Although it was kind of hard to get a hold of anybody over the phone I was helped wonderfully when I showed up in person. For security purposes I have my ring sent to the store and it got there in a timely manner and boy was it beautiful. My wife loved it and the experience itself was amazing.

This place is like the Wal Mart of jewelry stores except the prices arent very low. They have a decent selection but its generic and stuff you see everywhere. Gem Collection is better imo.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive always wanted a mothers ring. Well my daughter purchased me one from Kays. I received it let me just say this. It came with a tag made in China 10 kt no where on it. Looks cheap. Mind you she paid 350. 00 for a fake ring in my opinion unless Kays can prove me wrong. I will discourage anyone from shopping there

At first, when we were purchasing our jewelry the experience was acceptable. However after having to have our rings adjusted in size, the customer service was deplorable and nearly non existent. We were treated in manner that made it seem as if we were a burden and an inconvenience. We do not recommend that anyone gives their business to this location, because customers do not seem to be a priority.

They are great when spending money. Forget it when you are getting something sized or soldered together. They say it will take 3 weeks. You call and get a rush on it and they say it will be done by a certain time. You call and check they said they have no idea what you are talking about and ignore you. Absolutely terrible when you have spent Thousands and thousands of dollars.

Worst experience....I puchaced an item online that is available in store. Employees lied that I could have product picked up in store via gf for a surprise gift same day. She drove an hour to retrieve item...only to be told that she cant. Even though it has been purchased and is in stock. I called twice beforehand to confirm. I was told she can purchase item in the store and I can come in and return the other when it arrives....??? Makes absolute no sense to me. Ive made multiple purchases from Kay Jewelers in the past, but this experience has steered me to shop elsewhere from now on!

Wednesday January 2, 2019My husband and I have been account holders with marks and Morgan’s for years, when my husband finally decided he wanted to purpose he knew exactly where he was going to get the ring. Just recently they have switched to kay jewelers in the governor square mall in Tallahassee fl and it was the worst thing they ever did. I went in to have my anniversary band sauntered to my set, when I had an encounter with a employee that I unfortunately did not get her name. She had the most sour attitude, acted as if she did not want to be there, didn’t want to have to look my new band up in the system so had me looking it up on my phone and after the attitude, pure laziness and lip I got just because she ACTUALLY HAD TO WORK at work she proceeds to drop my ring on the ground once and then almost again all while complaining about she just needed to go home because she was tired and this just was not her day and that the manager was “doing me a favor” by not making me pay up front for it all, honestly after that service I don’t think I should have to pay for any of it, I think dealing with that and having to pay for the band is a sufficient! Worst encounter I have ever had and I NEVER have experienced that with Marks and Morgan! We will no longer purchase here and longer!Update January 11, 2019My husband went in to pay the ring bill at Kay’s. He then proceeds to ask what the status on the ring was. He then was told that it had just been sent off TO the repairer. So my ring has sat for how long in the store? And they are quoting us January 19th for pick up. I get the told me they were behind BUT that’s almost a month and there’s no telling IF it’ll even be here by the 19th or what condition it may be in from the related horror stories I’ve heard of the damaging others wedding sets!With all this said if voting no stars was an option that’s what I’d give them.

Well, the sales person was awesome! However, when I brought my wifess rings in to be resized, the manager seemed to be only interested in squeezing more cash out of us. She knew that I had payed full price for the items, as they were purchased the week prior, a day after a major holiday, yet she, the manager, pushed for an unreasonable amount more money. Having had enough of that and now, because of this manager, I was far more aware of just how much money this was all costing me, I decided to simply return the items. We went there to get more services, not to return the items. The manager in this circumstance, forced us to reconsider our relationship with the store, and we did return our goods. The sales person, however, did a wonderful job. She sold me four diamond rings inside of ten minutes and I dont want my message here to reflect negatively on her, as this situation had nothing to do with her. The manager did all the talking, and handled the interaction with us all wrong, as evidenced by the results - merch coming in, instead of going out.

Came and got a ring on 12/9 it’s supposed to have been ready 1/4 it’s 2 days later no notification or update on progress . They were happy to charge my card but hard pressed to let me know what’s going on with my item . I will not be buying from here agian it was a mistake . I understand the holidays but if you were to have told me I could have gone some where else . Never agian . I wish I read these reviews before I went in this place smh . I am not looking forward to finishing this transaction and I’m bracing myself for what foolishness they have for me next. Thanks for updates on payments but I guess it’s a little too much to ask for an update on where my ring is in this process.
