This is the best experience for us to get a new 2022 Corolla. The team at Peter Boulware Toyota is professional, extremely patient, and friendly. The both salesman Logan and Ethan are great and work with us to test the driving, explain all functionalities about the car, and answer all questions we have. They stay with us the whole time to make all things simple and fast. Mario is the manager here, and he is so awesome to get us the great price. He really wants the customer to have a great purchase experience. The most exciting part is coming, we are doing financing, and Shane just helped us get an unbelievable low interest rate (really low!). Our world just gets light at that moment. Finally, after getting the lowest out-the-door price and a great financing plan, Jay is the last man to help us finalize all documents. Have to say, really fast, clear, comfortable. Jay makes all documenting processes straightforward and smooth. Wow, I really want to keep writing this review for this great experience, but I have to summarize here that the team is excellent. Our English is not very good, but everyone here is so considerate during the negotiation. I would recommend others to buy cars here!
Great staff, awesome service. But my Camry didn’t have an owners manual in the glove box and a small plastic piece that divides the cup holders and holds drinks in place on the center console was also missing. Didn’t think to look for these not so important items. I called and the owners manual would cost me about 80$ and 29$ for a cup holder divider which i will not be buying at those prices.,Those are my only complaints. Just would’ve expected such small unimportant “parts” could be given to me without charge especially an owners manual but that’s not the case in buying as is used car apparently. Other than that, awesome experience
I have never had a more pleasant experience with a dealership. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. The finance department works with you diligently to meet your needs. Papa Fred knows all the details about the vehicle and takes the time to teach you all about it. I am loving my Highlander! WOW, I had an incredible experience, and could not be more grateful for how taken care of I felt. This was my very first time buying a car at a dealership, and I dont think it could have gone better. My salesman, Juan, was super knowledgeable and reassuring, and I felt that he went out of his way to make this a smooth and comfortable process. Jay and Juan worked together to get me amazing discounts that I literally could not believe were real, and I drove away in a GORGEOUS 2021 Corolla that I would not have even considered was in my price range if it had not been for Juan telling me about all of the discounts they could give me.And then theres the one and only Papa Fred, who not only taught me everything I could ever need to know about how to use my new car, but also made sure to teach me a few different safety tricks in a hilarious but deeply caring manner, like only a Papa could. The sales folks are fine but the pricing structure is opaque with many extra fees added on top of the purchase price. We found a much better deal at a nearby Toyota dealership.

I recently purchased a beautiful 2022 Corolla. I had previously visited the Panama City Toyota Dealership (not affiliated with Peter Boulware) and i had a terrible experience.I decided to drive to Tallahassee to try Peter Boulware Toyota, and it was the best decision I could have made.I was taken care of by Clete King. He was very warm, hilarious, and he really took the time to walk me through the process and you could tell he genuinely wanted me to get the best deal possible for ME. Towards the end of my time there, I was starving because I hadn’t eaten all morning. Clete went to Taco Bell and bought us all lunch. He really goes above and beyond for his clients, and he should really teach classes on how to do client service correctly because he’s a PRO!!!Jim Sartin was the sales manager that handled getting the price right for me. He was also wonderful to deal with!Brent Johnson handled explaining how the car worked, he was very thorough and sweet.David Hunt handled the gap/warranty/etc portion of the transaction. I shopped around and found that this chip shortage thing is not a joke. That you have very little negotiating powers right now at car dealerships. Although, I have found in the past that buying large ticket items in Tallahassee cost more than surrounding communities. Then I saw an add for Peter Boulware Toyota and an outstanding price for a 2022 4Runner and checkered it out. I now am a proud owner of that 2022 4Runner and I will not think of Tallahassee as my last choice for doing my shopping for big ticket items. Overall it was a horrible time, I walked it and they showed me some cars, they said they most likely can’t get in the range of how much I wanted to pay per month which is very understandable, but when I sat down they treated me as if I were a little kid, they said I needed a auto credit, something that I have never heard of and other dealerships never heard of and I told them I use credit karma and they said “they are fake, they just give you a random number.” They kept saying I am to young to buy a car and how I don’t know how it works. I wanted to trade in my car and gave me a very very low offer. The next day I went to Honda and in 45 minutes they got me a new car and gave me a trade in price which was double of what Toyota gave me.
My husband and I have never purchased a new vehicle in Tallahassee because of the previous experiences we have gone through. I had reached out to several other Toyota dealerships throughout the southern part of the United States looking for a specific 4Runner. Some were unable to find what I was looking for or they were not willing to help be build what I wanted. Other tried to sell me models that I specifically told them I did not want.The last dealership I contacted was Peter Boulware. I send an email inquiry and Kayla was quick to respond and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I wanted to test drive one before moving forward and since there is a shortage on new vehicles she offered for me to test drive a used 4Runner and that we could discuss building one to my liking. From there, Kayla sent me price sheets and additions I could make to the new 4Runner. She put me in contact with Julian who sat down with my husband and I and discussed our options on how we could go about getting exactly what I wanted.Since I was going to be trading in my current vehicle, we sat down with Jim to talk numbers. Jim was very nice and personable as we discussed number on my trade in. We came to an agreement and I felt that he answered our questions with genuine, honest answers. For me, that is hard to find in the car sales industry.A few weeks later, the 4Runner arrived at the dealership. Before taking it home, Papa Fred walked us through every aspect and detail of the vehicle. From the specs of the motor to the sensors on the tail lights. I just bought my second car from Peter Boulware, and i couldnt be happier. They bent over backwards both times to get the car i wanted at a price that beat every other Toyota dealerships prce, that i called. Their staff was some of the most professional and hospitable people i have ever met! I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.
Personally, I had financing pre-approved at my bank. The only reason we could not make a deal happen on the vehicle we wanted is because there was an added warranty (it is a good warranty) included at the price of $1999. Since I am going with my bank, I dont need the warranty but it was mandatory in the price which puts me over my mark. We drove an hour away after work to go test drive this vehicle and make a deal happen after we were told numerous times they could get us what we needed. I understand this is a sales business, but I was upset walking away empty handed after being so close to making it happen. My sales person was awesome, it was just the numbers.

