I went in expecting to get a quote for changing my timing belt. The first thing the lady asked me was my name, address and phone #. All I wanted was an estimate. Then she asked if she could take a picture of the car. I said okay, so she goes out right to my license plate and takes a picture. Now Im feeling uneasy about this. I ask her why the pic, and she gives me some excuse that I didnt understand. The she takes a pic of my VIN # ?? And says shell call back as she rushed inside. I didnt here back from her that day so I cled back the next day. She said she called but there was nothing on my phone?! She gave me an estimate and I asked when they could do it. She said she called back, and thats the last I heard from them.....

My favorite place to get an oil change! The staff is very kind and caring, and the lobby is so nice to watch TV in while you’re waiting. Today they got me in and out in 10 minutes! So quick and easy at Precision!

I’ve been going here for quite some time with no issues. They have a rewards program where if you buy 4 oil changes you get the 5th for free. Well this last visit was my 5th and “free” visit. I get the same oil change every single time and this time was no different. At the end I hand them my free oil change card and they proceeded to charge me 36$ . I stated that i thought it was free with the card and they were rude and dismissive. I don’t like to cause problems so I paid the 36$ and left. I won’t be back.

Annette the store manager was absolutely amazing!! I called to see if I could make an appointment for anytime soon and she let know oil changes were walk-in’s and was able to get me in right away. Mr. Deonte was professional, kind and efficient. I was so happy with my service!! AND was given a card for my 5th oil change FREE!! I love being frugal so that I can spend money on things, people and the life I enjoy.Also sign inside reads “Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space.” I will definitely be back. !!Warning!! They use the incorrect oil viscosity!!At my first visit, this establishment put a different oil viscosity in my truck than what is labeled on my oil cap and different from factory requirements as stated in the owners manual. I have always had the required oil viscosity replaced in my vehicle until Precision Tune used the incorrect oil viscosity. When I called to ask then to reference my invoice and tell me what oil viscosity was replaced in my truck, the woman confirmed the same as is documented on my invoice. When I explained that my year, make and model requires a thinner oil viscosity, she explained that the mechanics notes stated that they did use the proper oil in my truck, but when I explained that my truck motor has now suffered catastrophic failure, she started talking over me and ultimately hung up on me. When I arrived at the location to speak with a manager, this woman Annette that hung up on me was the manager. I asked to have a copy of my invoice showing the mechanics notes, she yelled at me and told me to leave. She refused to provide any documentation to me and called the police, even though I showed her my copy of the invoice that documents them using the incorrect oil viscosity. I was treated like a criminal for trying to get the documentation that she claimed to prove me wrong. As I walked outside after being yelled at, she said that I looked it up and you drove 4,000 miles and blew up your own motor. However, the synthetic oil change sticker placed in my window was well before the mileage or date. Do your homework Annette! I had to deal with the district manager Brian James, which after multiple broken appointments with me and my mechanic, finally showed up to inspect my truck, but after the motor was already disassembled, removed and now on the ground due to the time before he showed up at my mechanics shop. This district manager emailed me their copy of my invoice, and he confirmed that the documents only show that the incorrect oil viscosity was used. After a 30 minute inspection, this district manager Brian sent me an email that my truck damages were not oil related and them using the incorrect oil viscosity didnt cause any damages to my truck. The district manager has refused to provide me with their insurance information or any additional information to support his claim. He stated that I am the final decision maker and there is nothing I can do. Horrible customer service even though they admit to their neglect! As a side note, when I got my truck back after the oil change they had also crushed the funnel in my hood...

In response to the last review not being honest, I was there and witnessed this entire situation. The customers came in and the manager Annette immediately apologized an said they were delayed working on another customers car. They were just getting started on theirs. The guy and his girlfriend started hollering at the manager, demanding half of the price of service or they were going to leave a bad review. She asked them to leave and they didnt, so she told them she wouldnt work on their car they kept harassing her until SHE had no choice but to call the cops.If you are going to post negative be sure to the tell the TRUTH. Annette is very professional and goes above and beyond for the customers. They will continue to get my business. Great Job!!!!!

