We made it there in the nick of time! Just passing through on our way from South Alabama to Orlando and plugged @Starbucks into the GPS. We arrived just 15 minutes before closing time! The guys were super friendly and did a great job preparing our drinks. So many times employees are eager to close up shop and get home (understandably). However, everything was yummy and refreshing. Thank you for making the rest of our trip even better!

Stopped by this Starbucks during a trip for an afternoon pick-me-up and so glad we did. For starters, the fact that this location has pictures of all the visiting dogs is amazing! I asked for my usual Caramel Frappuccino, but they were out of caramel drizzle, instead they offered an alternative caramel which I ended up really liking. Will definitely stop by this location again when in the area.

There were 12 people waiting for their drinks @ 8am this morning, and Eva (I believe was her name) and the rest of the staff took care of the rush with professionalism and pleasant attitudes. This is my favorite Starbucks that I’ve ever been to, I will literally drive out of my way to go to this one if I want a coffee. The employees are actual rays of sunshine. They are consistently so kind, and patient, every single visit. There are a couple of employees (the ladies who are at the drive thru) who makes a point to make very genuine conversation and chat about how my day is going while my drink it being made. I literally can’t say enough good things about this team, they’re the best out there.

The staff is always nice and very helpful even when its very busy and hectic. I go to this location regularly not only because its close to where I work, but because the staff is always awesome! Thanks everyone that works there!

Baristas are always very friendly. My drink tastes great. Im guessing this store is under staffed. My hope would be customers would see owners in store cleaning etc. Since customers cant sit inside, there is no excuse for restrooms etc to be dirty.

I dare Starbucks to make the same drink twice. I get there are so many opportunities for error but with such necessity to hide your horrible coffee with syrups etc at a premium price you should really figure it out

Numerous times the store has been late opening. Once there were 3 cars in the drive through and it took 25 minutes to get my order.

I usually hate giving a bad review even if I didn’t have the best experience, but it’s starting to get ridiculous. I stop by this Starbucks almost every day before work and 75% of the time they are out of plain bagels and caramel drizzle. I order a plain bagel and a caramel macchiato. How are you guys not ordering more of these. I know that I’m not the only one that orders this and also that other people order different things but do you know how many drinks you make caramel with? Someone else needs to take over your inventory and order placement.

Danielle left such an impression on us I wanted to make sure I shared our experience. We were traveling from Destin Florida to Pennsylvania for Christmas and stopped in at this store very early after leaving Destin around 3am. We placed a mobile order and walked in to pick up our items to realize we had mistakenly placed our order at a different location. Instead of telling us where the other location was and sending us on our way, Danielle asked to see what we ordered and made our coffees and food for us no questions asked. She did ask that we call the other location and let them know we weren’t coming which we did. But I have to say this act of kindness stayed with me and I hope she is recognized for going above and beyond for a loyal Starbucks customer. Thank you!

Great experience, nice atmosphere, and amazing barristas. My butterbeer was strangely good for it being warm, its the first time ordering things that arent on the menu.

They were absolutely lovely to me and my pup. My dog had just had his last shot at the vet and when they heard that they rewarded him with a pup cup and a baggie of milk bones. Needless to say, we all went away happier then when we arrived. Well done starbucks ladies!

Picked up coffee and egg white bites. My egg white bites were still frozen and had hair in them.

First they had the order wrong. Then I drove off with a black cup of coffee. I clearly asked for cream.

Worst place I have ever been . Two people were maki g drinks for the drive thru. Two others were standing back on the other end by were tou order talking . Another was adjusting a rug on the floor. I stood by the order counter, was never greeted. Finally some said can someone take her order. No one moved. Waited 2 mor minutes and walk out. A guy was coming in as I was leaving and I told him good luck getting waited on. So he left to. Wont be back.

We waited 30+ minutes for three beverages and one food item, and then one of our drinks was incorrect. Didnt even want to ask to get it fixed because we waited so long. Poor service.

The locations parking lot could be bigger so that it does not feel so congested. Most of the staff is friendly though I do take in account that they might be having a rough day so I usually just pray for them. The inside is not quite comfortable and the size is small and at times you can inadvertently turn into people. There is also an outdoor area which is nice to enjoy when the weather is nice. The service is quick and simple.

I love this store! I come here every morning and everyone is so nice and helpful! My reason for the four stars is although my drinks are yummy they have not been filling my Venti cup all the way up its like 3/4 full, sometimes less....whats up with that guys?! Lol Not complaining but just wanted to bring it to someones attention bc at $4.57 a drink per day it should be a full cup!!

This is a smaller location but it’s the best. Their lattes are always on point and the customer service is great. This is my favorite location out of all their locations in Tallahassee!

