I like it for a small grocery store and not a big giant chain. They are employee owned, have pretty decent prices and always ask if I found everything I was looking for. They also have sour cream and chive potatoes which I havent been able to find at many other stores anymore. Why I dont know they are pretty tasty. They have a deli with pretty decent fried chicken. If I could make some suggestions it would be to get rid of the Kraft BBQ sauce, add some cattlemans and other BBQ sauces, more international delight coffee creamers and sugar free versions, some sugar free desserts. Id actually give it 3 1/2 stars.

Great place to shop! Friendly atmosphere

Food giant is a nice little hometown store with that hometown feeling. Most the staff is very friendly, and helpful. However, if your looking for a quick in and out that usually doesn’t happen because the cashiers have one set speed, SLOW! They take a little too much time socializing with certain customers.My only big complaint about this store is the fact they sell NO PEPSI!! And no plans in near future to change that.

I was extremely disappointed. I went to the deli Saturday. Ordered 25 piece mixed chicken. The young black lady working was rude to start with. She was NOT wearing gloves to serve people with. When my mom asked her about gloves she got an attitude. We waited 30 minutes for the chicken. Then when the chicken was done she helped multiple people who came up before us. Needless to say I dont think I will go back. They have great prices. But the NOT wearing gloves is not good!!! And our chicken wound up only being warm instead of hot!!!

The store was well stocked and immaculate. The prices were good, and our cashier was hometown friendly! We left the store smiling.

This location has improved tremendously since they took it over from IGA. Much cleaner, staff is nice and shelves are always stocked. Theyll even offer to stock your favorite item if they dont currently carry it.

Our first time in food Giant and it brings back memories when we lived in New York it reminds us of IgA supermarkets and the funny part was when we talked to them in there it used to be an IGA supermarket but now its employee run stores kept up very clean the help is very friendly and nice in there and the price is a very good especially you should see how they got the meat set up in there so we hope this review helped you out and we definitely recommend this food Giant in Woodinville

Always greet you with a smile, and I find what I want!

The store was very clean. Meat department produce, and groceries were all well stocked. The deli was well stocked with a variety of ways that looked real inviting. I chose the 8 piece dinner mixed with collard greens and squash. I must say they were the best I had eaten in a while. I also bought a small dish if baby green limas and they were very excellent as well. Will recommend anyone to visit the deli at Food Giant in Woodville.

Got great service there good food could upgrade on their produce but it is good service dont have to stand in line long

Only go for the convenience but the store smells bad and the prices are ridiculous. Dont buy meat there unless you like the consistency of shoe leather

Loved this employee-owned, small independent grocery store which reminds me of the A&P of my childhood. Prices are good. Its small, so selection is limited, but they have what youll likely need.

Meat department has dropped to an all-time low. And as always double check your receipt.

I cant think of anything good about Food Giant - Woodville!!!!! The environment is not pleasant! The quality of their produce is bad most of the time! Their prices are kind of high! Their selection is mediocre! This place has a small town environment - very clickish! My wife shops there for a few things, but I never go there. I like Publix much more.

Their cut honeydew is mushy and isnt good at all..Thats the only negative thing I can think of . All of the workers are nice and pleasent.

I love food giant. The store is a little old and dated. But they are well stocked. As much as it pains me to say Food Giants fried chicken rivals Publix for the best fried chicken you can get. I recomend food giant to anyone that wants some home town feels

The food is good especially on Wednesdays 16 piece dark 6.99 cant beat especially when u have a house full..my only down fall is this one lady in the back she is really rude. Other than that great place to get groceries.

Good hometown grocery store

Went to check out and no one was there. They were all in the office. I had to get their attention for someone to come out. Most of the time there are long lines and takes forever because the cashiers are so slow. They almost never have enough cashiers.

If you are buying something that has to be weighed, watch cashier. I bought 1 small tomato and cashier weighed at 3 lbs. Actually weighed .47oz! Also overcharged on hot dogs. Getting a refund was a nightmare. Only wanted to give me .75 (Actual price) for tomato instead of what I paid. Took 4 people and 30 min to get my money back. Cashier said she might have been leaning on scale....

Its so nice having this place so close to home, friendly and helpful staff and great weekly sales!

Staff dont wear masks correctly, and most dont know what hummus is. Redneck central.Good for stuff you need in an emergency, but I wouldnt consider this a full grocery store.

Awesome shopping experience. The employees are very helpful and nice. Especially the nice lady in the Deli that took time to ensure I was getting the best value for my lunch choices. You cant go wrong shopping for your groceries and quick meal options at this employee owned store. When you meet nice people also shopping here you know you are in the right place for your food needs. I had a good feeling when I walked out of here today knowing that my dollar was spent locally in an employee owned business.

Its changed from the old grocery store prices are higher being isolated like it is in the area but people have to eat

They dont consistently stock so tons of stuff is always out. The milk is always a week or less from going bad. And none of the employees wear their masks properly - if they bother at all. They dont enforce masks or social distancing - in a VERY small space. And even the managers walk around socializing with other employees about getting drunk instead of working (again - no masks or masks under their chins or not covering their nose). If I had any other option beyond driving down to Publix I would NEVER walk in there (and I avoid it at nearly all costs 99% of the time).

Overpriced for such a limited selection. The only positive is the fried chicken.

Since the store became employee-owned, it has done a 180 degree turn. Smells better for one and is very clean. The deli food is very good even though most of the vegetables are from cans. Food Giant is overpriced probably because they are a small grocery store and need to make money. But its worth it if you need to run in and grab a few items. The employees are so friendly and helpful.

Recently started shopping here. Its 40 minutes from where I live but when running errands I like to include Food Giant at Woodville. Very clean, great produce and meat selection. Prices are very reasonable too! Now my favorite grocery store even better than publix and much easier to shop and check out. Love the small town stores!

The customer service is decent. However I didnt like how run down the store looks overall.

Has a good sale every now and then.. Probably can find most staples that you need. However it would not be my first or second choice to shop. But definitely a very basic store at best! 😉

Does not seem to be very sanitary or clean in the meat area. Prices can be higher or comparable to other groceries. Limited selection. Prefer a cleaner store. Would not shop here.

Its a friendly neighborhood grocery. Has basics and meat good quality and inexpensive. But lacks a few things I like: Tofu, ricotta, whole grain tortillas or flat bread. And forget about imported cheese or plain high quality yogurt.

At the Food Giant I have come to know some really good and down to earth people. The food is great and so are the staff the work and run the Deli. Sal, Tiff, April May and June and every body else that put out to make the deli a success . I take my hat off to everybody at the food giant. Keep 🆙 the good work.😎😎😎

Amazing manager. Ive never been in the store without seeing him hard at work and assisting customers. Once, when the deli line was a little backed up, he personally prepared my food. Five star service!!!

Weekly sales in every department, they have a hot deli for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seasonal produce, brown and white eggs and an outstanding meet department that cuts the meet for you if its too big. Household, baby food,grilling stuffand a huge freezer section. Fresh bread delivered daily.

A great place to do your grocery shopping. The hot bar is awesome to grab a meal on the go for yourself or the whole family...highly recommend this supermarket...I love it.
