Ive had my vehicle serviced here multiple times. However, this visit was the best so far. Tracy greeted me when I pulled in, verified my appointment and kept me updated while I waited in the lounge. I didnt have to wait very long for my car to be ready. Tracy made this visit very pleasant. He treated me as an equal. Amazing experience.
I purchased my new “used” car, “RUBY” from Steven with help from Barbie. Everyone was kind, helpful and pleasant. Steven took extra time to explore all of the options in the digital display and helped set up my phone and preselected stations. Steven spent lots of time helping me and never made me feel rushed. Finance Dept. Was easy and pleasant to deal with and very helpful with explaining specifics of each documents, thanks to Noah. Australia was Amazing! We both love to travel.
My appointment was at 10:30 on a Tuesday morning for a diagnostic. I received a call Thursday morning at 9:30 and returned the call at 10:00 at which time the adviser informed me it would be $1000 to confirm a crack in the engine block. Since my car is 15 years old and has 160,000 miles on it, I declined to continue. He told me the testing equipment would need to be removed and would call me when it was ready. I live 25 miles from the dealership and since we were down to one car, I had my husband drop me off at the dealership at 11:00 since we were already in town. The adviser informed me the car wasn’t ready so I waited in the waiting room for a half an hour and at 11:30 went back to the adviser to tell him my concern that the technician might go to lunch with the testing equipment still on it and I know from experience that another technician would not touch the car. He informed me that he couldn’t reach the technician and turned back to his computer. In the meantime, my husband had called me at noon and when he found out I still didn’t have my car, he said he would return from home to come get me. At 1:00 I went back to the adviser’s office and he told me the car was ready. My husband then arrived a few minutes later. My husband asked the adviser why I had to wait so long when he had told me at 10:00 that my car was ready. My husband didn’t hear the 10:00 phone call. The adviser said he told me that he would call me when it was ready, which is true. However, they had my car for two days and only worked on it that Thursday morning. I also didn’t think it would take more than an hour or so to remove the testing equipment which is why I had my husband drop me off at the dealership at 11:00. What is the point of making an appointment when they didn’t even bother to look at it for two days? I work and need my car. I also don’t think it was unreasonable to think that my car would be ready in an hour or so. I’m very disappointed in the service and attitude of the adviser. I was planning to buy a new car there because my car would need a new engine. I will never buy from that dealership and will not recommend it to anyone else.
I am usually weary of car dealerships and especially salesmen. But when I went to Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet I was met by Codi who was one of the most personable salesmen Ive ever met. He made everything so simple and explained everything I needed to know. He took his time with me to find the perfect vehicle for me AND that fit my budget. I just wanted to say Mr. Zach was an awesome service advisor. He was professional and very prompt with my oil change and my appointment. Zach was very welcoming and full of life and took pride and making sure my car was quick with getting service. I personally want to make Zach my personal service advisor going forward . I want to make sure he get an raise or some type of bonus for his very hard working and professional attitude he displayed today.
Frustrating experience! I took my car to get a leak diagnostic and fix. I was turned away three times after getting a call that my car was fixed when, in fact, it was not. I waited on parts for a month. The parts was never even shipped.It was embarrassing and frustrating to say the least. Fortunately the mechanics did admit their faults and helped get the car fixed as fast as they could. It took 4 weeks though. There should be more training on the protocols and procedures.
We had constant issues from day one with our salesman at this dealership. We ordered a 2022 Silverado 2500. Our salesman was Josh and we were THOROUGHLY disappointed in the service that he provided. The day we bought the vehicle and took it home, a “service vehicle” alert came across the screen. Josh advised me to bring it back and it would be checked in the service department. The next day he called to let me know I could come pick it up. When I got there he never mentioned anything about the alert. When I asked about it, he said that the service department said that everything was fine and they had reprogrammed the truck. I went out to start the truck and the same alert came across the screen again. When I voiced my concern with Josh, he disregarded my concern by saying “a ‘service vehicle soon’ alert is not nearly as bad as a check engine light being on and since the vehicle is a 2022 and we’re still in the year 2021, we don’t really know a lot about it”. I asked him what business he had selling a vehicle that his dealership doesn’t know how to fix. We went over to the service department again and it turns out there is a sensor that has gone out that must be replaced. My third 1 1/2 hr trip to this dealership within 5 days wasted. Time and fuel wasted. I had to leave the vehicle over the weekend. The service department and every employee that I dealt with was PHENOMENAL. Dennis was more help to me than Josh, the salesman. This man needs a raise. Josh, on the other hand... needs AT THE VERY LEAST more thorough training. I can’t say enough good things about the service department at Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet. I was terribly disappointed in my vehicle purchasing experience with Josh as our salesman and the only saving grace was the service team.
Awesome service! Dennis (service advisor) and Shane (Shop Manager) were very gracious and helpful. Squeezed me in for standard maintenance and additional issues I’ve been having with my vehicle for months that another dealership missed! I’m truly grateful for finally getting the answers needed to address the issue and get my vehicle running back to square one!
I bought my used Hyundai Santa Fe from this location and have had 4 free oil changes so far and have loved coming and letting them do them! I’ve always been greeted with welcome arms and treated well. I absolutely recommend! Mr. Mark Enoch had always been my service advisor and I always enjoy him!

