Scooterville staff has to the date of this review been wonderful working with to fix my moped. they dont shovel sales they dont sell what you dont need. what you want done they will do. And they do it right. My goal has been A to B transportation and theyve kept me going. they are a bit expensive but you get the satisfaction that they are interested in building positive long term relations with the Tallahassee community they serve.

Originally got an oil change here, saw instant improvement. Today I got replacement parts for my headlight and mirrors; quick service and employees that go above and beyond expectations.

Nice little shop very nice mopeds, apparently the stimulus money has led to a lot of purchases!

Worst customer service Ive ever received by one of the managers Annah. (Not sure if her name is spelled correctly).Last month I took my scooter in the get my side blinker replaced and a blinker switch fixed. I arrived at the store and dropped my scooter and paid the diagnostics fee. An hour later, I received a call back telling me that to fix with my blinker and replacing my headlight bulbs would be $145. Over the phone I said ok to that, and a 2 minutes after we hung up they sent me an itemized receipt and they were trying to charge me $70 for two halogen light bulbs.Within 10 minutes of our phone call giving them my payment, I called back and said I dont need my headlight bulbs replaced if its that much and wasnt given an itemized price list. The guy instantly responded with sorry no refunds. I then spoke with the manager Annah, and she responded with we dont give refunds. I then pulled up my receipt which is charging me a headlight panel ($35 a piece x2) and mentioned that I dont even know what a headlight panel is, it was just my headlight bulb that was out. She goes sorry they guy is new but thats also the price of the headlight bulbs. And then with an attitude said to me so you were ok when we told you the price was $145 to fix everything but now youre not? I was taken back by this because no one told me my light bulbs were going to be $35 a piece.After being rude and continuing talking back to me, she then realized that the headlight panel price is not the same as a headlight bulb and states that I can now come in for a refund of $50.A week later I came to the store to get my refund which needed to be done in person and Annah had a mechanic come out to show me two different types of headlights and then tries to proceed with We actually charged you the correct amount and that her owner was even mad that we have to issue me a refund in the first place. She actually tried denying that I was owed a refund in the first place even though these were her own words.Not only was my experience overwhelming with rudeness from some of the staff but Annah even doubled down on lying to me saying they charged me the correct price of $70 for two headlight bulbs.I called Scooterville in Orlando spoke to Keith who quoted me at $15 a piece so I know this was a flat out lie from the manager in the Tallahassee Location.When I came into the store Annah would not even look at me or talk to me as she was too busy rolling her eyes at me at the front desk on her laptop, and over the phone she was quick to hang up and again was the rudest person Ive encountered from a customer service standpoint.In closing, I left Scooterville with a very bitter feeling because Ive bought my scooter here and do all my maintenance and never encountered any problems until I met Annah.UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE:I did not receive a discount of any sort, that is a flat-out lie!!!!!! I got refunded the difference that the manager promised me because she didnt know the prices of the different headlight bulbs while arguing with me saying its the same price as a headlight panel. She even tried saying mine was an LED light over the phone (which its not, its halogen). Our issue was obviously resolved but it wasnt without hesitation from management and unnecessary rudeness hence why I made sure the mention the managers name and not the new guy. He was OK in my book, and yes mistakes happen. While I was satisfied with the refund from me OVERPAYING, this one star review is from how my situation was handled. Again not only was management rude, they continued to lie about the price even when I called the location in Orlando in which reflected a price of over half the cost of what Tallahassee Scooterville was arguing with me over. I felt bitter because Im still shocked on how management thought it was OK to be rude to anyone and talk down to me on the phone, and not acknowledge me in person. I hope you can look at this review, and learn how not to treat customers.

Wish I could give zero stars. They sold me a lemon, every time I bring it in they tell me it is fine. Brand new wolf lucky. 1500$ and has not worked since I bought it. I will drive it about 10 miles and then it will stop working, only to be able to start again after about an hour. They do not have good communication and pretty much call me crazy when I tell them what happens. The told me they did replacements to parts and then when I asked for proof of the services they did (the paperwork for the service covered under warranty) they tell me all they did was observe it. I have had to spend over 200$ on ubers because I do not have a way to get groceries, I cannot drive myself to class, and they are dismissive and disrespectful. I have had my parents and step-parents all call, they gave me information that they replaced the carburetor yet they told my step dad that they did not. I was polite at first about it but at this point I feel unsafe on my scooter as I do not know when or how it will work or not. They told me it quit on them from 2 people, and then after they back tracked and said no one had issues.

