Having a car accident is never a good thing. And having one when you’re out of town can be even more challenging. That is what led us to Peter Boulware in Tallahassee since we had a not-so-minor fender bender on our way driving through town. We looked up who was open, who had the best reviews, and who was a AAA Certified Collision Shop. That’s what led us to Boulware!The Staff were very helpful, comforting (which is also important just after an accident). They dealt with both Insurance Companies so we weren’t having to field calls between them. They communicated all through the process with what they were doing, how long it would take, and what their expected completion date was. In fact, they actually completed our repairs sooner than expected.When we picked up the car, they were very focused on safety and care, and went so far as to take an initial drive with us to make sure everything looked and sounded okay. I happened to notice that the Windshield Wiper Fluid was an odd color, so they even took the time to run it until it got empty and then fill it up again. And the extra step of washing the car down afterward was also unexpected. Great Guys! Charlie, Chase, and the rest of the Staff get shoutouts for being so wonderful!

After approx. three weeks and two tries I still had overspray paint all over my windows and door columns, the finish product ( black painting ) look good until you see it in the sunlight as it shows a lot of buffing and spidering marks in the paint, I guess they cant or dont know how to do the cleanup and buffing on Black vehicles. Im going to have to take it to a professional detail shop to have these problems corrected.I was only looking for a top quality job as I had used them in the past and thats what got, thats why I chose them again. This was a 2020 Vehicle with less than 900 miles on it, so yes I want it done to perfection.They did try but just couldnt get the job done.

Our car was in to have repairs due to a tree falling on it. Damage was worse than it looked so it took nearly three weeks to fix. Charlie was great, working with our insurance company to get everything taken care of. Car looked great when we got it back.

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with Toyota because I know they do good work but at this point..... the lack of communication was horrible.

My parents in law brought their Toyota in after a wreck, and were very pleased. So when I got hit, I took my GMC truck in. My body man was Cary who battled my insurance to make sure my truck was fixed correctly. Great work and lifetime warranty.

The women at the front desk was extremely rude. I had the hardest time being informed when I could bring my car in simply because I did not want to go through my insurance company. I would not reccomend coming here if you want good customer service. I have never been spoken to so condescendly.
