I set up my vaccine booster shot at Publix. When I got there, they asked for my ID. I pulled out my passport because I left my drivers license at home by mistake. They wouldnt take my passport and then asked for my social security number as if I give that out to just anyone and everyone. I NEVER give out my social security number. They refused to give me a shot because they told me my passport was not a government issued photo ID. What????? I gave them two stars because after calling corporate, I was told that a passport was sufficient ID and that they would talk to and educate the pharmacy manager and staff. Needless to say, I doubt I will be getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy.

Its the only publix, that Ive ever experienced everyone following the publix culture and expectations.

I love an hour and a half away, and make a point of coordinating my grocery shopping with my other appointments in Tallahassee, and only at Publix.There is a level of good old fashioned courtesy at this store you wont find at many other places.The food is fresh, and of high quality. Employees seem to value their customers, which is evident by the level of professionalism in which they interact.I love Publix!

As always - great selection of fresh groceries. Checkout staff is kind and helpful and will even alert you to deals you missed. Just got a second box of tomatoes free, because they alerted me to an offer. Thank you!

Publix is always top quality. This store is well organized and kept stocked. Its a little smaller than others but you can find all the grocery items youd expect at Publix.

Was able to purchase Publixs smoked ribs . When removed from plastic and rapped with foil and baked at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Plate and sauce . Thank you for doing all the work .

It’s publix. Where shopping is always a pleasure. Customer service is always top notch. Whenever I hear publix “Quality of service” always comes to mind. Strictly grade A. I’ve never been to Publix that has a poor customer service. Everything about Publix just screams quality. When you think you’re saving your money whenever you go to that other grocery store, you are, at the cost of your health. I think you know who I’m referring to.

I work nearby so Im glad I can stop into Publix on Mahan to grab fresh fruit or a quick bite from the deli on my lunch break. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They are always my best supermarket. Their produce is always fresh, their meats, deli dept., pharmacy and in general products are excellent. Their cashiers and employees in general are very professional and all very attentive to your needs.

Your bread for subs is disgusting. Not ok. And you all need to do better. Also learn to donate because you all waste so much food each day. Especially these rotisserie chickens. Stop wasting.stop asking people for donations. Give the food you waste away. Rescues could use produce and deli food too

The only reason I didnt give this store a 5-star is because their fruit isnt always as fresh as it should be, in my humble opinion. In particular, Im talking about grapes, oranges and apples. Otherwise, my husband and I love the digital coupons and the Publix app. We always encounter very polite team members at all of the Publix stores we shop at. In short, we love shopping Publix!

This Publix is always consistent and has friendly management. But I had my worst experience at this with the cashier and grocery bagger completely unaware of their task and were very slow compared a regular grocery store employee. I was unaware that they didn’t scan one of my items and after I paid and was at my car I was treated rudely with this error. Thanks a lot Publix, I was just trying to get groceries for my grandfather who has covid.

This is a wonderful Publix. Plenty of parking, easy to get into and out of. I really like the layout of this store. It has enough square footage to carry nearly everything I’ve ever looked for without having too many products or the store feeling too large. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful (but that’s just about every Publix I’ve ever been to).

With Publix always being my favorite grocery store..Employees at this location don’t seem friendly or welcoming at all. You walk in no one speaks or welcomes you as you walk around the store and this happened on 2 occasions. I’ll continue shopping at different Publix locations but not this location anymore!

Publix cares about customer service. The butchers and seafood team members are the best. Great sales, otherwise theres things that you are better off buying elsewhere, i.e. breakfast cereal.
