Mgm did a fabulous job for me. I had all of my kitchen cabinets and counter tops destroyed by a contractor. MGM came out assessed the situation. Immediately measured and estimated the job. Installed on time flawlessly. Ron Munck was wonderful to work with. Jorge measured accurately. Eldridge and Ryan did a wonderfully painless install. Def work with them again.

I worked with Christian at MGM countertops and I could not be happier. I only had a small idea of what I wanted and he helped me decide on the perfect stone. It was installed in a timely manner and is gorgeous. I have to say he was quite patient with me with all the questions I had. I would highly recommend MGM countertops and Christian for your needs.

So we went through Hurricane Michael last October and our home is still under repairs, it has been very frustrating to say the least with things not going according to schedule. I prayed that when the countertop guy came and measured and he told me when the install date would be that this would be the one thing that went right and MGM Countertops DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! They called to confirm the day or two ahead and even made sure what I chose was correct, Ryan and Eldridge showed up and was kind and answered all of my questions and I cannot say enough how much I am in love with our new countertops😍 I will defiantly recommend them in the future!

Instead of upcharging, adding-on, and making the case to buy more slabs of quartz than necessary (all of which other places I visited seemed to do), Christian at MGM walked us through a few design options and helped us make the most of one piece of high-quality quartz for our large kitchen project. Within a week, our pieces had been installed - and they are absolutely gorgeous. Since installation, Ive been incredibly happy with the end result!

From the first call, through the final installation, this company has been great! Christian, in sales, basically held our hand through the entire process. We were in a hurry and he made sure to keep to our schedule. We had one minor issue with a backsplash measurement and within less than 24 hours, it was corrected. The installation guys cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and efficient. We HIGHLY recommend them for any countertop needs you may have.

I installed a new granite bathroom countertop about a month ago. I met Christian at the warehouse. he helped me pick what I needed. because if you want granite, you have to go and look at the slabs. This was easy. I ordered it, they came out and measured the next day and 2 days later, it was installed perfectly. What a wonderful and easy experience.

Wonderful all the way around!! Christian is the BEST! Having to resource everything myself, b/c I don’t like contractors, I went to several stone and tile countertop stores in a few different cities. I walked into MGM and was immediately greeted by, Christian. I was so overwhelmed at all of the choices, he asked what I thought I was looking for. I have no idea how he knew what I wanted from the description I gave but, he pulled up a picture on his computer, and there it was. No other store that I had visited gave me that much attention and LISTENED to what I WANTED. Never did he try to sell a slab that they were trying to get rid of, or push the most expensive thing on me. The template meeting went smoothly and the installation was breeze. Everyone I dealt with at MGM were great. I am not easy to please, so you can take my word, Christian and the MGM group are awesome!

We used MGM to replace countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and had a great experience working with Christian. He was very attentive and prompt with any concerns or questions, as well as scheduling for measuring and installations. Jorge who measured the templates for tops, and the installers were great!

We worked with Christian, and he and his team did a great job throughout the whole process. We had family coming into town and they were able to get our countertops ordered, cut and delivered much faster than I ever thought possible, and because of that, we had our kitchen finished before the holiday season!

Our granite countertops are amazing. Everything went perfectly and as promised. No delays at any step. We HIGHLY recommend Breanne at MGM!We had all the information we needed to prep for the install including sink selection, supports for the bar piece, and when to have the plumber come to install the sink.MGM also has the actual granite pieces that will be used for your project which was a huge reason we went with them. Breanne had knowledge of the granite which she shared to help us make the perfect selection.Our installers were extremely professional, thorough, and proud of the work they did for us. We had just completed new wood floors and they treated them as if they were their own with no problems while moving in hundreds of pounds of granite.The whole process from selection to install was 2 weeks!!

An absolutely superb experience. From the moment we chose which granite we wanted for our kitchen remodel all the way through to the measuring, the removal of the old counter-tops and the installation of the new granite, everything was handled professionally. One of the installers even showed up well after 7 pm to come and do some touch up work. My wife and I could not be more pleased. Extremely honest pricing as well. Keep up the good work MGM Countertops! Well be back when we remodel the bathrooms.

At the beginning of last month, we decided to sell our home in Killearn, so we were under major time constraints to update the kitchen. We visited multiple granite/marble stores in Tallahassee including MGM. Although MGM was not the least expensive, we opted to go with MGM because Christian was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. We were treated like clients... not just a number. He called before and after our install to ensure that we were pleased with our countertops. I would make future purchases with MGM.

Christian was so helpful. He worked to get us the best deal possible and to get our countertops installed by our deadline, so we could sell our house. He stayed in constant communication and ensured we got everything we needed. The countertops are beautiful and make such a difference.

Christian and the team at MGM were great to work with. Their price was better than their competition, and they were able to get the countertops installed so fast. From walking in the door until installed countertops was less than two weeks. They were so accommodating about installation, and made the whole process very easy. We had a great experience.

Tried to buy granite countertops, didnt go well. Ended up taking them to court, judge ruled in my favor. Judge stated This is no way to run a company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Their customer service and quality is TERRIBLE! I purchased a $2,000 countertop for my master bathroom, only to have them no show for measuring the template which had to be rescheduled, then on the installation date I called to confirm and they tell me that I was not on the schedule! We reschedule for the next day, but then they show up on the afternoon of the original install date and were annoyed no one was waiting for them!! Then, the original install was done poorly and left a BIG gap next to the wall because they refused to cut around the molding on the wall. I had to call and schedule ANOTHER meeting for them to see that what they did would NOT work and the template was completely wrong. They had to remove that countertop and cut an entirely new one, but that took two more meetings at my house. Finally, the backsplash installation had to be delayed for my top cabinets to go in. They schedule the installation and no one shows up. 90 minutes after the appointment I call the company and I am told that they have another job and still wont be at my home for AN HOUR. When I expressed to the owner on the phone that this was not good customer service, he starts yelling at me! Honestly, this company is a joke and is probably the poorest run organization I have ever seen, but with all the mistakes you would AT LEAST expect some tone of apology or understanding, not a rude attitude and yelling. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