Ive worked at car dealerships and Ive had a horrible time in the past buying cars at dealerships, so overall I naturally have a very negative outlook about buying a car from a dealer. But here at Peter Boulware Toyota I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and nice the experience turned out to be.I worked with Junis as my sales person he was very helpful and attentive to our questions, overall he got us exactly what we wanted and didnt try and waste anyones time. Wonderful to work with and an excellent salesman.After actually getting the car one of the managers Jim did, with no exaggeration the BEST job I have ever seen someone do when it came to showing us our new car. Jim knows his stuff and was able to list just about every possible fact or attention to detail that you would want to know about your new vehicle. He showed me everything I needed to know about the engine, outside, inside, and then finally took us on a Demo drive to make sure we knew all the features of our vehicle and how they worked. Jim was extremely attentive to any question we might of had. Never had this high level of service at any other dealership.Finally our purchasing process ended with Brannon in the financing department who was another stellar person on their team. Brannon got us what we wanted and did not try to confuse you with the numbers when it came time to purchase. He showed us a list of all the extras they offered and simply left it up to us to pick and choose what we wanted. The only dealership I have went to and felt important as a human and not just a customer. Extremely personable which made the respect and trust go a long way. I have been working with Julius Weaver for quite some time, even though I didnt get a truck at the beginning his follow-up and consistent drive to help my situation made me respect him more. He not only got me a truck but he helped leased my dream truck that I always wanted. But David Hunt was phenomenal with explaining and assisting through the financial aspect, but as well a cool guy to teach fishing. We went in to get our 2014 Toyota repaired and ended up buying the car of our dreams -- a 2021 Toyota Avalon. The place is totally low pressure -- none of that car salesman pitch. No pressure at all. Alan Blackburn will be our service manager for life. There was no charge on the main problem they fixed (on our old car) and minor charges for small purchases we made.Jim Bell was our salesman if you can call him that. To us, he was an cheery educator and showed us various models -- no rush at all. Although we were not going to buy, he did not make us feel rushed. We spent all day there and ended up with the perfect car for us. Later, I called a couple to times to ask him questions. He spent the time with me -- compare this to the sales people who dont know who you are once youve signed on the dotted line.The price was right, we got what we wanted on our trade-in, which we considered to be in excellent condition. And Brandon got us an additional discount.Papa Fred is terrific. Todays cars are a giant computer and he took the mystery out of it. Full of life and good humor, he taught us the essentials in about an hour and urged us to come back for another tutorial if we wanted it. We could come back as often as we liked.Finally, the icing on the cake. I was afraid to drive the new car through what I thought was a small opening and asked a random employee to move the other car. He said no problem and got into my car and drove it through. Then he gave us directions for getting home. Turns out that man was the General Manager with hundreds of people working for him.All in all, this was the best experience we have ever had in a car dealership.
As a woman, it is often nerve wrecking walking into a dealership alone. This was totally different. From start to finish, I was taken care of. I wasn’t forced to do anything and was presented with a deal that was comfortable.
Im the type of person that doesnt leave any kind of review. For but this instance, I have to. My car buying experience was unmatched in this dealership. The best price available in the market and the customer service I received from Anna Lister and Chris Rice were a big difference. Anna went out of her way to accommodate all of my requests, and her quick/helpful response was the determining factor for me to purchase my new vehicle. Chris Rice was also incredible during this process. His knowledge, charisma, and customer service made the entire process easy. Im very happy with my purchase!

