Great Publix location. I wish their self checkout lanes had more than half of the kiosks is open. I would not recommend their sushi. Not fresh or anything close to it.

Wow! Have not visited this store in a couple of years...It is amazing now! Products have signs to help you find everything. Organized & very clean! Everyone I encountered was so friendly. This is my new go-to store!

Your sub line is a nightmare, you will have a 45 minute wait while watching online pickups, made after you got in line, made in front of your eyes. Maybe get rid of the chip endcap that no one uses and put in a 4th cold table

Its a nice place to get all ur grocery shopping. The prices are usually a little steeper than walmart but they offer organic and stuff. Its a good idea to compare prices if you would want to save some money. The deli is great and the staff are always willing to help. They have money services and lottery inside the store, too. The store is super clean and neatly organised and everything is on their place. Great store!!!

Publix is decent place to shop. The prices are high but the store is clean and I dont have to maneuver around merchandise that hasnt been put on the shelves yet.

Publix is the star of South Eastern US grocery firms. It is a Welcoming place, with Southern Charm seemingly a core business value, though it is not specifically _regionally_ expressed (The ambience is culturally generic, meaning this is not like The Cracker Barrel. Northerners will not feel out-of-place or confused.)It has a long and proud history of offering products that are Two cuts above average for a price thats only One cut above. Though It isnt a budget store, regularly shopping here imposes no economic hardship for the vast majority of the local population, and if I may clearly, firmly, and politely advise you: This Is The South (poverty is real). Friendly, _expert_ service comes naturally and free, effortlessly convincing curious travelers to become regular shoppers, and maintaining an atmosphere that nourishes, delights, and yes: informs.Walk into any Publix and strike up a conversation about food, stores, the local area, or even life in general, and even if you struggle with social anxieties, you can find neighbors who have lives of their own, and who want your life to be good as well.

Always a pleasure shopping. Picked up exactly what I needed. Rather crowded this visit. However, I always seem to zip right through check out. Cashiers are very courteous and efficient.

My favorite Publix!! This store has everything I need and I’m never disappointed. I love the deli, the bakery and the staff are friendly and professional. I live closer to the Lake Jackson location but prefer this Publix. I’ve been shopping here for several years now and have never been disappointed. Good job!!

I should own stock in Publix. I am there 3 to 4 times a week for dinner from the Deli, or to pick up cold cuts for lunch, to get my fruits, or prepared dinner options that I can put in the oven. Love the customer service at this location especially the Deli staff.

You guys have the best produce to me and a great selection. Friendly customer service staff, clean stores and covid enforcing environment. I love shopping here because of the wonderful deals and feeling welcomed when doing so.

Love publix for their produce and BOGOs

I’m a big Publix fan, but bought some Greenwise chicken there today. When I opened the package it definitely was on its way out. Slimy with a funky odor. The “best by” date was still a week off! I wish Publix meat would have “best by” dates stamped in ink on the package and not rely on a paper sticker that can be altered or mislabeled.

What can I say, Publix is awesome. Everything is so fresh. The meat, the subs, the seafood, the bakery, and, my favorite, the produce is always amazingly fresh. Look for the BOGOs to get the most value btw.

Older publix but still good. Most if the staff is friendly. Have had few minor issues. Stuff not re stocked fast enough and a bit dirty at times. Over all 4 out 5

Not my favorite in Tallahassee but seems better. Certainly acceptable. Avoid online ordering. They are too popular to handle the demand especially with some crazy orders they get. I ordered a cold sandwich that they left under a heat lamp....big no no...like someone could get fired kind of no no.

This isnt one of the nicest Publix locations but not the worst. The deli is a little lacking in variety but they have a salad bar. Like other Publix locations, decent but expensive produce, middle of the road prices on dry goods, and an expensive and poor butcher (but with not-bad sushi, if grocery store sushi is your thing.) Customer service is quite good. The pharmacy is mediocre at best.A decent place to shop, but dont forget about Whole Foods right around the corner, and Walmart, Trader Joes, and Fresh Market within two miles.

My experience was wonderful. I should have written down all the employees names that were so nice from entering the building,receiving a shopping cart, to my checkout which i must say was the highlight of my day. My checkout person was a sweet senior citizen i believe to be named Ms Grace. I tell you Publix you have a jewel working there that is so nice and she still got it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always clean and ppl very attentive although I had a lady doing my sandwich that I couldnt understand anything she was saying. She was elder and mask wasnt helping her.It took extra time to make my idea go across i almost had to scream. I didnt like the way she wrapped up my sandwich either.

Worst location in Tallahassee, the people working in the deli are horrible at making subs and very slow. The employees are rude to you and arent very friendly. I came in the other day to buy a few things and the manager on duty, Jared, wasnt helpful at all when I needed help finding something and seemed irritated and frustrated that he had to show me where it was. I wont shop at this location again.

I was in a freak accident last week & cracked 3 ribs, & had my 5 & 2 yr old with me.SETH, the young man at check out, was so awesome and thoughtful.He waited for the manager to bring my sons 2 free balloons, before pushing my cart with my 2 yr old in it to our car. After unloading the groceries, I was dreading lifting my almost 30lbs 2yr old out of the cart with my 3 cracked ribs, and felt bad asking him for help with the baby too.Seth saw my hesitation and quickly asked if he could take the baby out for me, which I was grateful for. Then he asked if I wanted him to lift the baby into the carseat, which was another big yes! (Seth told me had a little sister, so he was experienced with small kids.)Even though he wore a mask, I could tell Seth was smiling the whole time. He was great with the kids, and saved my cracked ribs the horrible pain of loading groceries and a heavy baby into my car.Because of ppl like Seth, my family and I will choose Publix over any shopping place!Even the bakery worker offered the kids 2 free cookies as we walked by (which I then bought my older son a treat for helping me).Also, Despite Publix being out for the moment of free balloons for kids, after the manager and cashier saw my 5 yr old unloading my whole cart at check out, including a 12lbs bag of pet food, they said he deserved a balloon no matter what, and still gave both kids a free balloon with crayons and a coloring page.Thank you Lake Ella Publix for hiring the best ppl!!!(For reference, the last 3 times we shopped at tenn st walmart, no employee ever spoke to us, not even the cashier)

Publix is one of the oldest Publix in Tallahassee its a nice place to go to but I used to go there to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacist there they are great and the people there are great they treat you with courtesy and kind thats about all I have to say about Publix at lake Ella CJ from Tallahassee
