Excellent services with last online pick up in store order. Got waited on immediately, order located quickly and was out of store within 5 minutes. Perfect service. Will continue to order online and pick up in store.

Super friendly staff! I had ordered an item online a week prior to visiting the store to be shipped directly to my house. I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I was able to very easily and conveniently return my order to the local store. I also did an online order for in-store pick up at the same store for the correct part. So I was able to return the wrong thing I ordered online and pick up exactly what I needed from doing online in-store pick up. Both were super quick and staff were super friendly and helpful!

The most basic thing, light bulbs! Yet, despite one side of a whole aisle dedicated to it, there’s no diversity and selection. The bulb selection is actually far better at Target, where on multiple occasions, for several different types of bulbs I’ve been able to find what I need, and, unlike Home Depot, quality GE bulbs, not shelf space completely filled with generic off-brands that only come in a few sizes and one light appearance / color temperature: daylight (cool). Anyway, I’m done even looking here for light bulbs. Both Lowe’s and Target haves a much better selection.

Always seems to be well stocked and if you are lucky, a sales person will be in the area you are searching for something. I find the guys in the commercial area are great to help organize a project. Dogs are allowed inside and it makes a great place to socialize your dog to lots happening.

Went in to take back a high end grill that didnt work and was promptly refunded. Extremely helpful staff that took care of all our needs quickly. Will not go anywhere else for house needs!!!

No-show delivery on an upright freezer; no communication whatsoever, and all HD will tell me is they’re contacting the delivery agency and I’ll hear back within 3 days. I’m not permitted to have the name and contact info of this “agency” so I can follow up directly. They now have delivery slated for almost 30 days later, I’m told, but I can try to negotiate an earlier date when “they” call. Home Depot collected the money quickly enough, but takes no responsibility for fulfillment. I’ll never shop there again.

Great wash, caring staff. Best of the pair of car wash businesses that I have used in Tallahassee. Dropping my monthly payments to the one on Apalachee. They will not honor something as simple as tire shine if not applied by their machine. Tire shine at super suds is well done. Just got a compliment on the wash.

I love this home depot, Ive came here multiple times and would give it 5 stars if my guy was there cutting my boards for me. I was there on 19feb2021 at 6pm. The guy working this shift marked the boards exactly on the number even after I mentioned the blade with was going to take a little bit off each board. See pictures below on how the cuts turned out. This guy needs to be retrained how to do it right.

Pretty standard Home Depot. I usually always know what I need when I get there which makes getting in and out quick. When I do need help the employees are really knowledgeable or know who to get to help me. Ive only had one or two times I struggled to find help.Also, they do tool/equipment rentals and offer a military discount on almost all purchases.

I gotta admit, I have to change my mind about Home Depot. I stopped shopping here years ago when it was always messy, never any help available, and usually in poor stock. A friend convinced me to go. The garden center staff were AMAZING! I found everything I needed, they helped load, they smiled.

I love this place because when you ask someone to help, even if its not the department they normally work at least they are still knowledgeable. If they dont know they will call someone and try to help you out until someone else get there. We were only shopping for cabinet hinges and knobs today.

In my opinion doing way better than Lowe’s. Was at both stores on the same day and THD was just a bit better

Home Depot normally treats me pretty well and other customers. Some departments have very highly staffed people others are just entry level. Some of the gardening staff lacked customer service skill sets and some were not really interested in us struggling to find what we were looking for. I asked one employee about a type of plant he had on the shelf and he said I dont know I just work in the plant department. Be right there I wasnt going to get any good answers from him so I moved on. The customer service in middle class dining establishments in Tallahassee is poor. It seems for their overpopulation of college students here comes a nice dose of angst and I dont want to be here I couldnt agree more you dont need to be here.

Better than one on the West side of town. Jay in the plumbing department was exceptionally knowledgeable. Made excellent suggestions about the most cost effective solution to my plumbing problem. I followed his recommendations. Everything worked perfectly the first time!

They are open early and close late. Really helps me get stuff done after or even before work. Garden is nice also here. I buy a lot of tools and all are lifetime warranty. Weekends are crowded but plenty of parking. I find Home Depot better than the competition. Their grill brands are great and they last a long time! Online pick service works very smooth and easy in the store. I order online and it is ready for pick up when I get there! Very friendly customer service and everyone is very helpful around the store.

