The place we go to really stock up. Just two of us at home. Better for larger families since they sell large quantities of goods. Very nice store.

This place is great. Lots of great quality items. Bulk quantity and prices on many items. Great for food shopping, but have all kinds of items.

My third time in the store, I was very pleased to find the things I went for. It is a very crowded place. Each times I have been there it has been very busy. It is a very large facility. The prices are good. I love the bakery and their meats and cheeses. You can find all your needs there.

Always love Costco. Love the food, the clothes and all of their stuff.I buy a 6 pound of hamburger then cook it all up when I get home, drain it and freeze it in smaller bags. Then hamburger is ready to add to tacos or spaghetti.I also love their prepared meals like chicken street tacos. Quick and easy meal for the whole family for $15.

The location was nice but I dont get the appeal. Prices (even in bulk) were 5 to 15% higher than Publix. There is no order to the store so people wander aimlessly with massive carts like zombies. Save your time and money and shop anywhere else. Also, there is no tea.

Just like every other costco in america. Though the prices here are a little more expensive by like a few dollars or cents. Though it is very clean and the lines are not extremely long like all the other costcos. There are not many people here shopping like other costcos as well.

Please make sure to check you meats !!! Got a large pack of ribs said to “Sale by” 10/29/21 with a store sticker we opened on 10/31 ( only 2 days after sale by / expired or use by so it should have been good) it smelt so rotten it Burt my nose and stunk up the hole house in a matter of minutes

This is a great Costco! The employees all are very helpful and really seem to enjoy working at Costco and helping the customers.If youre in the market for a TV look for Zach over in the TV department. Hes super helpful, knowledgeable, and really pleasant to work with. He showed me several options to choose from and I was able to make an educated decision on a great TV. Got the LG OLED and love it!If the customers are happy, the store has good management. This is s good one!

Miss some of the old selections and variety of what Costco used to carry/offer to their members. Like cheese blocks of mild, medium and sharp. Double pack Smuckers jelly, 1 gallon refill of mustard, big container of dark covered chocolate allmonds.

Cancelled my membership here because manager tried telling my wife to mask my 6-year-old son when coming in. When my wife informed him/her that wasnt a CDC recommendation (at the time), the manager tried correcting her and said that it was. The store manager had to come out and apologize to my wife, as it was NOT a CDC recommendation, but rather just their store policy since children under 12 cant be vaccinated because it usually kills them. Wife and I were so incredibly fed up with maskholes harassing us about putting on face diapers before giving them our money, that we cancelled our membership and went to Sams Club. Its the same price for membership, same price for gas, we can get all the same stuff that Costco has but a better selection, and they dont harass us about masks. If you dont care about wearing a mask, great place. If youd rather be an adult and take responsibility for your own health and that of your childrens as well, Sams Club is the place.

Get here early! Go around back and circle building in the daytime. Dont be in a hurry. Been waiting 45 minutes for straight pull off water. Will come again, if early delivery.

I just love to shop in Costco, they have the best brands of dry and frozen food and other commodities there are in the market, compared to other wholesale stores.I wish theres one here in Okaloosa county or Pensacola. I have to drive almost 2 hrs to Mobile, Alabama and 2 hrs 30 min to Talahasse FL just to shop at Costco wholesale store!Thank you Costco, i have all the snack varities that i like and love!!

As a paying member I do not feel that you have the right to tell me to put a mask on my face. I live in the state of Florida where there is not a mass mandate I myself do not feel comfortable wearing a mask and will not be forced to wear one. walked out went right down the corner to Sams club walked in with no mask signed my papers got my membership shopped the entire time with no mask no issues great company Costco you have officially lost a customer wake up people we live in the United States of America theyre stripping your rights it starts with a mask

This Costco is great, many veg friendly products and the staff are always helpful! I actually switched from sams club this year *because* Costco was requiring masks. Im still loving it today but would prefer to go back to mandatory masks to protect the employees and customers better. Many thanks to the staff for the continued front line work, you make a huge difference to all the members :)

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Bradley and Karlo in the Tire division. I came in an hour before closing and said I was dropping off my car overnight and would pick up the next day. Bradley said he would start working on it shortly. I was like what!?!! Bradley and Karlo had my car in and out in 40 minutes!! I had a small nail in one tire and I needed a well over due rotation. A great club store. Many items and great prices

I called the Costco by my house to see if my small poodle could go to the store, and the man that answered the call said it was fine as long as if she was in a bag. She’s an emotional support animal, so I called to see if she could go because some places don’t allow that. As soon as I was close to entering the front of the store, the lady in the front dryly said how the dog couldn’t enter if she wasn’t a service animal. I was quite annoyed simply because this is the closest Costco to my house, and it is a forty minute car ride entirely. Clearly the policies of the store are enforced by some and not other employees. I believe all the employees should be in sync, so I didn’t have to waste my time when I went.

