We were in the market for new garage doors. Received 3 quotes. Custom Doors were very reasonable. Mr. George came out and discussed our options. He was very knowledgeable, professional and informative. The installation went smooth. His staff are experts in their craft. Very pleased with service and our new doors...

Too many issues with this company. Two guys came out, noticed the owner bought the wrong size garage spring, said they would be back in 2 hours, never heard or saw them again. I texted one of them 3 days later and never got a text back. I called the day after that. The owner answered then hung the phone up....I called again, this time he just sounded angry. I explained what happened...he said he failed to return my call or reschedule the appointment. I explained I lost 2 days of work waiting on them...he just said, What do you want me to do about it?.....how about come fix the spring?The guy that did come back to fix the spring was very helpful and nice. The owner, however, should probably rethink about his manners to the clients that give him business.

Excellent, all you could ask for by way of customer service and satisfaction from our experience. Prompt attention, by both George and his staff, good follow up and replaced our 12 year old door with upgraded insulated door. Highly recommend, couldnt ask for much more !

I called these people after another company took over two months and still hadnt put in a door. Called on a Monday and they put the door in that Friday. Actually would have been sooner, but I needed the other company to pick up the garage door they didnt install. They put in the door quickly and professionally, especially since I had a problem opening because of the other door I had in there that broke. It looks good and functions perfectly. The price was fair.
