Sometimes polite. Good selection. Standard Revlon Mild Relaxer American small plastic jar version for African American hair is never available. Standard European clay for facials are sometimes available. I do not like the jar powder clay, as it is not the standard European version. I only like European clay and marketed European hair conditioners. I also only like the inexpensive matte lipsticks in stock. Adore Semipermanent (mild) selection is stronger than it was 10 years ago, too strong, just like the relaxers, none of them are mild. Clairol and Jazzing Semipermanent is not the mild American version it is the Mexican imported strong version, and the dye does not any longer take to fine, porous hair. TCB Relaxer mild and regular is sometimes not in stock. Super relaxeris ridiculous. Employees will not follow you around to intimidate you. When you ask where a certain product is, they will guide you there or tell you what aisle the product is located. Wigs are overpriced and lace wigs are too expensive. Bought a couple of good plastic wigs and human hair wigs from there and discarded them. Black plastic, red and blonde. Since COVID, I cannot purchase any wigs to try on. Most wigs do not fit me, they fit the other local clients. A few out-of-state traveller nosy arrogant clients (not the workers!) will try to follow you around and intimidate you into looking at wigs, or trying to see what your hair texture is, instead of simply allowing you to pick up a relaxer for your hair within 5 minutes time. I also do not like relaxers or grease. I like wax, clear gel, conditioner, and lots of oil. They (some clients) are from out of state and superficial. I usually wear scarves on my head there because some visitors to the area are too nosy. Some of the clients wear weird perfumes that are in locations that are not on the neck or wrists, and unprofessional unbecoming tattos. (Ignore) They also prefer to wear unnatural UNPROFESSIONAL processed bright yellow or orange coppery hair, or unprofessional frosty streaks, and mingle with cheap perfumes. (Ignore) They like what products they like. Great stock of braid hair packs and ponytail pieces, both synthetic and human hair available. Great selection of regular and deep conditioners available. I do not use shampoo in my hair. I use conditioner, deep conditioner, lye jar relaxer, neutralizing shampoo, wax, oils, and rarely clear gels. Clients are young, old, and now accepted various genders. Most clients like to conceal their hair with extensions. They always have new products. On to the next review.

Everyone needs to be there good stuff you need to visit the place

Got what I needed. Its surprising the depth of products they have. The customer service is tepid yet acceptable. Make sure you spend the $10 and join the club. I got it 3 years ago and I am still getting my moneys worth! Ill be going here more often, they are opening a Low do next door in the Shoppers that closed almost a year ago.

They will order for you. If youre looking for something. They dont follow you around. They speak English ( they all do, this place just doesnt pretend they dont) Friendly..

The store had all the products that I had on my list. They also had a large selections of wigs.

I just left the store. Theres decent parking since its in a shopping center. Its very clean when first walking in. Everything was clearly and accurately labeled, it was easy to find what I was looking for. I was able to ask the cashier a question and he answered me calmly and politely. There is a little bit of everything, as any good beauty/hair supply store should have. They were well stocked as well, and I was able to get enough packs of hair for the style that I wanted. It was a nice size store as well, it didnt feel damp and cramped like some beauty supply stores are. Will definitely be coming back!

Quite an array of hair and skin care products; variety of hair for braiding, weaves, and wigs too. Shelves are well stocked; prices are reasonable. Regular shoppers should sign up for the discount card; no charge. As a first- time customer, I will return. Shoppers Food Warehouse on New Hampshire Avenue is your landmark. Beauty Mark is in the corner.

Its a very neat and organized store and you can get a refund for unused products with a receipt in 7 business days. They also let you sign up for reward points.

This place has an awesome selection of the latest fashion accessories and beauty supplies for the most reasonable prices. Their employees are very kind and helpful.

Prices are too high. 80 dollars for a synthetic wig model model that I bought for 50 dollars at a another store and its only 40 bucks online ?
