Kitchen granite countertops project: Superb customer service. Very professional from the consultation, measurements to the project installation date. They didn’t have the granite material at first, but was able to accommodate my preference by ordering it from their sister company. I was so excited! They also use an appointment reminder system and we’re very flexible with me in terms of scheduling the project which I was very thankful for especially during the pandemic. I recommend their services and will be using them again!

We purchased our quartzite from Marie for our master bath remodel. She was so helpful and patient, and we enjoyed working with her very much! They measured quickly, and came to install the stone quickly. However, that’s where everything went wrong. We had some concerns during installation when they used what appeared to be mastic (I’m not 100% sure) to adhere the stone in the shower, as this is not appropriate for wet environments. Also, we saw that the amount of material they used was entirely in adequate for the size of the stone. The caulking under the sink had a bunch of gaps in it which would have caused a leak if we did not go back and fix it the next day. We waited the appropriate amount of time per the stone installer’s instructions to begin tiling the shower. As soon as we stepped on the curb, the entire thing moved and was in no way attached to the shower. We pulled them off to see just how little material was actually supposed to attach the stone to the shower. We reinstalled the stones ourselves with the appropriate type and amount of material. Again, the stones are beautiful and they have excellent customer service but the installation was not done properly and after they had already been in our house two times we ended up fixing it all ourselves.

My experience with Flintstones was outstanding. I found them to be responsive, offer the product I was looking for and to top it all off, they delivered their services quickly. No running around, no guessing, a true 1-stop shop. The crews that did the install were efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves as well. I would surely use Flintstones again and recommend to any family/friends.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen countertops, backsplash, and sink. Rodriqo was very helpful throughout the process helping us decide what we wanted. We were able to see a big slab of the quartz at their warehouse instead of choosing from just a small sample. Rodrigo handled everything for the countertops, sink, plumbing, and subway tile backsplash so that we did not have to coordinate the project with various companies. We highly recommend Flintsones.

Visited Flintstones to look at stone for my kitchen in my new home. Marie was very kind, patient, and informative. In working with me she scheduled the removal of the old countertops early on in the renovation process so that my cabinets could be restored. Once the cabinets were completed, measurements were done and two days later my beautiful countertops were installed. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and are reasonably priced. They will be installing my backsplash soon!

I cannot say enough about the quality of the materials and the work. Beautiful selection of stone and it was so easy to work with Rodrigo. We purchased our home and he replaced our kitchen countertops, installed a full granite backsplash, built in a sink, cabinet and long countertop in our laundry room and replaced all of the sinks and countertops in our 4 bathrooms. My kitchen counter tops and back splash look so incredible after I had Flintstones install them for me. When I went in to select my counter tops they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the perfect ones to match my cabinets and floors. Then they gave me a great price on the products and they came and did the install when they said they were going to do it. I could not be more thrilled with the product or their craftsmanship. I am now thinking of having them do my bathrooms!

Rodrigo and crew were very professional and went out of their way to help us finish our kitchen. We first used them to install our master bath countertop and they did a fantastic job so we brought them back to do our kitchen. Great! When our original contractor was unable to get our job started after months of delay, Flintstones stored our countertop for FOUR MONTHS. (We offered to pay more than our original 25% down -- they said, no worries.) When our new contractor (Gabriel Tillett) got to work, Flintstones worked evenings and weekends to finish the job quickly, knowing we had been frustrated (by the original contractor) for months. Ordered Quartz countertop top for bar, they came out and measured and then all of a sudden they can’t get my countertop. I would beware of purchasing from them if that’s how they do business.

From the very beginning Rodrigo and his team were extremely helpful. The selection of granite was excellent, they had great advice and were very patient as we changed our minds several times. My overall experience wasnt what I was expecting. There was issues with the quality and craftsmanship of the quartz slab. The eased edge was not uniform across and the workers had to fill in numerous chips in the quartz. A few weeks later finding left over glue resin on the slab from the workers trying to fix the chips. There were a few issues with workers arriving on time. Communication between Heather and myself was good.

Met Rodrigo at the Capital Cir NE location - explained what we wanted - new countertops, sink in our small kitchen in our older home (built in 50s). He gave us great advice on what we should (and should not) do - he also knew where the sales were for fixtures. Came by later that week to do measurements and installed on a Saturday. The workers were very professional, and frankly, so quiet I hardly knew they were there. I love the new counters - very reasonable price! I highly recommend this very experienced business!