Worst experience happened here, I had been there for oil change, initially there was gas smell in car, I thought this might be temporary due to not cleaning properly. Later I spotted something is leaking, initially I did not pay attention to this as there was no indicator in display board but later on car started showing red triangle sign with problem word in dashboard then I opened hood and saw the oil cap was outside oil tank was opened and oil was spoiled all over. Next oil change is marked for 140900 and I am driving in 139k + less than 1k of their recommendations. I called to inform the Manger then someone told I am Manger you can talk then I said these things then she said I will talk to Manger and ask him to call you and their Manger have no time to hear me so I am posting here. Really worst experience in terms of technical and customer service both. Will never step in there.

My two youngest sons, Angelo and Nathan, went to Precision Tune Auto Care on North Monroe St for an oil change in November.They were told that the tie rods were so bad that they shouldn’t even drive out of the shop. I had already told them no and we would get our mechanic to look at it. They were then told by the lady at the counter that if they didn’t fix it, she was going to have to call the insurance company and report us and that our rates would probably go up as a result (the boys told me this that night).I took the car to my mechanic (B&L in Havana/Quincy). Brent has been my mechanic for over a decade and is one of the most honest mechanics I know. In his words, “Doug, the tie rods were all in great shape, the boots were too. I can come to one conclusion...they were lying to you trying to get your money”.Yesterday, I went to their manager, Annette. Annette was from the beginning, defensive and dismissive (not at all what you want in your senior leadership and is the first sign of a bad organization). She did not acknowledge the issue. She said that no one there would have said that. When she asked what I want, I simply replied that I would like them not to lie to teens to try to get money that was for repairs not needed”. She said, “Sir, you are going to leave, this conversation is over”.Since then, I have had several people close to me, including my co-worker, say that the exact same thing happened to them. She had $1500 worth of work quoted to her and she was strong-armed to try to get her to do the work. Instead, she took it to her mechanic who said the same thing...that it was in good shape and did not need replaced.

I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care for oil changes. I always receive fast and friendly service. Today Ty was working the first desk and he was very friendly, professional, and helpful to each customer he worked with. This was both on the phone and in person. When I inquired about pricing for a friend’s vehicle he was very careful to make sure he explained everything to me about the maximum cost it could be for her car. I really appreciated the fact that he took his time not just with me but with every customer that he worked with. Great job Ty!

Worst manager I have ever experienced in all my time on Earth. Not only did we show up two hours after our appointment time to find out our car hadn’t been touched (and we hadn’t so much as been contacted), yelled at, and somehow she managed to break my car the five minutes they did have it. Couldn’t even make it out of the parking lot without breaking down. Currently waiting on the cops because the manager, Annette, refuses to acknowledge or take responsiblity for what they did to my car.

For the longest time, I have taken my car directly to the dealership even though I knew I could get service done cheaper elsewhere. I first came to Precision because of the great reviews. I have since returned because of the fair prices, great customer service and availability. I have never had to make an appointment and I have no complaints about the amount of time I have had to wait. For a basic oil change, I have always been in and out. For a more extensive service, I have never waited more than 1-2 hours. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that I can get what I need and not try to be sold to spend more money for unnecessary services. I have even gotten advice from them on how to save money for repairs! One thing I did not like when I went to the dealerships was that something else was always wrong or needed on my car and the total for all of their recommendations always = more money. Precision usually has a coupon on their website for a few dollars off and these savings add up. I also like that they offer a loyalty card which adds up to a free oil change. Lastly, there is an option to save 10% just for paying cash so come prepared. I definitely recommend them and will be returning.

Brian and Robert were absolutely wonderful! Brian has an awesome, upbeat personality and is the master of customer service. Robert completed my oil change very quickly, and was kind enough to make recommendations as far as what I should fix next. Being a woman, I am used to employees trying to up-charge and belittle me. It was SUCH a relief to walk into an auto shop and not have men try to cheat me. Their prices are CRAZY affordable. My car takes full synthetic, and this is the location with the BEST prices in Tally. I have found my go to shop, and I can’t wait to bring my girl back.

