I got my nose pierced at 17 and I had to get some papers notarized. After I got that done I was able to do it, it was quick, and it didn’t even hurt. I was very informed on how to keep it clean.

I was extremely anxious to get my nipples pierced for the second time, as my first experience (at another tattoo shop) was not that great. However, this time around, I decided to try Empire and was lucky enough to get pierced by Calah. She made my experience quick and smooth, reassuring me throughout the whole process. The placement is even more perfect than before. I do highly recommend coming to this shop!!! You won’t regret it.

I went here a few days ago to get my ears pierced and it just simply wasn’t a good experience. I was greeted when I came in by the lady at the desk but my piercer did not do a good job. She didn’t greet or acknowledge me, and she also didn’t ask me specifics about what I wanted. She didn’t ask me about jewelry, and she also didn’t tell me what size piercing she gave me nor did she tell what kind of metal the earring was made out of, and in the end she put this super long earring in that almost touches my hair even when it’s up.I personally would recommend going to capital city tattooz. I got a piercing done here and it was a completely different experience. Not only did they have a full display of jewelry the people were just more friendly. I was made aware of what kid of jewelry it was, what size i was getting and i was given an entire pamphlet about piercing after care.Long story short, don’t go here for piercings.

I really enjoyed this place. I went there with my friends to get my first tattoo and piercing, and it was so much fun. The people working there are very professional and they will make you feel comfortable. There was good music on the background so you don’t feel weird, and the vibe was definitely a %100. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

I recently got a naval piercing here and I’m not too confident in it. The piercer didn’t measure the jewelry to my body, and ended up grabbing too much skin and piercing me too deep. She also didn’t specify what type of jewelry she was using such as size or material, and stated that the shop is still trying to get new jewelry and that it was my only option when I asked which colors were available again, which is different from what she said at the desk when I first asked. The same also happened to my friend, so I suggest finding someone who’s more experienced, I didn’t get to ask how long she’s been piercing, but from these incidents it seems that she’s a little inexperienced. Very nice girl, just needs some more experience.

Coming in I knew it was going to be an amazing experience as the staff was friendly and talk to me throughout the process. This was a spontaneous decision so I didn’t had an appointment but talk to Tessa and the staff about it and told her what I wanted and where and she took on the challenge. So, Tessa did my tattoo (approx $160) and I am extremely ticklish so I didn’t feel any pain. She was amazing at taking breaks while I giggled or just broke into laughter but the result is amazing.

Got my septum pierced here by Calah and it was genuinely the best piercing experience of my life. She walked me through the whole thing and made me feel way less anxious than I had been, and then the piercing itself was quick and super professionally done. Cant recommend it enough!

My wife and I went in to get tattoos, she had one she wanted and it came out good. I was looking for a cover-up to which I needed done in one sitting since I am leaving to go back home. Chief did her tattoo and when talking about mine I told him about what I was looking for and he said he could get it done in one sitting. Well come today when I was supposed to go in and get mine he is not there when he said he would be and over an hour later I get a message from him saying he cant get it done in one sitting. So now I have spent the last 2 days sitting around waiting for today instead of going out and talking to other tattoo shops. If he couldnt do it that is all he had to say.
