I got a bracelet from here along with the warranty. I’ve tired to get the bracelet replaced three times because it broke. The bracelet hasn’t been in stock for three months. All I get from the staff is call back to see if we have it in stock. It’s not worth paying extra for a warranty if they can’t replace it.

My 5 year old wanted to get her ears pierced. After going to a few places we ended up here. The staff was so patient and helpful. They were great with her even when she was panicking after the first piercing. After some pep talking and a break we were able to finish. They are even and clean. She absolutely loves them!