Only went once for an oil change, but I came back when they said I should and I had to wait around quite a while. Then I asked what they found checking a second issue I asked them about and they hadn’t checked it. Then had to wait even longer while they said someone would look at it. And it wasn’t till the guy closed the place and he was walking to his car that we asked for about the third time that he finally took the three minutes to check the issue for us. We had planned to bring our second car next for an oil change, but I’m not going back.

Horrible service and communication. Precision Fabricated apart that indeed broke! After taking the vehicle back for the warranty repair precision gave me the run around about how They couldn’t find the part for a Ford vehicle, a month later precision told me that they were looking for the part from a out of town source! Finally yesterday, after many failed attempts on precision part for to communicate properly and Within an appreciate time frame, Precision called me to ask if I could find the part!! I found the part in less than 10 minutes! Precision auto has horrible values and has shown to not care nor appreciate the customer! And to Annette your attitude is awful it sucks as well as your customer service!

Horrified horrible communication and worse service. They rush everything. They didnt inform me that I may have further damage to my vehicle, due to the reason I brought my truck in. My truck broke down the next day. Oh yeah this is my work truck. If they had just communicated this wouldve been avoided and maybe even fixed. Now Im out a truck.

Im thoroughly pleased. I came here because it was an approved auto shop for my warranty company and I am definitely pleased. Annette is super helpful and friendly and has kept me updated through the whole repair process and was able to get a claim filed quickly with my warranty company and she worked on my behalf to get my car fixed and to keep me reassured through the whole process. Im glad I came here and I will definitely be coming back should I have any other problems with the car. Oh and they have great oil change prices so I will most likely come here in the future for one when I need one.

This precision should close down the are robbing people a tune up with consist of 6. $7.99 spark plugs for $431.00 then i to a well known shop it was a little over 100$. I told my members of my church to never go there. In the mist of a pandemic i was highly disappointed in precision tune i went to i. Orlando and other states before.

Annette the Manager is very accommodating, interpersonal and shows great customer service. Deonte analyzed the problem that I thought I had, and realized there wasn’t a problem at all. Worst experience ever. Went there for a oil change air conditioner and tune up. What was suppose to be 4 hours turned into 3 day. Car still not right. Went the last week in August. Here its about to be October and my air conditioner still not working. When i received my car back after Appling for this snap loan to pay for my air to be fixed now Im stuck with paying back this loan and still no air. Dont take your car to these people. EVER. They need to be closed down and get a technician who knows what to do or how to. Will Never refer them to no one. Do not get this snap loan because you Will be paying for it and your Car still Will not be fixed

Brian James, the district manager, hooked me up at this location. Gave me a deal on an AC fix! They’re nice people and the waiting room is clean and cool. I always get my oil changes here and they always do a good job. Definitely recommend.

I am done with this place. Had my truck towed up here for a new belt and pully for my power stroke. They said no problem. A week later they call and say sorry we cant fix it. Got a free oil change card for my inconvenience. Go back a few weeks later to get oil changed in same truck. I brought my own oil and filter as its hit or miss for availability. No I cant use my free oil change card because its only covers basic 5 quart oil chang and no its not 25$ for the labor as it has been for about a year and a half. It is now 65$ plus fees to do the same effing thing they did 2 months ago for 25$ plus tax.

I like this place. Synthetic oil change prices beat the local chain places around town. The service is great. That being said, I was disappointed with my last visit. Brought my vehicle in for what I thought was an electronic issue. Turns out it was more complicated. Once the vehicle was in their shop, they explained it was something that could possibly take longer than expected. I made arrangements to get a rental car. Came back in after a while and was told my vehicle would be done at the close of business. Cancelled rental car. Came to get my truck, not done. Not even close. This having taken the day off from work to get repair done. This went on for 2 days. There were other circumstances do to this being an older vehicle. I understand that. But the manager Annette kept making promises that were never met. I missed 2 days of work due to ongoing promises that never happened.

Annette and her team are always going above and beyond to help each of their customers. They are friendly and courteous, a joy to work with. They are full service and can assist you with anything from brakes and alignments to batteries, starters, alternators and much more!

