Please, do not shop at this diplorable and, horrifically disrespectful store!!! If I, could rate it, negative zero stars, I would. An incident happened to me, yesterday (11/1/21), at approximately 6 p.m.. I went into this store, I was the only customer. No one, greeted me. The two idiotic clerks, just gave me dumbfounded stares of suspicious probing. I proceeded to look around, for some hairspray I wanted, I didnt see it in stock. I walked over to a product selection of lotions. I picked one up and read the ingredients and then placed it right back on the shelf and left. Guess what happened, next? One of the clerks, follows me, like a stalker into the neighboring store I visit. I see him, hes watching me as I shop, in this different store, on his phone like the C.I.A. stalking me. Then, before Im about to checkout, with my groceries, he comes up and shows me surveillance footage of me in the beauty supply store. Instantly, Im shocked and confused because I did nothing wrong. Im wondering, what is his assertion? I begin, to curse him out, saying I didnt steal anything, right in front of everyone in the grocery store. He leaves, not even explaining to me, why he showed me, the footage. I drop everything and follow him, back to the beauty supply store. I tell him, please call the police if what you showed me, is your proof of theft. He says, nothing to me. He and the female clerk, give me, the dumbest, blank stares, Ive ever seen in my life!!! I say, to both of them, youre idiots!!! Then I begin, to call 911, right there on the spot! The police arrive, look at the footage. The police see, exactly what I did: I came in the store, picked up an item and put it back... An officer, told me, the clerk said, he showed me the footage, in hopes that I would make a confession... A fake, confession! Are you kidding me?? How sickening!! I never got an apology, for being wrongly accused. Those two clerks, have not a shred of decency or common sense. Avoid, this store or youll be next to suffer the stupidity of these two, clueless clowns.

Rude service. They didnt care to make a sale. I knew exactly what I wanted and yet they dont supply it in my color. Their choices were minimal at best with only the same bland colors to choose from. A great Beauty supply store supplies a VARIETY of colors and stock. If you only like wearing 1, 1B, T1B/30 or bright blue weave hair colors only, then this is the place for you.

Had everything I wanted except this particular protein treatment brand but was able to get a substitute. Store employee professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I’ll come back real soon. So happy i found this place!!!

African American products are fully displayed. Helpful. Good prices. Never have a problem finding what I need.

Prices are pretty good, store is clean and very nice selection of items, and has a friendly atmosphere. The staff is always helpful when I go in.

The employees are very attentive and helpful if you have questions. I love patronizing them because they are black owned!

They need more selection and variety here to spice up the place and increase their business. The prices are decent. It would be nice to have a better shopping experience.

Please do not go this store. I am longtime customer but Those two peoples who worked there for decades, have changed to a boss or owner. They are rude, disrespectful with a lot of attitude. I feel bad for Mr Choi the real owner because those two evils are kicking away all customers at the same time, they are bringing fake product to the store and mixing them with the original one.Do not trust them anymore. It’s so sad.

Dont come here looking for a good customer service because you are not going to get one. Get what you need and just bounce. It seems as they are forcing the sales girl and the cashier to work there.

I called to make sure they had the hair. The owner assured me they did but when I arrived they did not. Do not waste your time going to the store like I did.

Don’t get there close to closing because they will turn off the lights. No warning of closing soon just lights out get out.

Bad customer service those two people who work there are not nice the last time I went there I asked the girl for the price of something she said If I cant see it in front of me with an attitude and I went there again for a second time they wasnt nice at all both the guy and the girl. The only reason I went there it because I suffer from acne and dark spots on my face my friend send me there because they have a acne lotion that helps her dark spots go away on her face, and I go there to buy hair products as well. But Im gonna check other beauty supply if they have the same acne cream so I dont have to go there anymore and I can buy my hair products at target.

They racially profiled me as soon as i walked in, so i walked right out. If i could give them zero stars i would.

I wish I could give Out star,this particular beauty supply have a very poor customer service, infact the worst customer service ive ever encountered in the usa,the African/American guy & the girl is too rude arrogant & unwelcoming, they are not helping the owner at all,I dont know if they were trained cuz they behave like illiterate, I will never go there or recommend anybody there again,

It currently 7:55pm on a Thursday and its closed but the sign on the door as well as Google says they close at 8pm... This is very inconveniencing
