This place has the most dumbest drive thru set up ever. So inconvenient when you cannot get down to get your medications due to covid and there are 2 semi trucks making it difficult to drive up to the window. Currently looking elsewhere for my meds. Am sure they will not miss me.

The worst customer service you can imagine, and it is dangerous to be in this place. Lets talk about the customer service first. I just came here to ask for some change, they immediately said no. Ive said okay, how about if I buy something do you still give change? The cashier lady rolled her eyes and said we dont do that. Then walked out of there and they are very rude. About two months ago, a customer got attacked with machete over a dispute. The worst part of it is there was a security guard at the scene. He did not do anything about it, and the customer has sustained some injuries. The attackers have simply ran away and not captured.Avoid this place at all costs.

The WORST pharmacy. Why offer appointments for COVID testing only thru the drive thru if the wait is over 1 hour. Finally got up to the window where i waited 20 minutes with no one checking in or even having the courtesy to excuse them not assisting. Schedule a test elsewhere!

Ive been here for 2 hrs and 10 minutes, waiting on a scheduled Covid test at 11:30 AM. Tests average 20-30 minutes. Now theyre closing for lunch at 1:30 PM. Clearly this pharmacy isnt prepared to handle this volume nor is this good customer care. Take your Covid testing insurance testing dollars elsewhere.

Don’t come here for a covid tested. I waited in the car line for nearly an hour. Montgomery County clinic on Dennis ave had no wait when I went with an appointment as well superior service.

False advertising . This is not a 24 hour pharmacy. The pharmacy on the weekend close at 6pm

Website said covid tests were in stock, arrived 15 minutes later, nothing left.

This Manager name Nancy she is so rude. She can’t respect customers or employees. This is crazy Walgreen Hired this kinda people to work there. She Rolls her eyes to employees Front of the customers and she can’t even talk respectfully towards customer. If I was her store Manager I would fired her.

This pharmacy is a joke. Medication is hardly ever ready on time. You’ll get a text/email/call notifying you that your meds are ready but when you go to pick them up, they’ll tell you it’s not ready. Without a reasonable excuse. The drive thru is horrible too. Set aside 1 hour if you decide to use their drive thru. Seems like the tech helping customers inside is the same person handling the drive thru costumers as well, and usually there is atleast 3-4 people inside the pharmacy. So I don’t get it. Most of them are rude and look annoyed. Just be blessed you have a job and make sure you do your job. That’s all!Honestly I had hopes for this location...sadly they fail.

Moderna Vaccine waiting time took over two hours. Pharmacists constantly running back and forth around their desks looking for materials. Computer software was giving staff a hard time. Patrons were confused as to which line was serving moderna or Janssen vaccine.

Worst service ever. Been calling pharmacy since Saturday and leave on speaker phone. No one ever answers or phone after ringing bouncing whatever disconnects phone call. Looki g for a new pharmacy. Customer service non-existent.

The cashier lady working at 4pm on 8/25 is extremely helpful and customer service oriented a rarity in this day and age give this woman a raise.

I was told last Friday that I could pick up my prescription on Sunday. I arrive Sunday,and was informed that I could not pick it up yet because the insurance company said it was too soon. I asked if they had definitely received the refill order from my doctor and that the insurance company issue, ( which they did not seem to know about on Friday) was the only problem. They assured me that, yes, they had received the order and that I had to wait until Tuesday due to the insurance company. I then arrive Tuesday evening, and I am told that there is no refill order from the doctor in the system,. It was after 6 pm and so my doctors office was closed and so I am out of luck.

Waited over 3 hrs for covid test. Pharmacy went on lunch break and line had to wait for them to get back. Completely unacceptable.

Had a 10:45 appointment and proceeded to wait in line for 2.5 hours. Unacceptable. Either have appointments or a first come/first serve system.

One of the worst places... never answering phone calls in the pharmacy, never have the medicine you need, you have to go at least 3 times to get the medicine....Go somewhere else!!!

This past weekend, I went to the Pharmacy to pick up some drug for my mother. The staff here was very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Sometime I am disappointing from Walgreens. It can be a hit or a miss. Last one was a miss, The one before was good. Store is clean, they keep it in good condition. Wish they had more groceries.

I suggest that you rethink about whether you go to this crappy place. I recently bought some grocery that each and every one of them was passed their expiration date. I am sure that you neither want to eat nor would like to drink something that is totally rotten. As far as I am concerned, no chance in hell I am gonna go to this low rated rather unprofessional place. I would like to point out that I gave them a call regarding my issue and they responded with the following all of the other products that I did not buy, which are the same kind of items that I bought and that are on display and in their fridges, are all passed the expiration date!!! . To me, that was shocking and totally stunning. So, not only me who was and yet still is in trouble but all of the other customers that are gonna buy the same products such as the ones that I bought!!!

Called to try to refill a prescription the automatic system prompted and let me know a staff person was needed ( weird but ok it a refill I originally got filled there and I confirmed I had refills available ) okay Im waiting for a staff member to come to the phone Im literally still waiting its been 80 minutes so far and not one staff member has come and even spoke to me to put me on hold no one has answered period and It was only 3 calls ahead of me so its no way it should take that long definitely unacceptable avoid at all cost unless u have a few hrs to waste to get a single prescription

Always enjoy going in here. The employees and management are so nice and helpful. Quite a rarity in this area.

Let me start off by prefacing something before you come to this Walgreens. This is the central healthcare hub for many people that live near by. A lot of the migrant central Americans are lining up to to go to the pharmacy here or the CVS across the street as cheap,fast healthcare advice for things like colds to impotency (Ive seen it). So if youre coming to drop something off at the pharmacy youre going to be waiting in line with a lot of folks using the pharmacy for triage care. If you must come here, do it during off peak hours. I live so close its the best option for me and what I usually do it wait until I know the after work rush has finished.Most of them will let you in front of them in line if they think the person behind the pharmacy counter doesnt speak Spanish. But its very busy all of the time because of this and the staff response to this ranges from angry and irritated they have to deal with this to genuinely caring and listening to people. Some of the staff realize the importance of their job and take it very seriously.

Ive got a ton of other pharmacies that are closer to me, but this one is worth going out of my way thanks to the super helpful, customer-service-minded staff in the pharmacy department.

People were not very nice. I did get my photos within an hour and got helped quickly when I picked them up. However, my photos had ink smears on all of them, making them useless. Do they not check how they come out?? Very disappointed. Will be printing my photos somewhere else.

Walgreens, doesnt have the cheapest prices and specially on their medicine and house supplies.

If you need customer service, this is one establishment that you should avoid. I waited for a store clerk to assist me in the photography department to pick up pictures, for 25 minutes. I pressed the button for service at least 10 times. When I finally got service, my pictures were not ready, and had to wait a further 15 minutes. Seriously disappointed
