Register didnt work and meds were dusty and outdated. I couldnt even get my coupon because the register tape was faulty. When I asked for a reprint he looked at me blankly and yelled, NEXT.

Prices are good. Amazed at how many items they have. Similar to Walgreens or small grocery store.

This place is soooooooooo good. I was visiting from Tallahassee and stopped by. The food was excellent. It also had that old fashion burger joint appeal. I loved it. Will be back soon.

Disappointed with male staff stocking shelves. He only pulled his mask up when he saw us enter the store. Some isles were in disarray. This store is usually well organized. The cashier checking us out was very pleasant and professional.

Sorta clean store. Spent close to thirty minutes waiting to be checked out. I had four items in my cart. Was better than other DGs. Things still werent stocked. Shocker. Seems to be a regular thing with this company.

Dollar General carries a brand of popcorn and other snack items that is very good. Called Good & Smart. I go there for the popcorn regularly. But, unfortunately, half the time they are out. If they would keep it stocked, Id have given them 4 or 5 stars.

Decor and layout is new! Love it. More time was put into making the store look better. As a shopper, I appreciate this. Thanks!

First time in over a year this store was clean and orderly...otherwise...most time in chaotic state.

Total disorganized mess with few staff who dont even acknowledge your presence, however...if you need something quick without going to a big box store, try here first.

A nicer general dollar. Has what you need if you are in a rush but you can get better deals at different stores or online if you have Amazon prime. They also dont have any public wifi.

Quick trip to this particular location on Park and Capital circle. Store was better organized than my previous visits, stocked well and plenty signs to expedite my shopping. Cashier was very courteous and appreciated my business. Thank you

This was my first time in this store. My first impression was kind of like a warehouse the shelves are tall and full. Whatever you looking for you can easily find it but youre also be distracted by other interesting things nice variety of items. There were plenty of people around to help but nana have joined did you go I think Ill come back even more because I can check the prices myself I like that idea.

I love all the Dollar Generals of Tallahassee. What I have learned is that when I cant get my normals at the store on my side of town, the others have it. Awesome sauce.

They have great deals here. I do like the $1 section. I do think they need some help.

Nice big size store. This DG has allot of products that you can choose from. The customer service was a bit slowly moving but very nice and respectful. I came house cleaning products and easily found them.

Sorry customer service. I asked the guy about a product and he acted liked it was the worst thing in the world to answer me. Then my bf asked him about a different product and got the same reaction. The guy at the register was nicer.

This store has a ride manager. I got overcharged for an item. The young man saw it & got manager to help since he didnt know how to do refund. Manager gave me his bad mood. Said I was wrong. I showed receipt. He refused to look @ it. I shopped there several time a week. Ive never had a problem before.Corporate apologized & said he would be talked to Since then, hes followed me around & made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I now spend extra gas to shop @ another store. This store was just around the corner.

Used to be able to get stuff at discounted rates/prices. Now days they just as expencive as regular stores

Certain employees are not pleasant here. Store was a mess..could barely squeeze through areas due to carts and boxes. One employee got in my way multiple times trying to stock when I was there first looking at items. My cashier also decided she wanted to take it upon herself to not scan, nor find out the price for an item I was purchasing, because it wasn’t ringing up for her multiple times. So she stopped trying and it never made it in my bag nor on my receipt. I didn’t even bother dealing with it. I’m very surprised this store hasn’t closed down!

Second time Ive been in this store. I noticed they carry a better selection of items than the DGs on the south side of town. They did have a rack or two with boxes that needed to be unpacked and stocked, but this store was neat unlike the DGs on the south side of Tally that always has much stock to unpack in many of the isles making it hard to maneuver through the stores.The young man who rang up our items was very nice. I told my husband we need to start going to this DG!

Get ready to wait! Great location great employees. Cant imagine how well a business like this would thrive if their cooperate tried harder to staff the store. Typical big chain cutting hours to keep stock holders happy... leaving customers in 15 minute checkout lines. When the +$100,000year bigwigs refuse to get paid less the minimum wage employees suffer... and customers like me dont have enough hours in the day to shop here. Where you at Undercover Boss?

No one would help me find things . I wont return to this store. A employee told to ask someone up front and I walk with a cane. The woodville store is excellent with help and friendly. They ought to train these employees there.

This was my worst experience at a dollar general store. There were nine(9) people in the checkout line and one cashier. I walked the entire store to find help, even checked and yelled for someone in the backroom to mo avail!!!Horrible customer service. Two customers has overflowing buggies. Myself had six (6) items and as number 7 in line. Just Terrible!!!!

The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciate the fact that the building was tidy and well stocked.

The store is fine but the manager, Navarius, if thats his real name (terrible attitude, horrible customer service skills, not very friendly, skinny, African-American, wears glasses) is a horrible ambassador for the store, unless thats what they stand for. He yelled at and cussed out my wife and kids (toddlers) for pulling toys off of the shelf (which my wife was in the process of cleaning up) while I was outside. When I came inside to ask about it, he literally threatened me and pulled out a box cutter on me...then proceeded to call the police. Even if they sold the last of whatever it is I needed, I definitely would never set foot inside of this location again. Horrible manager and overall bad experience.

Still my favorite discount store. Great selection and prices. I found an air fryer here that I had been looking all over town for, but everyone was out of them.

The isle in the store are blocked with merchandise not on shelves. They have one check out open and the customer in front of me was still shopping while tying up that one register. She went back looking for items 3 times. Then she didnt like her total. At that point I pushed my cart aside and walked out.

I love this dollar general. So easy to find everything and the prices are great, especially with the DG coupons.

Dollar General is a good place for paper products, but Im loathed to buy food there, unless its a packaged name brand. Its just not my favorite off-price store.

The manager at this store capital circle and park avenue always act like he to busy to show you or even give his undivided attention when asking for information. Sometimes see you heading toward him and he walks off.

My husband went in not I but we still like our dollar general stores.