I went in to buy a washing machine on 7/4/2021. The associate was extremely helpful and knowable. I ended up buying my appliance online since it was out of stock in the store. I choose to have it delivered to my house to make it easier on me. Online said it would be delivered on 7/24/2021 (That is 20 days without a washing machine). Fast forward to the day of delivery I check online to see the driver will be there between 8:30 and 12:30 and I receive a call from the driver at 10:00am that they are on the way to me and that is the last time I spoke with the delivery service, he never showed. I waited until 3:00pm and called the customer service line associated with the delivery service and they couldnt get ahold of the driver so they sent an email to the manger. I never heard back from the delivery service. I called the store on Capital Circle on 7/25/2021 to see if hopefully my washing machine was there and I could just pick it up, it wasnt. I spoke with a manager(Austin?) and he told me he was going to make contact with the delivery service and get back with me on Monday. The manager was able to track down my washing machine along with other orders that were never delivered for the same day. He ended up delivering the machine himself on Monday morning. I am so grateful for this manager and his efforts to ensure I got my product. He made my whole situation better just by caring.I am ranking my experience with the store and the employees at a 5 for the amazing customer service and care I received but I am ranking the delivery service a 0 for how poorly they handled everything. I understand situations happen out of our control but I was never commutated with about what was happening. I wasted my whole Saturday for this delivery service that never showed and never called me back to explain what happened.

I love Home Depot. Very dissapointed at the lack of sanitizing that is being done. Customer service has gone down considerably. Very few knowledgeable employees to help you. You are basically on your own. Most employees do not know much.

They are moving stuff around so give yourself extra time to find things. Everything seemed well stocked. Need to get prices posted as well.

Home depot has affordable prices and nice helpful staff. I enjoyed checking out the sheds outside, it was nice you can just walk in and explore the inside of them haha. I considered buying some flowers in the garden area but decided against it. Home depot has everything from furniture to crafting supplies. If youre going to home depot you most likely know what you are coming for.

Curbside pickup is great! Love it! Love it! Hope this trend continues long past covid! Keeping the kids in the car and not having to take them in the store.....priceless!@!

Such terrible service. Tool rental guy is extremely rude for no reason. I am waiting on someone to unlock a tool for me to buy. I asked three people. They just say something over the intercom. Nobody is responding or listening to the intercom. What a waste of time. I am leaving around $800 in merchandise in a cart because nobody will help me by unlocking the items I need to buy. I can literally see 5 employees standing around doing nothing. This place is poorly ran.

Most items in stock and well labeled. Several types of splitting wedges supposed to be in stock, neither I nor associates could find them.

I normally love going. However this experience wasnt enjoyable. I walked all over trying to find someone to help me and down isles that were not labeled properly.

I had to return the item, and still give them a 5. Returned item, and they didnt have another. They called the other store to verify they has one. Two employees that assisted me were great. I wished I had gotten their names. Thanks!

I tried to buy a lawnmower online from here. Waited three weeks for it to be delivered to the location. After it arrived I was told it was sitting on a truck for two days. When calling to check on it for the third day was treated to Simply the worst customer service I’ve experienced in some time.Was hung up on two times in a row. I will never shop at the Home Depot again.If negative stars were an option that’s what I would post.

I prefer Home Depot because usually you can find help and most of the time they have some knowledge. Not so much today.

I am working in this area, been shopping at this home Depot for few times, kinda been struggled to find help before, but today I meet very conscientious sales person from hardware section, she tried very hard to help me to find parts I been looking for, so changed my mind about this store, will be back if I am gonna be need something

Ordered 2 chainlink fence gates online on June 17 as it showed 4 in stock available at the store with next day delivery. Delivery van never showed. Called customer support who, in turn, called the store. Was told the contracted delivery company failed to show up and pick up the order. They would call me when they get delivery set up. Waited until June 24 to call the store for an update. Was told delivery was setup for saturday. About halfway thru the day today (saturday, June 26), I check the status of the order and it shows the gates order was cancelled yesterday. Called customer service and was told it was noted that the store tried to call me, but got my voicemail and didnt leave a message, that they couldnt locate the stock to fulfill the order. This should have been known a week ago for the initial delivery! Just utterly shoddy. Thanks for wasting my time. Shop elsewhere.

