Our car arrived more than a week late to our new state. As a result, my family had to wake up at 530am to take me to the bus stop and pick me up after work too. When u try to call DAS, theres no answer, always voicemail. They dont try to call you back with the status either. There was one time a woman answered and the status was Hmm the car should be shipped already but its still here with us not loaded.. And that was days after the estimated arrival of our car, and it hasnt left yet! Once the company got your money already, youre at their mercy waiting on your car. The tow company where we picked up our car was friendly though, he was an old guy. Although it also took us an hour to get the car since his office was far from the shop.

My car is still in Minnesota and they charged my $95 pick-up fee if I want to get my car back from them. Such a ridiculous thing happened in US. Anyone could let me know how can deal with this? Should I sue this company for break of contract?