I called and inquired about a specific vehicle listed as available on their website. They did not have it on the lot. They were getting it in a week or so and would let me know. They called me the day before and said someone has put a deposit on it already and it would be another 4 days before they could find the same car. When I told them I wasnt aware that deposits on vehicles were necessary and I wasnt given that option, I got a lecture about their limited inventory and why I needed to put a deposit down on ANY vehicle I was interested in so they wouldnt sell it out from under me. I will be taking my Toyota business out of town.EDIT: LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE. I wrote got a lecture as a complaint, then they proceed to write the SAME lecture I was complaining about! YOU CANT BE ANYMORE DENSE THAN THAT! (unless you are trying to be flippant).Secondly, able to locate another rather quickly was nowhere near as helpful than just a simple apology for misleading and bad communication would have been. No customer cares about your excuses and we know more than you about cars attitude.
The customer service could be a bit better. But its cool, I got approved on a newer truck. Woohooo!

Wed been looking for a Tundra for over 6 months in Nashville with zero success. After moving to Florida a month ago, Peter Boulware Toyota was able to find and deliver a 21 Tundra that met our specs within a week.Everyone there was friendly, accommodating and professional. Chuck Gay was great and got me ready for a cross country road trip: new brakes, new battery, and fixed a tail light quicker than he estimated. I did end up getting a tire at costco ($189) that Toyota was charging $305 for. I did see a sales employee picking his nose and then touching the complimentary drinks and snacks.
Due to the chip shortage, it is very difficult to find specific cars. I had been searching specifically for a base model 2022 Prius Prime for my business. They are available but hard to find. Local dealerships were asking way over MSRP, citing supply and demand. Ive never heard of paying over MSRP until this year. I started calling around to other dealerships in the state and heard similar. However, when I called Peter Boulware Toyota, the experience was different from the beginning. Kayla and Anna spent the time to help me find a car that was in transit. Their first quoted price was reasonable right off the bat and reserving the car was not painful. AND when the car was finally available, Chaz and Brent drove the 3 hours to deliver it to my house personally. Thats a classy approach even in the context of shortages and tight margins. I will be buying future cars from this dealership despite the fact that they are in a different part of the state.

After speaking with the Internet sales specialist online, communicating via texts, emails and phone calls, I was told that the type of vehicle I was interested in was available on the lot. The sales specialist made and appointment for me and the appointment was confirmed THREE times, but when I get to the dealership the car is NOT there. I was told the general manager drove the vehicle out of town. I received no apology from anyone associated with this dealership. Total disregard for the customer. Im very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service from Peter Boulware Toyota.

If there was something he did not know the answer to, he asked someone at their dealership for the answer. Management and finance interactions were also exemplary. I would definitely buy from the dealership and Logan again.
Will and Logan went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me into my Nissan Altima! They were very helpful and the customer service was EXCELLENT!! The process was pretty quick from the approval to signing my paperwork. Being a first time buyer, I was approved with great payments and a reasonable down payment. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I promise you won’t be disappointed if you ask for Logan or Will! You will drive off the lot with the vehicle that you want!!
They have very nice pleasant staff. Though, they are supposed to be more professional in doing the job. i went for a regular maintenance (20000 mi) and the report concluded that everything is good. They stated that my tires were good. Unfortunately one of my tires had a piece of rubber fallen out. I asked the maintenance man and he told me this has to be changed. So i asked him what else is said to be good but could be bad??. So he told me let us check your car again !! ..Thanks to him but i have already spent 1:45 hr waiting for the job to be done (which is understandable) but I chose to leave..Again, they have some nice staff but this was my one bad experience with them. Maybe the responsible one was tired or had a bad night, but still, this is not a random work shop.

