I never have an issue with the service at Proctors. It is always first rate. However, I have been having an issue with my 5 year old Accura MDX FOR THE LAST 6 months and we are stymied. No one can find the culprit. It is extremely frustrating to say the least. It is worrisome because I am an older woman and the car battery goes dead at almost exactly every two months. I can not have this happening somewhere where I can’t reach help. I will now seek help at Acura headquarters.

I was very skeptical about an internet purchase but Robert Durand made the transaction very easy and the whole experience very comfortable. Service guy was Not friendly. Didnt greet us when we walked in and I didnt know where or who to speak with for what I needed done. Also I think 2 hours is ridiculous to have to wait for an oil change. Will NOT come back again. Especially seeing as I drove 2 hours.!!