The worst shop in Tallahassee... please do not take your vehicle to this place...... sorry customer service, below average work... had battery replacement and now Ive got to buy a new radio.. Went in this morning because my a/c was blowing hot air and walked out with ice cold a/c! The pricing was more than I thought it would be but that was because of the type of car that I own. The fact that they were able to replace my compressor in one day was not expected BUT greatly appreciated. The staff was great, warm and extremely friendly. Wish I had found this place earlier this year for some other work I had done on another car of mine.

My car still acting up. Whenever I call to try and get my car fixed under my warranty they give me the run-around. Plus they never have mechanics available if you do try to pop up and you will wait all day to get nothing achieve. I still had to take my car elsewhere in which my car was fixed in a hour and have yet to have another issue with my car. Do not take your here for anything not even to get your breaks change. They scripted my lug nut and I had to pay to get it cut off.

This place is wonderful. Our front tire was not mounted and lugnuts were not tightened. We have driven 1000 miles before it was discovered. This establishment saved our lives by this discovery. Highly recommend this place if business. Exceptional honest employees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I went the other day to do some service to my car and the customer service is top notch. Paul and Quentin are very knowledgeable and profesional. Brian gave me a ride home to pick my other vehicle, he was courteous, professional and explain how long it will take to get my car repaired. They are honest straightforward people who are diligent and provide alternatives regarding pricing and parts. I will truly recommend them to service your car.

Prices for services are VERY reasonable and affordable. I got an oil change done as well as brake service and was very pleased with what I paid for labor and parts. I am going to refer all of my friends to them. They have exceptional customer service from beginning to the end of your service. I will be returning to Precision for future services.

Absolutely amazing it’s my first visit and I can tell you right now that they are way better than superlube. They actually take you to your car and show you everything and explain what is done and what needs to be done. They also have very good prices. Very highly recommend. 10/10 would definitely come back again!

Had oil changed here on 8/28/20. Noticed that oil started leaking this weekend while we were out of town. My fiancé took a look and noticed the plug was not sealed properly. We had to buy oil and took the car back to the shop today to get it fixed and was treated with poor service and charged again for another oil change. Will never bring my business here ever again.

This place is a joke. I took my SUV there to have a nail taken out of my rear drivers side tire. These guys couldnt even find a nail in my tire after I told them where it was. I took it down the road to Pep Boys they fixed it immediately and told me it was right in the middle of the tire. They have mechanics that dont have the tools nor experience to work on major repairs. You can expect to be ready to wait for your vehicle for hours,even for an oil change. Terrible company dont waste your time or money here.

Did an excellent job on my vehicle. I also would like to say Thank You to Ms. Annette for her professionalism and patience. I apologize if I had an attitude but I was a little frustrated by the situation with the vehicle.

I love this place. This is like a best kept secret. The outside is VERY plain Jane. The inside is nice! They have a nice customer waiting area and the service bays are very clean. I have been there twice and I refer them often. In some ways I wish they would make the outside look like the inside so more people would know what to expect. On the other hand, they would become very busy and Id have to start making appointments instead of just dropping in.

I would recommend precision tune to anyone and everyone! I got my oil changed here and had an alignment check as well. The mechanic was real honest and showed me exactly what I needed. He took me into the room where they were working on my car and he let me see exactly what he was doing, he even let me help him at one point lolThey are really friendly here and will treat you like family!

Amazing experience! Have come here multiple times and have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. They have never tried to scheme for money. Today we came to get my brakes replaced, fully expecting to pay the $280. The guy at the front said that they have a deal going on, and that I would get half off! Had he not told me I wouldnt have known, and they easily could have got twice the money. The waiting area is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

This a great place ladies can feel that their vehicle will be taken care of. I went in for an oil change and asked they check out a few things. The mechanic went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were answered. Fairly priced and not trying to oversell some of their services. These managers are smart they know when a customer who is listened to and do their best to satisfy their automotive needs. Clean place, fast service and goes above and beyond in customer service.

