Fantastic coffee maker! Pleasant waiting room. I would like something to put my feet on because the chair catches me behind the legs since my legs arent quite long enough. I borrowed a small childrens chair for a footrest.

I brought my GMC Yukon in for a service recall on the passenger side airbag. I had an appointment for 8:45 AM. I arrived about five minutes early. There was one person in line in front of me. It did not take long for me to be processed for service but there was only one employee checking customers in and a line started developing as I was leaving. While my check-in was fairly quick, those behind me might not have been so lucky. I was notified via text that my service was complete that afternoon. I went in to pick up my vehicle and it was quickly pulled around to the check-in/check-out area. Everything seemed fine with the vehicle. All Dale Earnhardt Jr. employees were friendly and courteous. Overall, a very nice experience.
I normally don’t post anything on a google review, but I always do my research before making a purchase. I have read so many positive reviews about Dale Earnhardt GMC that I decided to give them a chance. I was very nervous about purchasing a new vehicle out of state. When I first purchased my truck, I felt as if I made the biggest mistake. That is, until I talked with Heather Harrell. I had already made my mind up that I would never purchase another vehicle from them again. I felt that no one was listening to me and I was being pushed off. Heather not only took care of my problem, but she would constantly follow up with me. She really represented Dale Earnhardt GMC in a way that made me feel that I made the right decision. Because of her, I will do business again with them. I don’t even know what department she works in, but she is special. She puts customers first and won’t let you down!
I wrote a review while my car was being worked on while I was feeling disappointed because I had to pay for something that was not right when I purchased my 2016 Buick LaCrosse Premium. It wasn’t that good. After writing it I talked to the Manager and came to a equitable deal. I am very satisfied with the service Accept for one point. The person who handled my appointment thought I was dropping off my car. No one asked me when I made the appointment if I was leaving it or waiting. I just assumed that when you make an appointment, you would get right in, just like every other business. I assume that if there wasn’t a mixup, I wouldn’t have been there for 4 hours. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Hello. Scheduling my Buick Encore service appointment on the telephone was convenient and easy. Although in todays tech prone operation world, being able to speak with someone directly is nice. Upon my arrival at Dale Earnhardt Jr. Buick GMC, in the service bay, I was cheerfully greeted and promptly by a gentleman trainer, then my Encore was checked in by service advisor. Service advisor staff were professional and attentive. The Courtesy Shuttle driver, David, picked me up and dropped me off at my work location, and then later, when my service advisor called to inform me my Encore service was completed, David picked me up at 4:30, driving me back to the dealership. The service work (4 new tires and oil change) on my Encore was completed at agreeded time. Service Advisor, Bryan, drove my Encore back into the service bay and I was back on the road quickly. And there were no grease marks in my Encore during this visit. I was quite pleased. Thank you, Tallahassee Dale Earnhardt Jr. Buick GMC staff. Well done. C.

West and Wyatt were great. West listened to what my wife and I were looking for, and presented us with several choices. He talked to my wife when I explained that she would be the primary driver, and treated her with respect and courtesy, something we have had issues with at other dealerships. He and Wyatt were great with my little girl who was with us, and they were patient and kind. Terry did a great job explaining the numbers and making sure we were comfortable and understood what we were doing, before moving forward. Austin took me through the final process, explained my options, and made it very easy and hassle free to complete the paperwork.

If you need a car NOW and you have mediocre credit see Paul Fannon! He truly loves helping people and he gets the job done VERY quickly! Paul went above and beyond and didn’t stop until he got me approved, and he even got them to fix a minor cosmetic thing on the car for me for free, even though it wasn’t covered under a warranty. Within a few hours he literally had everything ready to go! Praise God and thank you Paul so much for being an answer to prayers!

My work with my service rep was great as always. The center did good work, but scheduling my appointment was a pain. At the dealership I tried to set an appointment for my other car, only to be told that they are no longer allowed to schedule appointment and I had to call to make an appointment. This is time consuming for me and bad customer service by Hendricks motor group. You need to rethink this policy and let your service advisors assist their customers. Bad move and leaves a bad taste in a busy customers mouth. If you are too busy for your customers, get out of the business. I am planning the purchase of my next car, and it makes me wonder if I want to continue doing business with you. Shame on you for not making things easy for your customers. Again, my service agent was fantastic. I miss Richard, but he did a great job, this is NOT a reflection on him.

