Ive been calling multiple times attempting to get an apt for a SAFETY recall for my vehicle with Volkswagen.Operators on the phone keep sending me to different advisors who never answer the phone or emails.Operators cant actually answer any questions and wont patch your call to someone at the actual dealership that can help you.I will be giving big Volkswagen a call and let them know that a shareholder cant even get a recall done on a vehicle due to human factors.

Truly awful and deceptive service.I purchased a CNA extended warranty from them when buying a Passat in 2017. I just tried to use it as the starter seems to be out on the Passat and they told me that they can’t get me in for over a month and that I would have to go somewhere else to use the warranty. When I called CNA about this, they told me that I can go anywhere else, however, I would have to pay a $200 deductible when going anywhere other than Capital VW.I also asked Capital VW what would happen if I had a new VW and needed VW Warranty service that was keeping my car from working, and they said I would be down for a month. So, long story short, they are deceptive, rude and unapologetic about it.On another note, I will say that the CNA extended warranty folks were quite pleasant and helpful.This was my 2nd vehicle I have purchased from them, and I will never be giving them another dollar of my business. Great people, I gave 5 stars about a year ago and I went to check and make sure cause if I could Id give em 5 stars twice. They dont jerk you around on parts and labor prices, theyre straightforward, no bs, and Ryan Boatright has always taken care of me and always gotten done whatever small thing i needed in a very reasonable amount of time. Also their courtesy shuttle is very very accommodating and a very nice thing to provide their clients with in case you dont have a ride, for example I live alone right around the corner so usually if I dont have a ride after dropping my car off theyre my solution. They dont charge for the courtesy shuttle if you are paying for service or whatever. Everyone there is very nice. 5/5 the last 4 times Ive used them.

After a whirlwind unexpected engine failure on the interstate traveling back to my home 4 hours from Tallahassee I was towed to Capital Euro Cars because they were the nearest VW dealership and I have told everyone I know that it had to be divine intervention to send me here because of how amazing they are. After being helped by Dustin in service through my very stressful car breaking down fiasco and finding out that my engine was completely shot I then had to go on the hunt for a new vehicle. I wanted to try to get a vehicle from Capital because Dustin had been so amazing and kind so I asked him to send me to one of his sales reps. Kemar Edwards was the sales rep I dealt with and he was nothing short of amazing. I live 4 hours away from Tallahassee and he made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time while I was trying to make a decision on what car I wanted to get and how much I could afford. He listened when I told him what my price points were and how much I could afford to pay and he made sure to make it work. When we came to test drive the vehicle and make sure everything looked okay he was super friendly and professional and made the whole experience enjoyable (which if you’ve had to buy a car you know it most of the time is not). He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew everything up front before signing. He worked extremely hard to make my situation turn from a negative to a positive. We were able to leave the lot with an amazing new (to us) car that we couldn’t be happier with. Justin in finance also worked magic for us and made sure we had the best warranty for my car so that if anything ever happened again to my car I would be covered. I can’t say enough great things about every single person we worked with here. By far my best car buying experience ever. I was a little concerned about having to buy a car with all the covid related issues, but Billy was very helpful with information by both text and email, had the exact car I asked for when I got there. He didn’t “sell” me he just showed me the car, answered all my questions and gave me the keys to go on a test drive on my own. No extras, price was actually lower than he originally quoted me and well below MSRP. 10/10 will come back for my next car.

Honestly if I could give a ZERO I would. Buying a car everyone is nice and friendly but afterwards you are put on a do not answer list. I’ve called for days and left messages only to be ignored. I decided to call off another phone and long behold they answer. It is now Sept 8th I purchased my car from them January 29th not only am I still waiting on my second key which seem to be a goose chase my car has been in there service department 3 times for different issues. So I wouldn’t recommend no to buy from here.

This place is nothing but a scam. My boyfriend just took his car there for an oil change and a tire balance and rotate. 4 hours later and the bill is $500? They charged him to fix his day running light, yet he is leaving with it still broken? Yes he did also buy a part, but for $160 when the same part is found online from Volkswagen for $45. I do not recommend anyone going here unless you want to be scammed out of your money.

Experience was not pleasant. Very unlikely to get my car serviced here again. I was told on the phone that my diagnostic test would be $49.95. When I arrived an amount of $144.95 was mentioned, but not thoroughly explained. Nothing was wrong with my car other than a loose gas cap and I was charged $90 after waiting for nearly 2 hours. Left feeling scammed.

I gotta rant........We had such a ruff afternoon getting almost stranded in Tallahassee cause my Epc light came on out of nowhere making car (vw golf)loose all power (google it) . So we hobbled to Capital Volkswagen only to be told ..sorry were overbooked now and can’t look at your car, so I ask to speak to manager cause I don’t know how I’m gonna get home and get car looked at, I asked to speak to manager and he comes out and I explain again to him that I truly needed help with my car and what happened and he responded with....no we can’t look at your car, we have cars backed up for days, I advised him that I really needed help cause we did not live around there and was basically stranded...he responded with .. enterprise is across the street. I was devastated, I responded with wow and advised him that I pray no one in his family is ever put in my situation and be refused service. I then called to advise osteen Volkswagen in Valdosta and the entire team was prepared to send tow truck and pick us up with no hesitation, but we took hwy 90 home and was able to make all the way to dealership in Valdosta (took forever not able to drive too fast and could not use ac) and they immediately got me a loaner car (2020 Subaru outback) and told me we will look at your car tomorrow and let you know what’s up. I was greeted promptly by Dustin Wheeler who was expecting me and already had everything ready for the repair to our Passat. Dustin explained the process and said I would receive a call when the vehicle was ready. When I picked the vehicle up, all the repair work was completed and the vehicle was washed. I knew the repair was covered under our CPO warranty terms but was surprised to find out this particular repair did not require the standard deductible. No charge.Still the best service in town.

I had no intention of purchasing a car the day i went and actually thought they were closed. I was dressed in an old pair of shorts and shirt with my yard sneakers on as i was headed to trim a friends yard. Jeffery met us on the lot and although we looked like we had just spent the night in the woods, he still treated us both with upmost respect. Just had my 40,000 mile service here, and they were extremely thorough and great to work with. They called me to let me know about a screw in my tire (luckily it was repairable) and they also recommended I replace my brake fluid even though it wasnt usually done with the 40,000 mile service because it was looking darker than it should. Since I went ahead and did the brake fluid upon their recommendation, they only charged me for the supplies and not the labor! Good people, good customer service.

This dealership has one thing in mind when it comes to selling cars volume. Once I was sold a car they never followed up with issues that were promised to be resolved. They have terrible attention to detail when it comes to addressing issues. Poor communication between sales, service and management. Take your business elsewhere.

My vehicle has a recall which apparently can cause the car to shut off out of nowhere and flip over. After two weeks of frequent phone calls, only one person has returned my call. But, upon calling them back immediately, it went straight to voicemail. It seems like they only care when they can get money out of you.

The experience was good. Everything went well and given the vehicle on time. I am very much satisfied.