My experience with Flintstones was great! Rodrigo & Heather were very easy to work with and were always timely with response to my emails or calls. I added granite counter tops to my existing cabinets which ended up having an uneven surface. The Flintstones crew handled the issue with grace leveling my cabinets so that the granite would fit properly. All of the crew members that worked on my project were very polite and on time. I am already planning on using Flintstones again for a future project.

I needed the sink cut out in our existing granite countertop enlarged to accommodate a new kitchen sink. Heather was very helpful & friendly. She was actually able to get a crew out the same day. We just completed kitchen remodels on the two houses that we own. Flintstones did an excellent job, Heather was fabulous to work with and Hernan and his installation crew did a fantastic job. When looking at the countertops I am amazed at the beautiful curves and angles, all perfectly done. True craftsmanship. We also used their tile contractor, Javier. He and his staff are very meticulous, you will get a first class job.

Would rate my experience at 3.5 stars if possible. Rodrigo and Marie are very friendly and helpful; there were no surprise costs and I appreciated their input during the planning process. Install employees were polite, but I never really knew when they were going to show up as I was not told a start time or given advance notice that they were en route.I am pleased with the granite counters they installed in my kitchen and guest bathroom. The price and turn around time are very reasonable.However, the 3x6 subway tile backsplash installed in the kitchen didnt turn out as well as Id hoped. There were no spacers used, which made for grout lines that are a bit wavy if you look closely and narrower than Id expected. About halfway through the kitchen the tile starts to slope uphill because the first row of tiles were cut larger (2 1/8 at first and 2 5/8 at the most off point). When making the original plans, I asked for very dark gray or black grout; workers showed up with light grey grout which I rejected, again saying I wanted dark grout. They returned with a medium grey grout and told me it was the darkest the store carries. It was already after 11 by that point and I am not a confrontational person so I let the grouting start because I needed it finished that day, though after they left that day I confirmed that the Home Depot they went to did indeed have my desired dark grout in stock. Im giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a misunderstanding, and that they chose something that looked darker (than the first color) with grey in the name not knowing there were better options available. I will be buying dark grout stain to correct the color as this is a process I have previously undertaken and feel confident doing myself. Outlet holes were cut in a way that didnt allow for covers to be re-installed without additional labor; my husband and I will need to drill/notch out spots for the cover screws to recess into the tile. Im not sure if this is normal, but it wouldve been nice to know ahead of time to have the materials on hand if that is the case.For granite countertops, I would absolutely recommend Flintstones; for future tile work I would probably think twice though unless you are more comfortable with micro-managing the process than I was.

We shopped around a few months before deciding on Flintstones on our kitchen granite countertop replacement. We are glad we made the right choice. First of all, they offered the best price, compared to all local shops we have been to. Rodrigo, the owner, is very easy to work with. Home depot and Lowes may have attractive promotions from time to time, but they will add additional service charges in the end to make their final price much higher. Second, Flintstones also has the warehouse next to their shop so you can conveniently check the fairly large inventory and pick the slab you like. Third, they promised to get the installation done in two weeks (mine in one week). Last but not the least, their installation is flawless. I would recommend them to anyone in town!

Im writing this over a year after the install and overall Im pleased. There were a few miscommunications which were a bit frustrating, but the reality is in the end the took care of any issues.The owner is honest and helpful; I would recommend giving them a shot. The finished result was better than I expected.

They damaged one of our brand new cabinets. Fortunately, we noticed that one right away during installation. They tried to blame it on us. But we wouldnt budge. So they agreed to reimburse me on that one.I also just realized that they used putty to fill a large chip they made in the granite before, during, or after installation (not sure which since they never told me).Very sneaky company. I wont be doing business with them again.

I bought a real fixer upper in Quincy, FL on Lake Talquin and one of the last main things I had to get done was the kitchen. Flintstones not only installed my absolutely beautiful granite counter top but they also made my requested modifications to my cabinets and even added a couple of cabinets, matching the original cabinets wonderfully. They even threw in replacing the old wood window sill at the last minute with a perfectly matching piece of granite. Everyones jaw drops when they see my new kitchen. Thank-you soooo much to everyone at Flintstones for putting a very big smile on my face every morning when I see my fabulous kitchen remodel.

Flintstones updated my kitchen counters, all three bathroom vanity tops, and all sinks in my house. Their River White granite is GORGEOUS, and I love the sinks! They were able to schedule me for installation within a week of me first stopping by their Southwest location. I asked Rodrigo for edging recommendations when he was at the house to take measurements and decided to go with his recommendation of quarter round edge instead of half bullnose (my original pick) for my space. Im very glad that I went with his recommendation. I also shopped my project with Lowes, and Flintstoness rates came in much better than Lowess rate for my project. I would definitely recommend Flintstones LLC.