Not a great experience. It started with a $500 coupon offered and accepted as I browsed online. I selected 2 vehicles I wanted to look at and received a call from the dealership stating they saw where I accepted the coupon and asking if I wanted to set up an appointment and what I wanted to look at. I gave her the 2 I had selected and set an appointment for the next afternoon. After arrival, I was taken on a test drive in a vehicle that was nice, but not one of the two I selected as those were not even available for sale and were in such bad condition they were being sent to an auction. After all that, I decided to negotiate purchase for the vehicle I had test driven. When they brought the paperwork out, they were not able to itemize the figures so that I was able to ensure my coupon was credited and tried to charge me a $1,995 fee for a benefit package that I did not want. There was no way to opt out of this package but they were willing to credit back a portion of it, they stated. Then most of the the portion credited was added back to the total as a fee for doing business with them (which I understand is typical). I didnt feel like I was getting what I was offered and feel like benefit package should be optional. The lady who assisted me was very nice and I have no complaints with her service.
So I leased a 2019 rav4, it had less than 35 miles on itand Ive had it for a most two years. I started complaining of an issue with the car within months after driving. The car would lurch forward really hard and stall in traffic. Of course, I took it in for service a number of times only to be told that its normal behavior. In the Fall of 2020 I received a letter in the mail stating that the fuel pump had a recall and that its unsafe to drive but would not be able to be repaired until Spring of 2021 and would be notified when it could be brought in for service. I was never notified and wasnt able to get the repair until mid June if 2021 after I contacted the company. I was never offered a replacement vehicle or reimbursement. I filed a complaint several times about the car and their service. This the email I received today. This is my 3rd lease from Toyota and will certainly be the last car I lease or purchase from Toyota.

This dealership was Amazing to me in a time of crisis!! They went above and beyond from Sheila the receptionist who was so patient and reassured me that they would help me and helped me navigate to the dealership. It was late and when I arrived Chuck Gay and Vaughan treated me like they had just opened..They got me efficiently into a rental and housed my vehicle and put crash tape on my sunroof so I could drive it back to Lexus. They truly treated me like family and were a blessing in a crisis!! I highly recommend this dealership!! To be treated like this is so rare and was greatly appreciated!!

I went in to this Toyota dealership with a specific vehicle in mind (a 2007 Toyota RAV 4 with less than 30,000 miles on it) that I had spotted on their website. Going into the place, I had enough to make a nice little down-payment, but I clearly did not have a vehicle. My last car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company, so I was in the market for something different. The staff could have taken advantage of this fact, but did not do so.The sale was facilitated by Joe Manning. And he consistently worked with me during the process. With his help, he was able to negotiate the car down to the terms that I wanted and then some. I wont say the numbers specifically, but the car will eventually be mine in 3 and a half years. The car payment is similar to what I paid for my old car. So..it all works out.I cant speak for most of the staff there. In terms of salesmen, I only know one. But if you look for Joe Manning, he will help you negotiate down to a price that is within your budget. I would have to say that this experience, even though it took some time (its the way negotiating works) was a lot less painful than my experience buying my prior car. I would definitely suggest working with Joe Manning toward buying a new vehicle.Thanks Joe!

We were met immediately by a salesperson who knew exactly the car we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the particular car and obviously knew the business. He was friendly but not pushy. He let us lead the decision process which we really appreciated. The business transaction was honest and straightforward. Overall, we had an excellent purchasing experience, and drove home in a terrific car.
It has been a long journey going from one dealership to another, looking for that right car for my son. In the experience of searching along the way and many aggressive sales person to another, it was nice to find that not every dealership are trained to breath down your neck. Chaz took care of us like we were family and was sure to follow through with all his words he spoke. From Chaz finding the right vehicle to Michael Walker handling everything to make it happen and a few staff members (Papa Fred and Chris Rice) walking us through the car to better understand it, I could not have asked for a better experience then what I received from beginning to end and driving off the lot with a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE hatchback. Now I just got to get my son to understand that he cant drive everywhere wasting gas showing off his new car.
Be careful here! They have good cars here but will bait and switch on you. And after the verbal deal is made you have to pay attention to the written contract

Everything was good in the process of getting the car. They were really patient with me. But the only thing that was the minor downfall was that the outside of the car was cleaned nicely but the inside was not. But it wasn’t terrible so I’m still happy with the process of how I was able to get the car.