I dont know who place the mileage sticker in the window after an oil change. They either put the wrong info on the sticker. My mileage is 138, 379 but on the sticker they have 3/11/22 or 135,882 OR they dont change the sticker out at all 🤦🏽♀️. Make me wonder if they are doing the job correct since they cant seem to get the sticker correct. I guess I need to start looking at other options since this has happened 3 times.

Terrible !! I made appointment on line and confirmed with call to Dealership. It was 2 weeks out for Alignment because my GMS was pulling to the right.Arrived on time . They had no record of my appointment. He mentioned that their on-line systems do not always transfer appointments over to the real Scheduling system . I asked what they could do for me and the service writer said settle down and call a phone number. I live 1.5 hrs away and didnt want to reschedule. Finally another service writer stepped in and was most helpful. I left the truck for the alignment. I returned 4 hrs later after they finished. I was informed the alignment did not fix the issue and that I need new tires. My tires have 40K miles and have plenty of tread. Not going to buy new tires. Its a 2019 purchased new . Now it pulls to the left. I guess they moved the tire around to help ?? Should have put the problem tire to the rear. Hello ?? Not a good experience and will be happy to give more detail ( pain ) to anyone that will listen. Here is an idea have a person greet folks as they come in and help them with initial triage and explain where to stand for next in line as well as get you on-line reservation system on-line.

I was able to make a next-day appointment with service to have a headlight replaced on my 2016 GMC Terrain. I arrived a bit early and my car was taken right away. The service pro (Larry) was great. My headlight was replaced and I was on my way in a little over 2 hours. Glad to have a dealership so close to my present work territory. Thanks a bunch.
Service people are always very professional and helpful. It does take a long time for the service to be completed even with an appointment. The waiting area is very comfortable and has drinks and snacks!! I bought my Buick Lacross from them and will continue to go to them for service.

Wish I had had the experiences everyone else had here. My salesperson Nicholas was great, the finance guy was good, Jerry the sales manager did not follow up, and the service after the sale forget it. The hardest part of sales is having g the support behind you to deliver. The experiences just within 45 days after the purchase have been horrendous.
Every time Im calling i think the waiting time to get representative is longer than expected, and when i was setting appointment it was not so many options to choose from in shorter time period. My opinion. It will be great if you can have an option walk in for easy task as oil change.Other than that good service. Thank you

I was greeted by a very kind Service Advisor who had some unfortunate information to share with me. The GM approved and developed 2” lift kit that was designed for the vehicle I have was no longer covered under warranty, despite the fact that all of GM’s literature regarding this upgrade stated otherwise. To the Service Advisor’s credit, they did show me the memo from GM that supported their argument as well as the web page that supported my argument and promised to check with the warranty expert. I think it is very unprofessional for GM, who claims to build professional grade vehicles, to pull the rug out from underneath its customers like that. The visit to the dealership was good but the fact that an upgrade, that was sold as not voiding the new vehicles warranty, now did that very thing was exceptionally irritating and made me question my purchase.

I brought my vehicle into my appointment for suggested routine maintenance- brake fluid exchange and an engine air filter change. The service consultants were all incredibly busy and it took about 20 minutes to check my vehicle in, even though I had an appointment. The service itself took about 2 hours, which Im told is standard.The part where it turned south was when I was leaving. The social media staff are incredibly aggressive and pressure you into doing a review right on the spot without consideration for the fact you may be in a rush. So much so that this particular specialist asked for my phone and did the review himself, without showing me what he was putting. This had me miffed, but then, driving out of the parking lot, my service engine light came on immediately.I pulled back in, waited another 15 minutes to speak with the specialist that my engine light had turned on as soon as I left the parking lot, and it took them over an hour (on top of the two hours I had already been there!) to solve the problem and turn the light off. The specialist didnt even tell me what had caused the light to come on.The next day, my engine light turned back on!!! My engine light had been turning on and off unpredictable since the maintenance service for over a week, and that whole time I had been trying to get in touch with the specialist I had worked with, and finally was told to bring the vehicle in the next day since the earliest official appointment they had was almost three weeks out from the incident and I didnt feel comfortable driving the vehicle around if something might have been wrong.I brought the vehicle in on the day the specialist told me to at 8:30a. All day, I heard no updates until I called around 3, and said it still had not been looked at. By 5:30, still I had heard nothing! I came back and it had been sitting in their shop all day and no one had looked at it or updated me that they wouldnt be able to look at it.They asked if I just wanted to take it home without anyone checking it since the engine light was off in that moment, but I booked another appointment just in case it turned back on since no one actually looked at my vehicle to see if it was okay.... The light had stayed off for about a week, so I figured it was likely fine. When I called to cancel the appointment, they had already cancelled it on my behalf saying the service had already been completed when they literally did nothing to my car since my original maintenance appointment 2 and a half weeks ago.I am very disappointed in this string of interactions, as multiple people dropped the ball in terms of professionalism, promptness, and communication... I hope they can improve their communication between specialists and customers, as well as amongst their team.

