Understaffed, not trained wasted 45 minutes for an issue from one of their employees. They wouldnt give me the managers information, told me they are busy and I was rude for wanting to speak to a manager and then hung up on me.

The store is not organized in a fashion that makes it easy to get in and out quickly. I spent 20 minutes just trying to find gardening gloves that should have simply been in one area of the garden section. Even with the very helpful employee, together we searched high and low, only to have to leave empty handed. What few gloves they did have were stuffed away in a little cabinet and inadequate for the job Im doing.

Pretty decent selection of plants. My only compaint is most of their plant containers are made of plastic. Not a place to go for good ceramic or real wood containers.

Limited stock and employee did not understand me when I asked if they had juniper shrubs. They did.

Easy access / checkout. Seperate register from main store. Staff helpful.

Manager is excellent. Have great deals and so far the best HD Ive been to.