One of the reasons we chose to look at this dealership is they had quite a few used vehicles with low miles, and that were priced competitively.When we arrived, Will had the specific one ready for us to look at it. However, we quickly decided that we didn’t want it. (not for any reasons that were the dealership’s fault, just our preference)I told him that we weren’t interested in this one and didn’t want to waste time test driving it. He surprised me with his response. Will immediately said, “ no problem”.Usually this is where a “typical” salesperson would try to get me to like it and at least push me to try it out. He’s not pushy! He listened to what we needed and only showed us what we wanted to see. Would do business with again!!!!

This place went from 1 star to 5 after they changed over to Peter Boulware. Our first experience a couple of years ago was horrible, including the sales manager cussing at my wife about their mistake, long story short. Since then they have a whole new team and a totally different experience. I worked first with Jessica to trade in my 2020 Tacoma for a 2021 with a better trim package. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted, down to every detail. I then worked with Chris on picking out the new truck (colors/options) which was still on the assembly line. He had great advice and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. When time came to pick up my truck I worked with Chaz and he is a freaking rock star! The truck arrived, but I bought it sight unseen, so it had a couple of odds and ends that were not on it that should have been from what Toyota HQ said it had. So not their fault. Well Chaz made sure every single thing was accounted for and QUICKLY got it on my new truck. He has such a positive attitude and works so hard for his clients, its amazing! So look for Chaz if you go up there you cant lose, he will tell you everything openly an honestly, which is a big thing for me after the first experience there. Because of him we will be back! Overall everyone at PB Toyota works as a team for the customer from the front door to the service department. You can tell how well they all get along so well to serve their customers. These folks I could easily go and have a cold beer with, and talk about anything. I believe I not only got a great new truck, but gained a friend or two in this experience. Lastly a bonus as I will be sure to stop and say hey to all of them every 5000 miles!

Its been about 6 years since I brought a vehicle, Ive been living in NYC and came back to Tallahassee (my college town) during the pandemic to find me a car before I move to California. Lets just say I know what I want, Im very particular about pretty much everything and have lofty goals haha. Salesperson Juan Ploch was an amazing representative and helped my husband & I find a wonderful vehicle for us! He was patient, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and knew what he was doing! Jim Sarten helped us with applying to banks for the auto loan, and he was so amazing that we had applied late in the evening for the loan, received a good rate, but he said that he KNEW he could get us a better rate at a specific bank if we wanted to come back the next day to continue purchasing the vehicle. The next day, he got us a rate with a bank with 1.99% APR. They are truly amazing staff!
Found out they said they support a person shirt that has a certain flag and liked it as well. Kind of mind twisted because makes me wonder who’s getting a better deal as far as skin color….lol not going to this place but they would be ok without me.

Bought a used traverse the second day driving noticed something wrong with the transmission called sales guy told them the problem he said they would get it fixed had to wait for him to find me something to drive . Its been 3 weeks check engine light is now on and still cant get them to fix it after leaving messages and text to the 3 people I have delt with. I will never buy from here and not recommend family, friends or co-workers.

Let me just tell you about my experience. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma and when I took it in for service it would not crank. Jessica Wissman in service informed me that I could not drive it home because it was not safe. Thank goodness it happened while I was there and not traveling. She was great! It was Labor day weekend and there were no rentals available. She arranged for me to drive a Corolla and then return on Tuesday after Labor for a different vehicle. It was determined by the service department that the fuel pump was the problem. I knew there was recall but I had not received a letter informing me that they had a fix for it yet. We contacted Dee Patel to discuss our options. Dee worked his magic and in a couple of days we drove off with a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. The experience we had from Jessica Wissman in the service department, Bonnie Kistler who handled the warranty/rental, Dee Patel in sales, Brian Harrison in finance and Papa Fred who showed us all the cool stuff on our new truck we had a GREAT experience. They all did a fantastic job and we will be returning!