For once the price of your battery is costly with a not so good warranty. I bought a battery at a another store and brought it to you to install it and I was charged $50 for installation when my vehicle was in for a oil change and a battery check. Terrick, has poor follow through he didnt update me on the status of my vehicle I had to call or stop by checking on my vehicle because whenever I called him I couldnt reach him, so I had to stop by. I understand that maybe he was busy, but he needs to have a better follow through to update customers.

My experience at dale Earnhardt was superb, I was greeted right away and had all my questions answered by Daisy, she was extremely attentive and I’d go back to buy a car from her.
I was without a car for a minimum of 8 days. The first time was for the service performed and waiting for a part to come. The second time was outside of my control and for an issue that should have been fixed when my car was in the shop the first time. I believe in fixing it right the first time or offering your customer a rental car or some type of incentive for their mess ups.
I would definitely go back to buy a car and work with daisy uvalles again she was fantastic I just didn’t find the car I was looking for, but if the right one comes available daisy said she will call me right away for me to come see it.
What a disgrace of a dealership, speaking to Service. I had an early appointment, vehicle wasn’t touched until 4 hours after arrival. They took it back to the service bay and then brought it back out after 1 hour, saying they couldn’t perform the work, as there were pre-requirements (i.e. fuel capacity needed to be within a certain range, not too low and not too full). When I asked the technician about why I was just now (5 hours later) being informed of this they pointed a finger at the Service schedulers and said “it’s not my fault, I didn’t know”. Living an hour away, 2 hours each direction, this an absolutely infuriating 7 hour useless endeavor. And to top it off, I have to repeat this ordeal, surely with similarly awful results. I’m just sorry I bought my GMC here. Won’t do that again…perhaps won’t buy a GMC at all just to avoid this headache and wasted time.

They have enough money ... they dont need yours. Showroom full of sales people and zero customers. So how are their bank accounts so full? Maybe they choose who they want to do business with. Maybe you are one of those people. The kind they like. The kind who pays whatever they say. Manager says thanks but no thanks to your request to deal. MSRP PLUS, thats the Dale Earnhardt way I guess.Either that ... or the place is a front. Not sure which.

I looked for 6 weeks for a Sierra AT4 and found a lot of dealerships that did not appreciate my business. I had several vehicles sold out from under me and also several dealerships that were undoubtedly price gouging. Tracy Wildes and Jamie Crum at Earnhardt in Tallahassee did everything they promised and then some. Tracy even went out of his way and delivered my vehicle to me in St. Augustine. I can surely say they have a customer for life.

My truck was dropped off and sat in the lot for 4 days without anyone looking at it. The problem that brought me in the first time still existed so I brought it in to get the problem fixed. I finally got the truck after 5 days and it still has the same problem. Service consultant said the solution was to get a BG product but after consulting with a BG product retailer, I appears water in the gas tank is probably not the cause. No test of the gas tank contents was done. Also, during the time my truck was at the dealership, I never got a call from anyone as to the status of my vehicle or any progress made .

I put 5 as my likelihood to recommend because the question did not specify service vs sales...so I had to average them. Service department I would recommend all day every day (10). I’d rather have a voluntary root canal without anesthesia than deal with their crooked sales department (0). 10 + 0 = 10. 10/2 = 5