However, I then met Mr. Zach Wilson, who took care of me immediately with professionalism and friendliness. He made sure I was aware of all my options and provided excellent service. Took my new CT5 V I bought for my wife to Dale Earnhardt Jr dealership in Tallahassee Fl. I was there for five hours and saw people come and go. My wife sat there and did not complain. After 5 hours we were tol they were going to continue running time on our car and the paperwork would be emailed the same day. My service was on 8 October and today is the 18th., still no paperwork. What a trash dealership. I think we were a little to dark complexion for them to treat us as costumers. Black people spend your money where it’s appreciated. This is not the place for us.
I had an appointment for 10:15a and it was like well after 10:30a until I was able to get checked in, and I actively looked for a person, getting out of my car to try to find someone. I came for a synthetic oil change, and to process a recall claim. Which was projected to take an hour and a half or so. I ended up not leaving, until close to 4:00p also a mishap occurred, where it took over a hour to find they key to the vehicle after it was completed. Although Mark or Zack may or may not be directly to blame, the floor supervisor most certainly could, who ever this person was clearly made no efforts to manage the area. The waiting area seemed to be full of people who where upset at the about various issues.. in my opinion whomever the supervisor was should have been playing a more active role of managing the customers and checking on the status of their jobs, also if that would have happened maybe my no key dilemma would never have occurred. To sum it up the floor issues could be solved by a different or more proactive supervisor.

We had a solid experience at Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet! We didnt feel bombarded to buy a vehicle nor did we feel like we were just another deal like you can easily feel at other dealerships. Our salesman, Andrew Griffee, held a lot of knowledge about the products and took a straight forward, no nonsense approach in selling us our vehicle. He even drove all the way to a partner dealership across town to pick up a truck we ultimately ended up buying because it better fit our interests and needs. I highly suggest this place! Andrew was a great salesman, Julius was a great finance guru, and Nathan killed it in closing out the paperwork!

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement. Specifically asked Teresa Howard to please make sure they checked my tire pressure she assured me it would be check once they rotate tires 🤔. Got my vehicle back and looked at my tire settings tires were still low. Her response “Oh they must have forgotten “. Did they even rotate the tires??? I get that they are busy, but paying over $100 for service, they should definitely take the time out to do it right! Totally disappointed ☹️

