Had a wedding ring set (engagement ring and wedding bad) sent off for repair that was suggested by the store associate for a loose diamond. After 3 weeks of waiting we finally got the rings in. Picked up the rings, wife says something just doesn’t seem right, I said probably just not use to wearing them for 3 weeks. Once we get home my wife starts noticing bands don’t match at starts comparing them to our wedding photos of the original set. The wedding band was different. Different size, one less diamond, and different settings. Basically, go back store assistant manager says ring is the same (clearly not) and doesn’t want to hear or even look to compare the photos we have to the actual ring. Complete rip off!!!! BBB was notified, and possibly a small claims court case soon to follow.
Staff was very attentive. Soon as I walked in greeted with smiles an can I help you. Music to my ears. After driving nearly 2 hours just to have my 6 month ring inspection. Due to the closing of Zales in Albany Ga. mall . Everyone wearing masks. What can I say very good experience.
My visit here was wonderful. I love how theyre taking all safety precautions due to Covid-19 without compromising superb customer service. I had an issue with the sizing of my bridal set, but the staff was able to rectify the problem immediately. Mind you theyre working with a limited staff, yet they delivered the same quality of service as they wouldve pre-pandemic. Thank you Zales Team!
Me and my husband was visiting from Jacksonville for the homecoming and stroll in the store and Daphne was real nice. She took the time to show us some rings for myself then offer to clean both our wedding rings. She let us know that my husband ring was one of there’s and he can upgrade by trading in his ring and using it as a down payment. I hope I got that right. I went to Zales at the Governors Square Mall yesterday to look for a watch for my grandpa’s birthday. Cathy was very kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and provided ample guidance to choosing the right gift. I will choose Zales first for my jewelry purchases because of this experience, and I will always ask for Cathy. I have never had such a pleasant experience when shopping for jewelry. FILTHY, NASTY, STORE WITH POOREST SERVICE EVER. I am a loyal Zales customer and I have never seen a Zales store so nasty and service the poorest ever seen. Thousand dollar earrings in a holder falling apart, peeling plastic, dirty case, and worse. How can Zales Corporate allow this store to exist in a MALL?? I brought my grand daughter in there to buy her some diamond stud earrings...could not get help, left, came back, and just should have stayed away. Most unpleasant sales person ever and when she opened the case I could not believe the displays. HORRIBLE!! I took my grand daughter to Kay Jewelers and bought her a beautiful diamond set.
Unfortunately my wedding ring was purchased from Zales, so I am stuck dealing with them for the rest of my life. I have only had my ring for 3 years, and Ive had to send it in three or four separate times for stone replacements after loosing diamonds. Each time it gets sent out for repair, it takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks to get it back. The sales staff is very hit or miss; I have had some that were friendly, and some so rude that I wonder how they got hired in the first place. I will not buy another piece of jewelry from this store due to their poor quality jewelry and SLOW repair center.
Frankly, Im not even sure why Zales even bothers with a store since *anything* you order has to be ordered online anyway. The staff is clueless and have a hard time even using their own system to determine order status. Its been 3 weeks since we ordered our wedding rings and still not here.

Terrible customer service and policies. Do yourself a favor and never consider buying from Zales, especially the Tallahassee location. Staff is also extremely unfriendly, rude, and incompetent.
