The pharmacy needs better customer service. I arrived here 10 mins before my COVID shot and I’m still waiting on the lobby for someone to see me. They allowed too many people to be scheduled at 1pm, then most of us had to wait until she was “ready” to start again after explaining we had prior engagements. On top of that the phones are ringing off the hook and no one is answering them. They need serious help in some form. Employees or new management

Good experience. However, I was disappointed that I wasnt able to receive the MMR Vaccine. I had to go to the CVS Pharmacy inside the Target on Apalachee Parkway.

The older African American woman with long grey hair will reach over your shoulder while you’re at self-checkout all so she can make adjustments to an empty shelf? I’m not sure what this woman was doing, but she doesn’t honor the store’s own guidelines for keeping a 6 foot distance from others in the store.

Every time I visit this CVS I’m always greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. The pharmacy staff has always been pleasant to me, even on days they are overwhelmed or short staffed. My prescriptions are on time and no one has ever shorted me on my meds. I’ve also had both COVID shots with zero complications. Sometimes calling the pharmacy is a long wait but I’ve always had a pleasant experience here.

I went to get tested and a woman told me that I couldn’t because I didn’t have a car despite me having gotten a test here without one before. She lied simply because she didnt want to do her job.

CAUTION!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM TO GIVE YOU THE COVID-19 VACCINE GO TO PUBLIX. AFTER BOOKING MY APPOINTMENT I COULDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THE STORE I HAD TO GO TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE 4 QUESTIONS THEY HAVE A 1.8 RATING ON GOOGLE IF YOU TRUST A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER WITH A 1.8 RATING GOOD LUCK

If I could give zero stars I would this Cvs is absolutely TRASH in every way. They dont answer the phone, the drive through is always broken, the pharmacy technicians are beyond rude, when you call your waiting longer that 20 minutes I hate this place!

I enjoyed my visit today at CVS on S. Monroe in Tallahassee, a large part of the reason was the cashier Wanda. She was extremely corteous and showed great patience with elderly customers which was really telling of her great spirit. In a time where it seems people just deal with each other. I have to say it was a breathe of fresh air to have someone take joy in helping. Ms Wanda is a great asset to CVS. I will contine to shop here and tell others about the experience!😁

Peterson is always nice and pleasant when I come in along with other staff. You always get a greeting and asked if you need help finding anything.

I get what I need, but every interaction with the pharmacy staff has been unpleasant. They arent friendly or nice. They hang up without asking you if you need anything. Their tone of voice is flat and sounds as if they are annoyed. It has happened at almost every interaction without warrant. I am nice to them and its disheartening to receive such poor service back.

Love coming here, the manager Carl is very nice and he is always willing to help, staff is always friendly, Wanda is always a sunshine to see when I come into the store and shop

Local CVS which is needed in my area...They are well stocked and they have a nice pharmacist on site.

Oops....had my mdse on the counter going in my purse for my key tag....no pardon but began helping a couple while I am still at counter....did not speak nor acknowledge me until I begin to leave with my mdse on counter. ??? Her name was Mitzi.

The pharmacy staff needs training in custoner service. They were out of my prescription. They told me it would be ready the next day. I called the following afternoon and was told the medicine received that day had not been unpacked. I had to press to get a time when I could pick up my meds. Ready by 3:00pm, I was told. Arrived at 4:00 pm and my husband was told the medicines were not unpacked and to come back at 5:00pm. When I picked up my meds at 5::15, I did not receive an apology, neither was I asked if I had any questions about the meds.Ive used CVS for over 30 years and this is the only lacation where Ive received such lousy service. Im not there because I have a craving for ice cream. Im there to pick up meds because Im ill!!! To have to wait an entire day to receive my medication means it will take me another day to get better...unacceptable! Not only am I posting a review, Im writing CVS Corporate Office and file a complaint.

This has to be the worst pharmacy on the South side of Tallahassee. The techs are rude, short tempered and the Pharmacist was not helpful. I will be moving all my med from that location tomorrow. It should not matter what insurance a person has, everyone should be treated with respect. I went in 4/9/2018 at about 5:30.

This is the worst THE worst pharmacy I have ever been to . I dropped off my childs prescriptions the night before and they said it would be ready by 11:45 a.m. the following day . I went through to pick up at 3p.m. They had nuetger one ready and they lost the prescriptions.Someone is not doing their job or doesnt know how to do it !!!

I think that the woman behind the pharmacy counter was dipping into the oxycontin because she was slow, glassy-eyed, trailing off, and had no idea what she was doing.