Starbucks, like other franchises, has a formula, and because of the variables that go into the formula, its hard to make mistakes.The mocha frappe, my go to, was consistent in taste and presentation to all mocha frappes Ive had from past visits to various Starbucks across the country.No gripes or complaints.The atmosphere was eclectic, evident to the music playing in the background, artwork on the wall, and customers.Chairs and tables, hard and uninviting, as usual. Sheesh.Customer service was ordinary.Speed of preparing the order seemed a little behind, considering there was only one person who ordered in front of me, and two other guest in the dining area. Waited about 8 minutes for the drink. A little slow to me.Maybe Im nitpicking, but after-all, look at the score I gave it.4 out of 5.Solid.

Wish they would bring back the blonde roast. I prefer a lighter coffee. But otherwise I love this place. I like the outdoor seating options and Ive never ran into an employee who was not 100% courteous and professional. Lines can be long though. Especially near the college campuses

I want to know what I can say for yall to get my order right. I purposely order with no mocha and 9 out of 10 times you still put mocha in the drink. I have no problem waiting the 20 minutes it usually takes yall to make one drink, but at least get it right.

Small location, very tight seating, walk way. Parking is also tight. Staff if nice friendly, helpful. Would suggest having outdoor seating HEATED to make use of very limited seating at this location and use of seating in patio area. This location also has close early hours at 9:30pm, I thought locations stayed open till 11pm?

Im on Keto. Sean made me a delicious latte with sugar free vanilla, heavy cream & a pat of butter. So creamy! It helped keep me awake for my 4 hour drive back to Alabama. Yum!

Service was okay, greeted when I walked in, smaller location and slightly messy. The Condiment area not prepped, stocked or cleaned at all and it was pretty early in the morning still. The seating area is decent but not many power receptacles within really accessible placement when seated. What worried me the most was the black mold/dust spots on the HVAC vents above me. When I looked up and seen that, I packed up my things and left.

Service was good as always, but I just dont understand why people like Starbucks so much. Their coffee tastes burnt to me. I guess I am just weird.

Normally they do alright at this location, but this morning they refused to do a Sumatra pour over, insisting they could only do the holiday dark blend pour over, which wasnt what I wanted. So I left for coffee elsewhere. From what I understand, this kind of treatment is pretty much against Starbucks policy and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Gave up on Starbucks after too many well leave room for your sugar and cream when I was paying them $5 to make me a cup... Spouse still drinks it so I still give them some business. This location is 0 for the last few times Ive attempted to use them. I ask for something and take it home only to have her taste it and its not what was ordered. Horrible location 👎🏽

Typical Starbucks but what sets this one apart is the staffs ability to help you find what you are looking for. Example: In Texas there is a Strawberry & Cream Frappuchino, but it was not on the menu in several States we passed through. The staff noticed that I was looking for something, and asked me . I told them what I wanted and was informed that they still make it nut its not on the menuA Thank You goes to the staff!!

I stop by this facility ALMOST every morning on North Monroe in Tallahassee. Although I have had crappy service every time, today was the worst! Once again I was stuck in a 15 to 20 minute line in the drive through that I realized quickly was at a standstill and avoided the situation. I went inside where I was poorly greeted got to the front, ordered my normal coffee and breakfast...and was told you couldnt break a hundred so I was left with only wasting my time! Arent you a worldwide corporation? And you cant break a hundred dollar bill? Until I went to this exact location ( 2264 N Monroe St #1, Tallahassee, Fl 32303) I loved Starbucks!

This Starbucks has friendly and courteous staff. However be aware of the tight parking lot shared with a Sprint store. It looks like there is parking in the back of the building. For me this would be a drive thru only Starbucks to avoid backing out in the tight parking lot. Also, right turns only for this Starbucks. There is a right turn into the parking lot off of Monroe and a right turn only to get back out again onto Monroe.

I had an amazing cold brew with salted foam today, if I had any complaints at all it would be that it took a while, even though I ordered a head, the girl that was making it seem slightly overwhelmed, but I may have just happened at a bad time,?

Love the availability of power outlets and the quality of the drinks however the music level is really loud... I almost forgot that this was supposed to be a coffee shop, and not a club. My request to reduce the volume was ignored so it might not be the best spot to get work/read/studying done.

My Specific drink is never right at this location! When I spend enough money that I can purchase a meal instead of coffee, I surely expect it to be right, every time! It’s hit & miss here. But our money is damn sure the same. I understand that they remake it if it isn’t right but who wants to go through that 20 times? Do not waste your time or money with this Starbucks! Save yourself the headache by going to the Starbucks on Fred George and North Monroe. Very frustrating because I literally purchase my drink every single day & through the years have done so from a hundred different Starbucks, but this one never fails to disappoint. 🧐🙄
