Poor management always says Im late on payment has several employees and call and not know what they are doing . They have trouble keeping up with correct schedule information as well. When ask a question they either dont know or get their rude manager on the phone and he has no customer service skills at all. I just made payment employee did not tell me it was a late payment no extra fee included and when mentioned manager he continues to be rude on phone so I said come get the stuff

Please stay away from this location. I spent literally 10 minutes trying to get this associate to give me some information on a bedroom set and he keeps showing me cheap pieces and I keep asking him about the same bedroom set. How do you know if someone doesn’t have the funds to purchase something if you don’t even take the time to ask. After 10 mins of going back and forth he finally tells me it’s sold. Absolutely credulous! I will also post on Yelp to red flag this place .

Very nice selection on tvs

I cant remember the womans name. But she had short hair and glasses. She was awesome very nice and treated my family amazingly. My son was being a typical 3 year old and running around and she kept calling him awesome and speaking to him. By the end of the expierience both my boys were tired and she even offered to take the papers outside for him to sign. She gave me a deal and was all around great. Happy with my time there

My first impression of this store was not exactly a good one. I was actually ready to cancel my order and go somewhere else But Shantoria really made up for it and showed me that they care for their customers. She fixed the issues I had and even got my furniture to me before the estimated date. Theo and Justin were the ones who delivered my furniture, they were professional and very pleasant.

The customer service at this location is superb. Theo took great care in getting me exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Just a warning:Do no purchase any thing from rent a center in Tallahassee Fl(the one on adams st). I went there last year(2017) and signed a lease for a television. I moved back to Ga in January. When I called to make a payment and change my address they would not accept my payment. I then tried to pay the account off in full and again they denied to accept my payment . my father also called to try and tried to pay the account off IN FULL. I called cooperate because I wanted to finish paying for my equipment and was told the DM would be in touch with me . still nothing.... They failed to contact me and failed REFUSED my payment on several occasions. Now they want to take a warrant out on me for not returning stolen property What about all my money I did pay them. And how did I steal when the sales associate and manager refused my payment???

Garbo.... Went the first time there was never any working phones... Then the lil lady tried to flip my Aarons story to make me look untrustworthy,the manager is never there,just a mess

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive.
