Communication was excellent and Fast Signs kept me informed on the progress of my order. The finished product was EXCELLENT! Prior to contacting Fast Signs, I gave this job to one of their competitors. After 2 1/2 months, their competitor still had not finished my order. So, I canceled it and went to Fast Signs. In the future, I will call Fast Signs first!

They were able to research signs that they provided 12 years ago and it allowed us to match the new signs that we needed for the church. Sure made things much easier. We didnt have to reinvent the wheel.Fastsigns continue to be very professional and efficient.

Have worked with FastSigns on several exhibit banner up displays. The company does an excellent job in producing the display from the graphics provided by the designer. Turn around for each product was exceptional and shipping was completed within the time frame needed. The costs were also very reasonable. Was not happy with the services. I had to call numerous times to get them to do my order. Took a long time to get them to understand what I wanted and all I wanted was identical lettering to what was already on the doors. Just different names. Maybe they do better on bigger projects.

The art department did not proof the graphic or point out obvious defects before putting the sign into production, then expected additional payment in order to make the correction.Originally I was told that mounting hardware would be included in the quoted price, however when picking up the sign I was told since it was not noted on the final invoice there would be an additional $50 charge.They seemed to have no interest or concern with consumer satisfaction or honoring their word to make something right. Will certainly pursue other options for any similar needs or services in the future.
