in half the time.

I went in for an oil change and they were really helpful and fast. They recommend a coolant flush but I was still out of there within a half an hour. Definitely going back for my next oil change.

This place is great. We have been taking our rigs here for years now and the service is perfect. They are reasonably priced and fast. Dont get the extra stuff that the other places give you saying things need to be done that dont. I will continue to get my services done here and hope others have the same experiences that we do. The employees are polite and very courteous. Cant speak for the espresso stand, I have never gotten anything from there.

Used to be 5 stars. Now.... i dont think i will be back. They had staff turn over. Now it just makes me sad. Been coming here for about 10 years. Used to be here every day. 15 minute wait. Sitting here as we speak. I gotta find some where new. :(

Fast oil change with good coffee in the parking lot. Ive been taking my work and personal vehicles here since 1991. Typically by the time you get your coffee theyre almost done.

This coffee drive-thru on 38th has th3 best coffee & best customer service of any of the others Ive ever visited! If youve never tried white coffee, this is the place... Excellent! And they have punch cards!

It would of been nice of someone to greet us once we pulled up to window. Seriously didnt hear a word for 10 min straight and then she proceeded to ask what we were getting without a hello or anything? It was kinda wierd and not good customer service. Not to mention the drink was made wrong:/ unfortunately had to give bad review which I dont like doing

Invoice number 161580. Stopped by for a oil change, purchased package#1 for $35.95 up to 5 quarts. I’ve been to there many times and still have the previous invoice and didn’t quite understand why the price difference for same service. Today I was serviced by Chris the manager, he had the audacity to charged me for service without my consent, he said that my car need it 5.5 quarts instead of 5 quarts, which I would of been ok with if he had informed me. I didn’t want to make scene so I called for an explanation he “said it’s everything was on the board and then called me stupid for not knowing how much oil my vehicle need it and then hung up. Chris is rude and unfit to be a manager.

Always friendly and fast service. I have a running light that is out and they recommended I purchased the bulb on Amazon or Ebay to save myself a substantial amount of money which is always nice to hear rather than being taken advantage of.

Dishonest, and overpriced. Conventional oil change and filter for $35+ a shop fee. PLUS an extra fee for cartridge filters. For the $35.00 oil change you spend over $50. Not to mention they try to up-sell you on other skeptically needed services. Their menu for services contains numerous and uneasy to understand fees, there are countless items on their menu that are UPCHARGES so youll get screwed over and without them asking first.

Auto-lube& Espresso handled my oil and filter change and tire pressure issues in less then 15 minutes. Awesome service professionals.

I have been a customer for the past 5 years. I bought a newer car and still took it there. 2 weeks ago I changed the oil, synthetic $76. I took my car to the Toyota shop due to a strange rattling noise, which stopped after I changed the oil. Toyota told me my oil was leaking and that the O ring and the plug were broken and that whoever changed my oil messed these parts up. I took it to this shop again, they lifted it and said there was no leak. They said it sounds like Toyota is trying to sell you an oil change. Well, my car is leaking oil, I feel cheated and disappointed for trusting these people. This could damage my engine, leave alone that is a fire hazard and overall danger while driving. Now I not only will have to go back to Toyota, apologize for telling them they were lying, but also I have to pay to get the parts replaced and pay again for a new oil change. Im not coming back to this place; I cannot trust their service anymore. I tried to find info about the owner to ask for a refund, no luck.

They provide polite, professional services, in a reasonably amount of time. They also have a nice espresso stand. But be careful they cant check transmission fluid level on some vehicles and charge you for it.

I called and was told that if I got my car to this place no less than 10 minutes before they closed they would service my vehicle for an oil change. I got there 17 minutes before they closed and they told me they couldn’t do my oil change and that I needed to get my car there 10 minutes before they closed. My clock AND their clock showed it was 17 minutes before they closed. When I told them that, they didn’t even reply. I won’t try and take my car back to that place.

Very prude, snobby women work here. Yes you do have the best coffee in Tacoma. But the absolute worst service. And not to mention.. 15 punches on a punch card till a free coffee? Pathetic. It’s SO bittersweet coming here.

I REALLY appreciate that no one tried to upsell me. The guy did what I asked him to do, did it well, and did it quickly. It is rare to find a Service Center that doesnt push the latest and greatest overpriced synthetic robotic micro-bead slow churned free range motor oil. I just want an oil change and that is what I got.

I am a grandma, who went here because my grandson recommended that I go there. I bought a higher service than my grandson told me to because I knew that I needed more fluids. But when I returned to my grandsons We discovered that fluids either werent added or not paid attention to. I called and asked about it. And was told they just added a quart. And I asked why if it didnt register in the reservoir was it normal to leave that way. The guy said he just added the quart and didnt pay attention and I should go back. Why would I ever go back to a place where they normally do not pay attention? My son tells me that there needs to be a certain mixture of coolant and water so if they just added a quart of coolant and nothing was in the reservoir I suspect they did not add anything I paid for.

Ive used them for oil changes and theyre decent.Prices seem about average. Theres about 6 chairs inside the small waiting area and only about 6 parking spots outside. The little espresso stand is right there so you can pop over for a drink if you want.I have had my check engine light come on twice after theyve changed my oil (I usually get the full package where they top off everything) but its so far been fixed but making sure my gas cap is screwed in tightly. I honestly have no idea why this is a thing but the only time Ive had the light come on is after getting my oil changed there.Service is usually done in less than 30 minutes and I havent been unnecessarily pressured into extra services. The times theyve asked if Ive wanted something done (like the air filter) theyve brought out the old one to show whats up.

DONT TRUST THIS THIS PLACE!!! If I could leave a zero I would. These people were the last to do labor on my car and over tightened the drain plug now the threads are stripped and I have to pay 1200 dollars to get it repaired. Just dont do it if you like you car.

There may be good mechanics in the shop but the one my father in law had was crooked to the bone. He told him he needed to change his front brakes because they were worn very thin. My father in law asked to see the brakes and the mechanic said no he couldnt. His response was no customers in the workshop. That may be true but when he got home and I checked his brake pads they were in no way even close to worn. Just a crooked mechanic and I will never even step foot there after what happened to my father in law.

Not all the baristas are shown. They have undercover working there. I was told about something I thought was legally finished. Never had a problem at any other stands except this one. They dont have most of the food items advertised. There are many more fish in the sea. There are alot of basic Anonymous ? Positive? reviews.
