Very pleased with our counter tops and the customer service we received. After my counters were installed the tile guy got a polymer grout all over my countertops. It would not come all the way off. I called superior granite (Devon) for any advise. he came the next day to see what could be done and helped my husband get them back spotless. Needless to say my countertops are back to being beautiful.

I cant say enough about George and his crew at Superior Granite. They were first recommended to us by our contractor helping with our master bath install. The piece of Italian marble they installed makes the bathroom. We were allowed to pick the slab to ensure it was really what we were looking for. Two years later we found ourselves ready to do our kitchen counters and made the foolish mistake of going with a big box store because of all the discounts we could get. We paid in full and after waiting 2 MONTHS and still not having counter tops, I asked for a full refund and went back to George. I picked the exact stone I wanted and he had them installed in less than 2 weeks. And in the end, all of the services he includes in his price that I would have had to pay extra for at the other place, made him a better value. His installers are courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I love my counter tops. I smile every time I walk into my kitchen.

From the very beginning of my contact with Superior Granite until project completion, George and his team exceeded all of our expectations with regards to customer service, product selection, patience with our long awaited decision making, scheduling, and installation. I cannot say enough good things about every employee that we dealt with throughout the process.

I was recommended Superior Granite by my very awesome realtor. My main problem was getting in touch with them and/or getting them to respond. I called. I left a message (during working hours) and sent an email and never got any response. Finally, today, I drove out there and when I arrived the sign on the door read out to lunch, be back at 1 p.m.. Needless to day I went to another granite location....

We stopped by the location on Capital Circle just out of curiosity and we knew almost immediately these people were who we wanted doing our granite. The prices are fair, every one we came into contact with was VERY professional and friendly, answering every question, I never realized every pc would look different even if named the same. George, the owner, even opened up his warehouse on a weekend so we could go and pick out the EXACT piece of stone we wanted and let us choose how we wanted it cut. The installers were great too. When they left, my kitchen looked beautiful! Definitely recommend their work and service! Great Job!

Good options of granite

What can I say? You get what you pay for. The upside: the installers were courteous, pleasant and punctual. They were efficient in their work and cleaned up the dust. The downside: walls were gouged where the marble slab had to be fit into the enclosure. Since they measured the enclosure, the gouges were not a great testament to their precision. Paint was scuffed in several places and will need to be repainted. The paint on the cabinet was also scuffed and will need to be repainted. They removed drawers and did not replace them. They left dirty water on the tub. There were spots where dirt was left on the floor. The marble itself had several calcium deposits. When I pointed them out, they said that there was nothing to be done and besides we had already paid for it. Fair enough, but not a great indicator of their responsiveness. Perhaps, the worst part of their job was that they placed the sink under the countertop. The sinks were originally on top of the countertop. That effectively lowered the countertops over 2 inches and did not give enough clearance for the faucets to be installed. I probably should have reminded them to be careful but I assumed that it was their responsibility to caution me about such things since I gave them the faucets. What this suggests is a lack of professionalism. Good interpersonal skills but just barely adequate workmanship. I will not recommend them to anyone.