A bulk store ideal for large families and small businesses. Even smaller families and individuals can get the occasional good deal on an individal item or two. The service is pleantiful and friendly. Overall, well worth the (somewhat expensive) price of membership.

Their courtesy and their treatment is outstanding and extremely helpful when you need their help

Ive been a member of Costco for many years. I tried to make a purchase today and the front of house manager (Im assuming) told me the way I was trying to make my purchase would not work. This is totally understandable however I dont know if they were having a bad day or not but they just werent polite or nice. The staff I usually deal with is incredibly friendly and helpful and this interaction has made me consider whether I want to keep doing business with Costco.

Great place to shop for the whole family. Gets crowded over the weekend. Plenty parking. Better than competition options. They got a huge tire center and they have the lowest prices in town with great service. We buy all our tires from them! Their hours are great weekday shopping also. They only day close early is Sunday. Gas is the cheapest in town. Well worth waiting in the line for gas. They even give you wipes for your cart at the entrance. Overall great place to shop for a family and individuals and businesses.

Didnt have many of the items for which I was looking . The man at the self serve check out was awesome. I had new tires put on and they were done in a timely manner . I love the new food kiosks .

This is the barest costco I have been too. Drove 100miles each way to spend my rewards checks. Was nicer 4 yrs ago when I lived nearby. Should have gone to Jacksonville.

This Costco location is in a nice shopping area with Bass Pro shops. It’s parking is plentiful and easy too navigate. The store is extremely clean and staff is very helpful. I appreciate them enforcing the mask mandate during COVID19.

I love Costco and my recent visit to the hearing center was very nice.I do find I will not buy eggs there because the cartons are banded together and about 8 eggs were cracked or broken in the pack that I bought.I really appreciate all the precautions they are taking since covid began. THE BEST.

Costco‘s “MASK PATROL” approached me, in my personal space, and told me that I could not talk on the phone, in an isolated area, without my mask on my mouth. They are using their security cameras to spot mask violators. The store associate told me that I could go to Sam’s and shop if they had a better policy. I Dropped my membership and went to Sam’s. Way too much control for this 80-year-old man.

Seems to be the place to be always full but quick. If you want a good laugh you can either watch them kick all the wine babies out for not wearing masks or just come in here and you get to read the tears of grown adult babies complaining about masks. Its hilarious how many grown adults act like children when there are rules in place.

The lady at customer service was super pushy about upgrading my membership. The guy who scanned my items threw them like he was a baggage handler at the airport. I couldnt find the beer which was devastating. Other than that it was good! Many keto items here.

Great service in this store. But on one of my visits in June 2021, I think it was the 24th. A customer was exiting the store with two large flat screen televisions. He told the clerk upon exit he was returning the TVs and had forgotten his receipts in his car.The clerk said ok(ok?) and let the guy exit. I was suspicious of the activity because as I peaked out the exit the guy was walking towards Bass pro and kept walking.Clearly this was a theft and the exit clerk should have told the gentleman to get receipts and leave TVs there. But managers came and handled it.

Store is clean, well organized, and the staff is helpful and polite. The fruit selection is great unfortunately allot of it is either over ripe or not yet ripe. The meat selection is good, however I was not impressed with the prices.

Super crowded on Saturdays. Besides that, great selection amd lots of whole30 friendly options.

I love Costco! And the Kirkland brand diapers that I get from here are the best yet! :)

Prices have significantly increased without any reason. Member pricing no longer a deal. Costco has turned into more of an upscale shopping model than quality food at a reasonable price. Not sure the privilege of shopping here is worth the cost.

Customer service here is trash. Shop online or better yet at Sam’s.

I love buying in bulk but sometimes they won’t have the same items in stock. Some of the produce is not so great and hasn’t been as great since the pandemic.

It’s hard to not like this place. Great prices and amazing service. They always have something you didn’t know you needed. The food court food is amazing and crazily low priced.

Id give it a five stars if they would add a 3rd pump to the gas lanes and the gas pumped a little faster. 3 pumps makes a world of difference at Costco.