I purchased a stove range top from them on March 27 Week ago they emailed me and told me to get prepared my stove was on the way. So my stove to be delivered today and they call me on the day it’s supposed to be delivered and tell me they can’t deliver the stove due to COVID break out and my new delivery date is May 3. Now mind you I have gotten rid of my old stove because Im thinking my new 1 is coming. And they say my money can’t be refunded until Thursday I’m so mad with them I’m out of a stove can’t cook for my kids. 😡😡😡😡

Glad I knew what I was looking for and where to find it. Not one associate greeted me or made contact with me and there was one working right on the aisle I was in and passed several others. The cashier at self checkout was helpful as far as approving things although she never said so much as hello. Just a mediocre store as far as a home depot goes.

I dont mind self check out, myself, but there were zero cashiers open other than all the way over by lumber, just self check out. I guess there arent enough people willing to work.

Had part of lane blocked off over 45 minutes. Too long. Had to wait To get military discount approval. 25 minutes. Showed ID. Lowes never have you waiting that long. Wont be shopping that Homedepot again. Even if i have to pay more.

The person that helped us was very nice and polite, my issue is with the product we tried to purchase. They have many poorly assembled grills outside completely unprotected from the elements, with several rust spots, the temperature gauges full of water, upside down gauges, scratched up, and for some reason I still decided to buy one. It wasnt until we tried to disassemble it to get it into the car that we noticed we couldnt because of multiple heavily stripped screws. I returned it, and were going to find one in the box because whoever they have assembling these grills here either doesnt know how or doesnt care, and whoever says lets put them all outside obviously doesnt care about selling you a new quality product. If you want to put your grill outside with no cover thats your choice but you shouldnt have to buy one like that, especially not at full price.

Home Depot was fine, I just couldnt not wait until the end of this month for a washing machine to come in, needed ASAP.

At checkout, I was afraid to go past a home depot employee. She was standing fairly close to where I would have to walk with her mask UNDER her nose. The employee saw my hesitation and questioned why I wasnt moving out. When my friend (who was closer to her) explained to the employee that I was afraid to walk past you because your mask is under your nose. The employees colleague then remarked So is yours while the first employee made no move to cover her nose - just kept nodding her head. First, my friends mask slid under her nose only when she used a loud voice to respond to the employee - her jaw pulled it down. Second, I am living with my friend at the moment, so her momentary under nose mask would not be a threat to me. But third and most important - does Home Depot really consider it good customer relations for an employee to address a customer concern in this fashion? Note that she did not cover her nose in addition to making a snarky remark. We wont be back, thats for sure!

Staff there is always pretty helpful. I usually go at slow times of the day so I haven’t ever really had an issue with assistance if it’s needed. Many of the customers don’t wear their masks but from what I can tell, most employees wear theirs.

Always so much to get for home and yard improvement. Friendly and helpful assistants also

Appliance delivery was terrible. We were rescheduled without being told that they weren’t coming on the agreed upon day. DO NOT ORDER appliances from Home Depot, choose Best buy or Lowe’s.

The help was pretty clueless and was quick to brush us off due to lack of general knowledge of the gardening section but the plants were all looking great and everything was as it should be at a home depot.

I was very pleased with my visit. A young man helped me with my purchases because they were too heavy for me to pick up. He took my cart to the register and then to my car where he loaded them for me. He was very kind and very professional. The young lady that checked me out was also very nice and professional. I wish Id gotten their names so they could be properly thanked.

Crowded, but nobody (that I saw) not wearing a mask or getting closer than necessary to other people, which is pretty good for Florida during this pandemic.Went for air filters for my AC, found them pretty quick and easy. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Twice now Ive received poor customer service. Or none really. First visit thought it was a fluke, Ive always gone to Home Depot. Second visit I waited at the paint counter for 20 minutes and finally walked out. Wasnt the only upset customer there either.

No one knows where anything is. Staff are so lazy that they defer to saying aisle locations instead of showing you. Management needs a kick in the tuchus!
