Internet kept giving different phone numbers and they wouldnt answer any

The customer service at this location was amazing! I spent way less than I thought I would on a mattress that I absolutely love. This location has a wide variety of selections for any price point that are all top quality. The sales associate, Daniel, was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process of buying my first mattress. I would recommend anyone to come here before they buy a mattress elsewhere!

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress One. The staff (Daniel) knew exactly what they were talking about and found us a mattress within our price point. We are extremely satisfied with the mattress that we selected at Mattress One, and got better quality than we were expecting. I would recommend anyone to check this place out before deciding on a mattress.

My husband and I bought a bed last Saturday from Mattress One and had an excellent experience. It was the second store we visited. Daniel helped us. I started off by telling him about our poor experience at a different mattress company in town and why we left. We told him our price range and what we wanted. He said that would be easy to find and showed us different options. He also asked us important questions to consider when purchasing a mattress. My husband and I felt very informed and comfortable with making this important purchase. Were very pleased with the customer service and product. Id definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great customer service/mattress and wants to avoid the stereotypical salesperson.

Bought a queen mattress a couple weeks back from William at Mattress One. He was amazing when we were in store with my family and was very patient as we looked at many mattresses!! The warehouse made a slight error on our order but once I called William he took care of us and made sure that as customers we were more than satisfied!! We will definitely buy from here again!!

My experience at Matress One on North Monroe Tallahassee was awesome. DANIEL was so wonderful to work with!! He was professional yet down to earth. He moved through the sales process so quickly as his technology skills are outstanding! Needless to say I purchased two mattresses and will recommend Daniel and Mattress one to everyone !

Got a great deal on a really nice new bed. Daniel took the time to go through all the options that are out there these days and worked his numbers magic getting me out the door spending much less than I would have across the parking lot at the other guys. Cannot wait to sleep on my new bed!!

Daniel was great when I went in ! He was very informative and I got the mattress that I wanted. He also made me feel very special by telling me when I walked in to make myself home and test any bed I like. He also informed me on the adjustable base that I did purchase! I can’t waky until my set arrives :)

Bought an adjustable bed and a headboard from them.The installer showed up an hour late and told us they werent going to be able to install the headboard to the adjustable base because they werent given the connecting brackets. When I called mattress one day said I would have to buy the brackets from Amazon or home depot.(Why did they sell an incomplete setup?)They said if I come back in a week, they will have the adjustable bed mounting brackets if I wanna buy it from them for cheap. I came back a week later and they said they wont have it until another month. So I bought the brackets myself from Amazon.When I got them mounting brackets from Amazon I finally opened up the(damaged) Box for the headboard only to realize there were no parts for the headboard. The only thing that was in the box was the headboard. There were no headboard legs, connecting bars, washers, bolts, nothing (it was on the headboard parts list)When I went back to mattress one, and told them there were no parts included with the headboard, the salesman said I was lying. He called his manager to ask what to do, and his manager at another store said I was lying too. (Why would I lie about some stupid parts?) They said they would send the parts to my house a week later. The parts never came.I went back to Mattress one and told them that I wanted to return the headboard and wanted my money back. They refused.So now a month later, I have a $300 headboard in the corner my bedroom, that I cant attach because I dont have the parts, I cant sell on eBay because I dont have the parts, and I cant return to Mattress one.They are a scam.

Me and my sister went in today and was just browsing for box springs and we ended waking out with a queen size mattress and free adjustable base! Daniel is great and friendly.

My husband and I were vastly dissapointed by the service offered at this store by the man running it this Saturday. He didnt smile or shake a hand or even get out of his chair. He barely looked at us. He asked a few very broad questions (3), but didnt offer any suggestions. Still we browsed for a bit. The final straw was the extreme difference in service the attendant offered to the next couple who arrived. First, he stood. Then, he smiled. Then, he very enthusiastically began to discuss their mattress needs. The most obvious difference in that couple and ourselves was that they appeared the share a heritage with the mattress man. Yes, my husband and I have distinctly pale visages. I do not think that is a good reason to disdain us. I recommend avoiding this place on principle alone.

