What is going on here? This made it impossible to find what I needed. Not to mention its dangerous to navigate through. And probably not something the Fire Marshall would approve. Ive learned to not expect much from this Walmart but this is way beyond ridiculous. This is more than just bad attitudes from the employees and the store not being stocked. Customer safety obviously is not a concern here.

Its Walmart. Pretty much the same as all walmarts. Larger than many. Friendly staf which is a plus

Everything went pretty good until checkout, it took an hour or more. The woman at the register was nice but she clearly needs to be moved to a different position, she is extremely slow. I wish her all the best and dont want her to lose her job, she just needs to be in a different position.

There store is in the process of remodeling so some items are out of stock, but the customer service was great. I had 2 different employees from 2 different departments go above and beyond to help me locate the items I needed and then the cashier went out of his way to help me with some pricing issues. All in all a great experience outside of things not intheir control.

I had a great trip at Walmart today! Everything that I needed was in stock and the price for my items was reasonable. Additionally, I enjoyed my interaction with the employees who were very helpful and kind.

Clean, great selection and helpful staff.. although everyone is short staffed these days these guys go out of their way to be helpful.

The motorized buggys are never available or working properly. Recently, stock of things, especially water bottles, was depleted severely. Though the delivery service is great and speedy.

Terrible. I just had knee surgery and badly need a motorized cart to do my shopping. But every time I come to this store none are available. There are about five in the entire store and only one or two even work properly. And when I try to speak to a manager I can never seem to find one around. That is quite a shame for what is the largest Walmart store in Tallahassee

A good selection of various items to purchase. Although, at times the supply does run short as is probably true of many other places. Avoid shopping during late afternoon early evening hours as the check out lines can be quite slow.

Clean and well stocked. Went there on FSU move in week, I was surprised to see they were not out of everything. Instead there was still a selection on the most popular items.

Its amazing how you always go for one thing and leave with 27 lol. I love Walmart. The only con is you can never find help or an associate when you need it.

This review is solely about John from electronics. I had dropped my phone in the mud and gotten it in the charging port of my phone. I had asked for help and where I could find a product to get the dirt out of my speaker and charger port, he took my phone, solved the problem in store, and proceeded to wipe down my phone and go above and beyond and was so kind and humble about how thankful I was.

Walmart never fails when it comes to prices. Went to purchase my son a birthday gift and also found his Christmas gift on sale for $109.45.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I brought my 2007 Honda Ridgeline in on 1/31/2021 for a simple tire balance. As shown in the photos, they did not lift the vehicle by the reinforced jack points near the wheels, but by the pinch weld under the body of the truck. I did not want to make a big deal out of cosmetic damage to the truck, so I nicely mentioned it to the staff on duty and requested that they use the correct lift points in the future. The lady that did the work on my truck became belligerent, and insisted that she lifted the vehicle “according to Walmart policy.” Since it appears that Walmart policy includes damaging my vehicle, I will not be returning, even though I paid for a lifetime rotate and balance.

I was very impressed with this gentleman last Friday the 11th of June. I knew what I was looking for but did not see in on the shelf and asked of they may have some more. I found another item of the same stuff I was looking for from a different manufacturer. He was very kind to step out of the box and being it was not his area still took the time to help me. That my friends these days is fiction.

After they found the dead boy behind the Walmart and since the issue is still unresolved, I refuse to shop here or at any other location. If someone was stealing a keychain and a lipgloss, they’d be quick to have security footage and have the person arrested. How come the same energy isn’t kept for the 13 year old corpse they found?

Probably the worse Walmart I have EVER been to-- mostly because of the customer service. The three employees I interacted with obviously did not want to be there. I was always in their way somehow, even when I was just walking. There were employees eating their lunch in front of customers, with their radio blaring. When I asked employees for help locating something, they appeared to not have been trained. I try to avoid this Walmart when I can.

You get 5 stars for Chance he was so helpful and went in back to get me some collard greens for dinner. Very respectful and nice guy was happy to help.

Its Walmart. What can I say? I find everything I need every time I go there. The store is always neat, and you usually dont have to wait in line long.

Management clearly does not care about this location. Shelves are rarely stocked, fresh fruit and vegetables are full of decay and mold, and the place is dirty and disorganized.

Auto center was AWESOME.They even opened up 15mins early for myself an 2 others.Service was fast an friendly.

