5 stars for the historic significance of this building...former Tallahassee Sports Stadium. Hosted many great wrestling events back in the 70s.

Forget about communication on their part or getting timely quotes. The medium sized job I was going to get them to do would have turned into a much bigger one in just a couple of months. If they had returned my calls, they would have found out that Im a contractor who does a lot of these. oh well.

MultiStone did a fantastic job of fabricating and installing a vanity top in our bathroom. Cheryl was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. We will definitely be working with them on our next project.

About 2 years ago, January 2019)they did our bathroom counter and sink ( an undermount). The installation went well and we were very happy with the look of the counter and sink. I had previously used a company they bought out for another bathroom that had an undermount sink. This December 2020 the sink fell into the cabinet underneath. I called and spoke to Dirk(?Its been a few months now, not sure of name) who was the person who scheduled repair appointments. His first reply was that it was not under warranty because ( I am not sure these are correct numbers he quoted me) .2 percent of sinks fall in first year but 3 percent fall 2nd year which is why warranty only one year. Then he said I would get faster service if I used someone who used to work for them and gave me a name and number. Called this person and left a message and never got a call back This was just before Christmas (I was not expecting immediate repair) so waited until after Christmas and tried the other person again. Still no reply. Called back Multistone couple other times ( the women I spoke to who answered phone were pleasant and helpful) but never got response from the repair scheduler they were supposedly passing my messages to/following up with. I called the person I use as a handy man and he fixed it. I had noticed, when checked after the sink fell, that the sink in the previous remodel had pieces of wood inside cabinet that helped support the sink. This newer one did not. Also when my handyman was working on the repair and had to clean off the adhesives to apply more, be noted that where glue should have been was the silicon caulk/adhesive and the glue was on outside edge where silicon should have been. He also added additional support. I then called to speak to the manager to let him know about the poor installation. He was at lunch so I left message to call me back. When person answering heard my name she said she was getting ready to call me to schedule an appointment. I told her I had already had someone else fix it. When she asked if I still wanted manager to call me back I said yes. And never got a call back. So if you want a counter that looks good ( and I had a very helpful sales person when bought this) we were very happy with counter which is still fine. As a previous review noted, sink was not put in well, so I would not have them do that part. Also, dont expect much service after initial work completed.

We purchased granite from Lowe’s but we were told that the countertop people would disconnect our plumbing (which was not the case). This canceled our install date. Rescheduling a date was a little more complicated than I expected, but we finally managed to get the countertops and plumber arranged for the same day/timeframe. Raul and Jose were quick, professional and clean on our three bathroom counters. My only complaint was that the backsplash was cut too wide so the job still isn’t fully complete. However, the granite that is installed looks great!!

Paid $1634 for counter tops back before this carona virus bs hit mind you no construction was stopped due to it being labeled as essential and still nothing had been cut and they had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong on them not calling or emailing to let me know about my paid for product.... completely ridiculous! I would suggest going with a different company this company SUCKS!

Great sales & admin staff! Product was fabricated and installed per instructions. The install crew was professional. My only criticism is the method used for securing the sink was rudimentary at best.

Great quality and very nice in person. However, I was extremely disappointed in their communication and timeliness. From time of picking out material it took 2 days to receive a quote then once deposit was paid it took 17 days for the product to arrive. I followed up numerous times (phone and email) to ask when it would be arriving and if I could go ahead and schedule the install. I was told I have to wait until product arrives which they could not give a date. I dont believe it was ordered timely then to have to wait an additional 2 weeks after product to schedule the install. I received no communication except when I reached out to them.

Horrible service! They were supposed to come twice and never called to say they were not coming they just simply didn’t show up. They have been working on my kitchen since June 15th & it is still not finished. They have broke the cabinet under my sink & broke my sink. Much more I could say. Do not spend your money here & forget getting Dirk or anybody to call you or communicate with you. Horrible service and completely regret doing any business with them!

If you have a time sensitive project I would look elsewhere, they will not keep the appointments they make.

Beautiful countertop, and terrific service from the person answering the phones, to the sales person, to the installation. Highly recommend!