Went here for an oil change on my lunch break. The ladies in the office were nice and had me thinking it wouldnt take very long. It ended up taking two hours for one oil change. And I had even brought my own oil and filter. Had to complain to get them to finish as quickly as they did.

God sent us here, we had a front tire that wasnt on properly the lug nuts were loose from being serviced back home in Michigan. It had gotten to the point it was wobbling and we had our whole family in the car. Exceptional service and staff, didnt overcharge or sell us something we didnt need. I highly recommend them and thank you God for them being here.

I recently went here to get new brake pads. As a college student and a woman, I am constantly afraid that vehicle technicians are out to bamboozle me. This is never the case at Precision Tune Auto Care. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly and kind, they are very informative and walk you through the technical process of your car. They also saved me a bunch of money because I thought I needed a whole new AC system when in fact, I just needed some freon! This car service place is about 25 minutes from where I live, but I will always make the trip to visit them for my vehicles maintenance!

They are busy but that is because they do good work in the community. They are fairly priced and willing to work with you. They will make sure you leave with the problem solved as long as you are reasonable and understand their workload. They took care of the issue and understood the inconvenience of having to find a pervasive issue with my car. In addition they treat you like a human and not just business. The only critique is they get so busy sometimes they delay in calling you when your car ready. But I simply pick up the phone and call them and they are happy to answer your questions. Overall, I would recommend.Edit:After six months and a changed staff. The lady up front essentially blamed me for the behavior of their employees. I was given free coupon for oil change after numerous re-work was done on thermostat. Apparently they would not honor it because the manager at the time did not sign the back of it. Yes, the former manager. She then asked me multiple times after I told her this where I got the card from because apparently I am thief.The lady then told me I have not got an oil change since 2018. Which is impossible since in Feb. I had a sway bar joint replaced in one of my cars and simultaneously an oil change. and my other car has precision tune sticker for oil change recommended oil change for May of 2019. So I got that one 3 months previously Feb. 2019. The lady upfront is rude and is not understanding at all. So after spending thousands b/t my two vehicles I will never patron this place again. Lastly, she did all this while going b/t being on and off the phone.

Came here for a simple oil change and they were amazing! Paul and Michael took great care of me. They were very informative when it came to things that may need changing and made sure to show me everything and not just assume I know.

Fantastic service! Came in at 4:25 and had someone helping me at 4:27. The assistant manager there Paul Gordy assisted me and had me out the door in 15 minutes! I will definitely be a regular from now on and if you’re trying to decide whether to visit I would say it’s 100% worth it.

This guys are amazing. My mother-in-law took her car to one place that said there wasba lot of work to be done and that it was going to cost 400. Things didnt add up, so we brought her car to Precision. They found out what was wrong, (not as bad as what the other place had said), and fixed her car for a little over 125 less than the other place. Michael is the one who did the work and was awesome. Highly recommend them.

Awesome place. Really chill waiting room, the price I worked out with them for getting my brakes done was GREAT, and the staff seemed experienced and engaged.Also, when I asked for them to check the status of my battery, they ran the test and gave me an honest report, and didnt try to upsell a new battery when my current one was fine.Will be coming back for future repairs and maintenance.

Awful service the lady up front is very rude and I will never take my vehicle there again not even for a free oil change! There are many other places in town you can take your vehicle for a way better price and actual service you can count on

This is my first experience with Precision Auto Care. Brian and Micheal were friendly and accommodating. They were sympathetic to my needs and delivered fast, they had me in and out in 30 mins. If you are looking for friendly fast service this is your place.

Im been going to precision tunes for years. Everytime I go there the service always great. I do recommend going to Precision Tune one of the best.

I can attest these guys are wonderful. My cars radiator fan had to be replaced they set to work right away trying to get it taken care of when they were told that the dealership warranty that I pay for wouldnt cover it, and the manufacturer service department wasnt available for a month. I paid out of pocket and these guys found a replacement fan the same day and stayed later to put it in. Theyre my heroes right now.

I brought my truck in for an oil change expecting it to take at least an hour but it was done in 20 minutes! This place is great, good people and clean/comfortable waiting room. I will definitely be going back.
