Supposed to be local privately owned cafe, however nothing special compared to corporate chain stores. Food was several days old, further dried in a microwave and served on a paper plate with a plastic fork. Additude I felt was, why are you in my store, just pay me and leave. Coffee was average. Sad

Absolutely amazing customer service and fantastic selection. I wear bigger sizes and I was very happy they could accommodate me. Not only that, the owner actually came to the store to help me find what I needed. That was really awesome! Then, she stayed with me after close to help make sure I got everything I needed, and it all fit just right. I highly recommend this shop! The selection is huge! Both high end and economy items.

Good variety of brand name riding clothes for adults and kids. Good prices on seasonal closeouts. One of the best local places for clothes, tack and grooming/stable equipment. Helpful staff that is willing to help, even if you dont know much about horses or riding.

Wonderful shop very well stocked and if you need something they will order. My daughter loves going to the shop she gets special attention pampered and old fashioned service. I enjoy the Pony Expresso good coffee and Cake Shop snacks, makes me want to stay awhile.

I visited Pony Express during the holidays to try their coffee bar. I was pleasantly surprised to find Lucky Goat coffee and Cake Shop pastries!! The barista expertly prepared our drinks and was quick and courteous. This will be my Eastside coffee house from now on!! They even have a drive-thru!!! I am not an equestrian, but they also have a wide variety of things for sale that even I could use for gifts. So glad I stopped!!!

Amazing shop, amazing people - this is what Tallahassee community looks like, even if you are not in the horsey set. The way I was told they interact with clients and do business is exactly what was demonstrated in the hour or so I spent talking to owner Sharon. I was treated to a delicious espresso at their quaint coffee bar, The Pony Expresso, and as a vendor even got a peek at the back room and some of the operating software. Their back story is incredible, as is the way they do business - fair, generous, with high integrity. Do yourself a favor and stop by for coffee (you wont stop with one), and take note of their interesting alternate gifts for horse folks and non horse folks, adults and kids. They even have a lending library for the kiddos and a play space! Well done PERS.

The coffee at Pony Expresso is unlike any other coffee shop in town. It is devine! It has subtle aromatic coffees, yet they provoke an explosion of the taste buds. It is not overwhelmingly bitter tasting, too strong, or too sweet, unlike most coffee shops. The staff are very nice and personable. Their coffee is a perfect blend and reasonably priced. I highly recommend. My personal favorite is the Vanilla Frappuccino.It also has an amazing tack shop conveniently attached. The tack shop staff are extremely knowledgeable, and willing to assist you with any item you need. It has great pricing on all the items. All the items are very well organized and easy to find.