Where do I start? Tracy Dinning is one of the most competent, helpful, and customer service-oriented advisors you have at your establishment. He goes above and beyond every time that I come to him with a concern with my Camaro. If you stand in his office for a few minutes, it is apparent that he is the backbone of your business as various staff interact with him, ask him questions, and request guidance. I previously only had terrible experiences with the dealership service department and only came back because my newer Camaro (purchased in 2020 in GA because I hated the Tallahassee, FL Chevrolet dealership) was under warranty. I required assistance with an issue that the warranty would cover. When I first met him, the first statement that I made to him was that of, I hate this dealership and the service department. I need to get this issue taken care of to go back to my mechanic (a 30+ minute drive across town compared to my 5-minute drive to the dealership from my home). I had some terrible previous experiences in the past with my old and current Camaro and dont plan to be back. Tracy restored my faith in your dealership service department. I have not only come to the dealership for part-specific work but also regular maintenance. Tracy has built trust where the previous staff broke trust. I will be back and will always be scheduling my maintenance with Tracy. He is phenomenal.
Above all, Zach Wilson was great to work with. He is very personable and knows to interact with clients. My only complaint would be that it took an hour and a half to complete an oil change and tire rotation. It was frustrating to have scheduled an appointment for a specific time, and not have the service begin when scheduled.

Everyone was polite and friendly. Everything was easy to do. Only issue was when they were checking fluids, I was not advised of my low windshield wiper fluid was out and it was not filled up like last time. If they do not fill it, they could have at least notified me of the low fluid

Traded in our Suburban for a newer vehicle and did this on a Saturday. The sales person promised they would remove my wifes chair lift from the Suburban and have it installed that day. They didnt get it done, didnt even try. I understand they are short on service techs due to the virus. Not a problem. Came back on Monday and finally got it on the new vehicle by around 6:00 P.M. that day, but they would not give me the wiring harness for the chair lift. Will attempt to get the wiring harness Wednesday when we take it in for certification for the extended warranty we purchased.....cant use the lift without the wiring harness. Hope they have it off for me.
Appointment is at 1:30 pm and the truck wasn’t even on the lift at 4 pm… we do not live in town. This is ridiculous, would take our business somewhere else if it wasn’t the importance of safety and being time sensitive for it to be fixed.

I took my Chevy Tahoe into the Chevy service center even though I purchased it from across town. Upon arrival the service advising team was professional and ready to help in anyway they could. We had a problem arise and Robert showed that he really cared for us as customers and loyal vehicle buyers since we also own a Chevy traverse that we bought from that lot. My daughter needed work done on her car and I went with her. We received great service from George Bell. He was so professional and answered all of our questions. I will take my car next time I need work to George. So hard to find this kind of customer service anymore. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Potential Buyers BewareAs I read the reviews I’m saddened because my experience is not measuring up. I wish I could give a glowing review but from the day I bought this truck, it’s been trouble. I drove off the lot and instantly realized a transmission issue. Turned around and came back only to be told if something was wrong I would have to trade the vehicle though my check hadn’t even been deposited yet. A spark plug was changed but the transmission is still acting up. I was told to bring it in to the service department and it’s been two days, no one has looked at it and now I’m told the transmission guy is off. I’m trying to be patient but it appears I was sold a lemon and making lemonade may cost me over $5,000. Quote for a new transmission.Paid over $24,000 and now I’m without a vehicle.Evidently, my experience is not the norm, but you never know if you will be the one they drop the ball on.*********BUYERS BEWARE**********I will update you all on the progress we make if any!!! 9/11/2021

Balance machine only does 18 inch wheels...so why take my 22 inch rims off??? Balance was off couldnt fix when I went in for a oil change they rotated my tires threw my balance off... couldnt fix had to pay out of pocket!!! Dont touch if you dont have the proper equipment.

Mr. Anthony Curtis Brewer, District Sales Manager sold this car to my daughter on Sunday Jan. 10th, 2021. It test drove fine, however on Wed. Jan. 13 the Transmission self destructed so now it sits at AAMCO waiting for us to find $4000.00 to fix it. Had I only known that I was buying from a man who teaches others how to scam hard working people out of their money! Avoid this Man and this place at all cost. Mr. Brewer, hope you enjoy driving your Maserati, you will not even drive a GM product, I guess they are vehicles for us little people.

Teresa Howard, Service Advisor, did an outstanding job getting one of my Equinox’s correctly diagnosed, estimated cost, and repaired. I’m based out of Winter Haven, FL and now have a go to SA and dealership to take care of my vehicles used by my three FSU students.
When I walked in Nene said she would make this the best buying experience ever for me, with the experience I had last time I did not think that was possible. She exceeded those expectations.
