In spite of a tight configuration, measurement was perfect. Courteous employees AND super competent. Delivered on time. Unlike Lowes, they got the correct materiaL. Next time I’ll hire them directly.

We’ve had nothing but excellent communication, quality service, and rapid response from Contour. They were on time for their appointments. Tricia (sp?) answered all of our questions when she measured, even helped us find a fantastic new sink! Leonard in the shop was awesome in helping us do the layout, was personable, and reassured us as to the process. They cut and installed according to our timeline - we may have rushed them a bit. The installers were amazing! Really friendly and my kitchen was cleaned before they left. I was a little worried with all the negative reviews, but we got gorgeous granite AND excellent service. I would recommend Contour any day!

I’m very surprised to see a preponderance of bad experiences on this site. Our experience was a first rate installation with attention to detail. The quality of the product surpassed our expectations. The template creation was done methodically and accurately. We communicated well with everyone involved. Made sure we were all on the same page. Contour treated us well. I would be pleased to do business with them again.

Although our project was small, it had caused us much frustration, because other companies obviously preferred bigger projects. Contour Countertop took our little job seriously. They were responsive and quickly worked us into their schedule. They showed up on time, were professional, friendly, skilled and accomplished the task with care, doubly verifying all measurements, resulting in a perfect fit and happy ending for us! To top it off, each of the four people with whom we communicated, was just plain nice!! We highly recommend this company for any countertop projects.

A critical seam failed between 2 and 3 years. I was informed that the warranty was for one year but if I paid for half the cost they would redo the affected area. It seems that kitchen counter tops should last longer than that. If I could afford to pay for one half again I would have chosen a different material. Very disappointed.

5-STARS – GREAT JOB!

I will NEVER use contour again. My husband and I didnt have a choice to use them since we did our whole kitchen remodel through lowes. The lady that came out to measure was extremely rude to me and treated me like an idiot.Fast forward a week and the countertops are installed (the guys were very professional and did a good job) but later that night my husband asks why they didnt cut a hole for the garbage disposal button. I wasnt aware they had to, so we called to ask and now we have to pay them to come back and do it when they shouldve done it in the first place.

Full disclosure - I went through Lowes to buy the countertops, and Lowes then contracted Contour for the install. Maybe not all the blame goes on them, but they took 3 weeks to come out and measure, another 3 weeks to come and install, and didnt even finish the job! Now I cant even get them to call me back to install the rest, after 4 weeks! Who does that? And who doesnt want to get paid for work? Smh.That being said, if you want a great price, have no time constraints, and dont mind a lack of communication, then go for it. At least in the end the work they did looked good.

I would give them a -5 if I could. They replaced our countertop 3 times, and it still looks like looks horrible. Even Lowes said they would not use our countertops as a referral because it is so bad. Never use them!!! They came out yesterday, and walked out during the coversation. We are going after their bond if we do not get a full refund of all expenses for purchase and installation.

Lack project management was delayed multiple times with excuse after excuse. Thought going through Lowes would get better customer service I was wrong. Still waiting for install very disappointed. Will not use contour or lowers for anything again.

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced! Trish came out to our house to do a template and was extremely rude and condescending to my wife. I had to call in and fix her oversight the next day I will say the person I talked with that day was very professional. They came out and installed the countertops did great work. But did not drill the hole for the air gap for the garbage disposal. So now we have to pay to get them to come back out because. Its the customers responsibility to tell the installers where they want the holes. Ok so why did we have to go in and design everything with Lowes beforehand? Lowes sends contour countertops a work order and they come out to the installation site twice. Just so Contour Countertops is aware you guys are supposed to be the professionals not your customers! Thanks for giving us a big headache instead of having your customers back.

Horrible customer service. Wanted me to measure the counter tops myself and send them a template. When I told them I was not comfortable and I felt like it opened the door failure or other problems the lady hung up on me.