Not only did we wait over 2 hours for our pick up order, we didnt even get all of our items. The lady hit our car with the Kart... didnt say sorry, just said it didnt scratch it and then took another 5 days to get our money back from the items we didnt get! So we couldnt finish getting our groceries that we needed till our money was returned. We will not be using this store again. Poor service.

I needed to buy razors for my dad. I was told by the employee stocking the shelves thatyou have to go to customer service for them to page someone. I did an noone showed up. I went back to customer service. They found someone that knew who the one person with a key was. 30+ minutes to get a razor. Why is there not a help button in that section to get access? The closed checkout back there is just a pile of stuff that looks a mess. Theres a reason they call that one Tennessee Trash Walmart.

This is a smaller store. I had a difficult time finding a parking space. It is a scaled down version of the stores in TallahasseeAvoid the deli and you should be fine.

This location is usually busy at the checkout. Today I was in and out. Great shopping experience!

You can find a little of everything here! If they could just do something about those very long unattractive lines always there!! I have turned around several times greeted by those long lines.Just not feeling it! Also they dont All carry the same products!!! You can be out of gas traveling from 1 to the other trying to find Turkey breast medallions wtapped in bacon! Lol!

Very crowded and congested. It was because of Back to School shopping. However, I did get my grocery shopping done and was checked out quickly.

The guy that cash me out was very nice I forgot his name but we talked about our children and the new baby that Im going to have he asked me her name and when I was going to have her I would definitely go through his line again

Ive been using the curbside pickup lately and all of the staff Ive encountered have been extremely friendly. They always place the groceries in a neat logical order in the trunk and take special care with fragile items like eggs and bread. Very happy with the service Ive had with them.

Its a pretty decent place for groceries or home shopping. Best time to go in the current situation is 10:30 pm on Sunday. You will find minimum crowd during this time.

Greeter at front of store directed us to where each item we wanted was located in store and the location given was correct for all items purchased. Excellent customer service. The stores in South Florida could learn a thing or two about proper customer service from this gentleman!

Pro: not many people, good stock/suppliy of items, decent prices. Con. Parking lot is trashy and nasty. Mostly self check outs. Lines are long and slow with cashier check out.

Horrible Walmart to shop. The place is cluttered and under-stocked. The carts are all out in the parking lot, where the cart returns are broken. To top it off an employee gave me the worst glare as we passed and I have no idea why.

Shopping was easy and items I needed were in stock.

They try to get you out fast. They try to keep stocked.

Employees had masks on under their noses. Customers were walking around with no masks at all. Even though masks are supposed to be mandatory with the covid-19 numbers rising. They do not disinfect their cart handles anymore either. I wont be going back here for a while. It does not feel clean or safe anymore. Im very disappointed in Walmart. I do not recommend this place at this time.

It wasnt bad. Need to widen the aisles for the electric carts. And stop letting company shoppers pick up items during peak hours. Get carts fixed or new ones with bicycle flags so you can find them in parking lot.

This is a big supercenter; however, you rarely find some one to ask a question and get right answer.

Stopped by here to grab a poster frame and received a fake 5$ bill in change. I didn’t know the bill was fake until I stopped at a convenience store to make a purchase. Luckily the store owner understood what had happened. Walmart employees need to do better.

Not the best Walmart in town, its kinda grungy and dirty compared to the other on Lagnippe. Also doesnt have the selection of items that one does.

Im a cheapskate, so the amazing prices offered at Walmart are worth more than the horrible organization and horrible customer service. Ive learned not to take it personally, but you truly do get what you pay for here at Walmart. My favorite thing is that they have an abnormally massive selection of vegan products for seemingly no reason. More than Publix, surprisingly. So while the prices dragged me in, the vegan selection is what made me stay.

Long lines rude shoppers as usual. I guess people are being raised not to say excuse me or smile if you make eye contact or hold doors or say they are sorry if they almost run you over which is common.. you dont have to be friends with people but sometimes a smile or polite gesture can make a difference to people. Noone knows what others are going thru.

Went there to print out some pictures, but I was a little to late. They stop doing photos at 8pm. So I got some snacks instead. And had good service at the self check out.

West Tennessee location never has Disabled parking spaces open! Always cars parked in the Disable spaces are without a placard or Disabled license.Recently when I was there, a male in his 20s parked there & didnt care it was designated! He clearly was not in any way Disabled! Violators Should Be Ticketed & Towed.Clearly, this doesnt happen even though it has a warning sign on the pole in front of the spaces!THIS DESPERATELY NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!