Wow! I love this place. I had such a great experience while shopping for a mattress at Matress One on North Monroe St. Krystal and Daniel were both friendly and very knowledgeable about their mattresses! I will be shopping there again soon!

Very helpful sales assistant, yes BUT HORRIBLE HORRRRIBLE customer service! Was to receive my mattress in days, days turned to weeks with NO ONE calling to even inform me of the changes. Told me they had the mattress in stock and then they didnt and then they did and then they sold it out to someone else. HOT MESS!!!!! Dont go here! For your own good health! Heavily pregnant and having to sleep on the floor because of the terrible service here. Still have NOT received up until now.

The salesman was knowledgeable of the products and didn’t pressure us into buying anything.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in on a Friday to a store employee, Mikayla, who was struggling to get one mattress from one side of the store to the other and I helped her. I went to buy a king sized mattress and was told it would be delivered the following Monday and that I would be called an hour before. As she was checking me out, one of her 2 inch long fake nails was just casually sitting there on the desk right in front of me. It wasnt until the end of the transaction that she even noticed. Monday I never received a call from the delivery driver and had to call Mikayla who was incredibly rude and unhelpful! She said she is unable to contact the driver. I called another store and was given different information that the driver had attempted to deliver it and that delivery had been rescheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday the exact same thing happened. No call, no show. Mikayla was real eager to take my money but could not have bothered to look up the details of the delivery. At this point I called corporate who said they would deliver it in Saturday with a mattress protector free of charge. Saturday comes around and I actually receive a call and my mattress. EXCEPT now they forgot the protector even though it was on the invoice I signed! The delivery guy even goes so far to say that they tried to deliver it before, but werent going to look in my cul de sac because the truck might get stuck??? These people are grade A morons!Edit: the idiots the delivered also managed to knock down the power lines and didn’t bother to say a thing about it.

Daniel was awesome he really was very nice and sweet to me and my nieces. We did purchase a queen bed and cant wait for the delivery.

Thought it was a good place but got a defective mattress and took a little over a month to get the issue resolved.

Save yourself the headache and dont go here. Had numerous issues every step of the way and never even got the mattress or adjustable base. Took a month and numerous calls to even get my refund.

The most horrible experience we have ever had! Do not buy from them! We started looking for a mattress at another place. When we came in the store on Monroe the salesman (Jerome I believe) told us he would match their price and we would get free delivery. We went to lunch and decided to go back and purchase. Upon returning he ran our credit and we got all the way to signing and he then decided to tell us he could not do the original price and the total was going to be higher. This is unacceptable! If he would have told us beforehand it would have been fine but this was being dishonest and just trying to make a sale. We were irritated and left. After a few hours of shopping we found ourselves across town near another one of their locations. We went inside and decided we would just purchase the same mattress set there since the original salesman was dishonest. We told Daniel, some kind of area manager, what happened and the price and he said his price would be even higher than the original guys!! We told him we were suppose to get free delivery and he said he would never do that since our mattress was discounted through the other guy. We left and decided to go back to original location just to make things easier on us because we wanted to get it bought that day instead of having to look around. Upon returning to the Monroe location we found out that Daniel had called and revoked our free delivery (even though they advertise free delivery)! We bought anyways against our better judgement. I had to go pick it up (an hour each way) the next week. When we took it out of the plastic it was ripped! We had to call and get another. The new one was suppose to be delivered two days later. The day came and we heard nothing. We had to call and check ourselves! Our mattress had been put on a truck to Miami by mistake. They ordered another and it took another week to get it! On the day it was suppose to be delivered the delivery guy called and asked if we could wait two more days because his truck was running rough! My husband said no. It was delivered later that day. The delivery guy was very nice. The only employee that was helpful and honest was a woman that helped me when we picked up the mattress originally and ordered the new one when I called about the rip. We will never order from this place again!! Terrible customer service and very dishonest! Would have given it 0 stars if that was an option.