The Costco in Tallahassee, Fl is a great looking store. Very clean, organized, and well stocked. The employees, however, were a different story. My wife and I have been members of Sam’s Club for years, and we finally decided to become Costco Members. When we went to customer service to sign up to become members, we got a young lady who was extremely persistent on getting us to sign up for the executive plan. We have never had a Costco Membership, so for that reason we wanted to get the regular plan to test it out. After telling the employee 5 times that we wanted the regular membership, she kept pushing the executive plan. We spent a total of 15 minutes of what felt like arguing to sign up for the basic plan. By that time, my 2 year old son was getting fussy and so was my wife who was trying to sign up. I had to step in and, politely but firmly, tell the representative to stop pushing the executive plan and just sign us up for the basic plan. After she agreed to sign us up, she paid no attention to us, because we didn’t sign up for the executive plan. So I guess we’re only valued guests/customers if we sign up for the executive? Overall, not satisfied with this Costco experience so far. We didn’t even shop there after signing up. We ended up going to Sam’s to shop. Highly unlikely we will renew our membership.

Ive had both Sams club and now Costco. The Mrs. And I enjoy Costco more.

It is easy to return stuff, but Costco has the dry and can dog food that my four dogs eat. They also carry the cat litter that my cat uses.

I purchased your chicken street tacos and I have to say was completely dissatisfied with my purchase. The chicken didn’t have much chicken breast. It was mostly little bits of fatty pieces and (gristle) from the chicken. By the time I picked out the out the real chicken chicken from the fatty pieces and (gristle) which is cartilage found in tough inedible tissue in meat.: there wasn’t much chicken left. It was $14.00 worth of junk. I would say shame on you for cheating your customers. That’s just not right.

This was my first time here but I was expecting more but overall its okay.

Great selection and good value. They do not enforce their mask policy so thats a downside. One cashier pulled her mask off to yell something across the lanes to someone else 2 feet from my face which wasnt awesome. Checkout is very efficient.

Costcos is a great Warehouse to shop at we do have a Sams club comparing the both I think Costcos got Sam speed hands down the warehouse is kept up well stocked and clean very friendly and helpful people that work there and prices are great the only negative is I wish they support veterans which they do not otherwise they would have had five stars if they did so we definitely recommend this place

One big warehouse... neat and clean. The cheesecake is massive and totally worth the money! The Kiosk at the food court make it super easy to get the super yummy Costco pizza!!! Really wish they would bring back the chili though.

They have so much stuff, especially for a growing family with two teens, who do nothing but eat. There is so much other stuff there too. Staff is amazing and they wanted to help scan the rest of my groceries, I kindly declined and said thank you.

Absolute disappointment. We pay for a membership to get yelled at repeatedly about wearing a mask. Massive place. Spaced from everyone and over and over again asked to wear a mask or be removed from the store. Whatever that means. Pathetic business practice. Will not be renewing membership. Sams Club is far more relaxed. Get woke Go broke.

We just moved to town and needed supplies. Found lounge chairs, great television stand, Lazy-Boy office chair and the usual suspects for food. Im happy to find the items I would purchase in Michigan, here in Florida!This Costco had no wait time and the cashier was lovely! Great way to start off a new move to a City Ive never been before.

Went during Sr hours and no lines. Love Costco. Also got their vodka (red bottle bottom) which is the best deal ever. That section doesnt open til 10.

Even social distancing they will catch you instantly and tell you to put on your mask. Very rude, not polite. No down time to take a break. Produce has gone down hill. Not impressed with this location at all. Feel uncomfortable everytime I shop and check out (being watched and judged) they do have self check out finally! Only upgrade I am happy with...

I dont know where to start. The rude door attendant who said we couldnt use one card for 3 ppls entrance when only one person was shopping but we all live together. The prices were so high i didnt even get a quarter of what id normally get from sams. Then to add insult to injury this were out of stock but still placed as avalible on the app and the floor. We went to check out and a young woman named Monica who does attendance for self check out took it upon herelf to be rate these ppl kids about sharing one costco card. First of all... WE ALL LIVE IN ONE HOUSE. Why then would we all have seperate cards on one trip? I do not feel, as a customer, comfortable shopping in a climate where multiple associates are rude and disrespectful at different points. Especially. When I pay you, you all dont pay me dor a membership. Ive called to speak to a manager at this specific location off of Buck Lake to no avail. So we will be canceling this membership and just sticking to Sams and BJs. Where shopping may not always be a breeze but atleast its fair ;The staff shows some compassion and understanding; And above all else im treated as a customer and not an annoyance.

Cheap gas, which is great. But, having staff (as a group) upselling their membership cards is not great. If I wanted an executive business membership, Id ask for one.