Incredibly impressed with the service provided by the workers of Scooterville (especially the handsome worker Royce). The scooters are affordable and all very beautiful. 11/10 would recommend. Perfect for college students trying to get around campus and around town.

Employees are phenomenal and extremely friendly (especially Royce). They are willing to accomadate your wishes and needs. They didn’t have the colorway I wanted in a particular model, and they ordered and got mine shipped fast! This place is exceptional. Customer service is unmatched! There scooters are garbage a lot of issues after a few weeks of ownership. When you get approved for the loan payment they double the charge I was looking at a bike for 899. My approval was 699. They said after the applied that the bike price was 1800 how in the hell???? Then my hand starter stopped working cost me 150. For a new one and they had my bike for almost 23 hours. Id recommend going to all about scooters

Had a great time meeting the staff and looking at the variety of scooters and other options they have. The mini bikes and go carts look like fun for the kids and thinking this would be a great deal. Thank you again for the time and information this morning.

Bought a new Wolf 49cc scooter for my son from Bryce last week. Great sales rep. Good explanation of differences in available models. When my son had a problem this morning with his new scooter he brought it in and had it fixed and an understandable explanation of the problem quickly and was back on the road. Cant remember your name, but an extra thanks out the very nice rep from the kissimmee branch that called my daughter back in the store to give her the bracelet. Awesome gesture of kindness that was greatly appreciated! Great customer service. Thanks and Ill see you again when its time to get one for my daughter.

They have provided pertinent information regarding speeds of various sizes of scooters since I want to be sure that a scooter I buy will be safe in traffic. Their prices are reasonable especially compared to some other places I looked. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for economical transportation.

Second time here buying from them. Service is excellent and the staff are knowledgeable. Was able to walk in and walk out with a sale in 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Never again. They dont mind selling to you but do not stand by there product. My scooter had an issue with the lights from day 1. Took it in for the first service and got it back with screw missing and loose. Had to take it to another shop to get it repaired properly.

Good deals. Quick payoff. Nice employees. Their warranties dont cover repair or Towing... Good luck loading and getting it back to their mechanic!! Pricy repair costs.

Wherever you buy a scooter in Tallahassee, it’s not going to be perfect. But Scooterville has always treated my scooter with good care. Some Mistakes have been made and I’ve left dissatisfied, but if you communicate your problems and concerns to them, they will always make it right. They will make sure your scoot is running to the best of its ability no matter how old it is.Take the recommendations they give you seriously or your scoot will diminish quickly.

Wasnt able to purchase a scooter last week. Called this week to see what my options were and got hung up on. Looked at their website. LMAOOOOO. 1996 wants its website back. Ive also noticed that whoever runs their reviews has a nasty habit of blaming other companies in town whenever they get a bad review? Its pretty obvious given the number of bad reviews this place has. Its one thing to mess up but then to turn around and blame other places in town for your mess up is just beyond me. We really wanted to buy a scooter from this location given how close it was to my new apartment and how affordable your prices are. Instead we got hung up on. Second your site is a mess. Seriously do something about it.

As of right now, Im having issues with scooter. After having the scooter home for approximately 1 hour, the gas gauge is showing empty but has a full tank. The speedometer stick has fallen down. And will not start via the switch. We can only jump start the scooter. After calling the shop, I was very disappointed. Until the issue is fixed, my review remains. Im always fair. But overall, the atmosphere at the company was awesome. The people were great. Until I called about the issue everything was 100% but soon dropped to the negatives. I hope this matter is fixed on Monday. Very disappointed customer at the moment. Im willing to turn this review back to 150% positivity once my issue is fixed. And I feel like I was treated fairly....

Terrible experience with store after spending over 2000 on a brand new scooter 3 months ago this place will not stand by there warranty and make this a safe scooter for my college child. I am worried for my sons life riding on something that is not in good running order and had left him stranded today and when he got to the store instead of standing by there product they just kept trying to sell stuff. Customer service should be the core for a business and not taking advantage of a college kid . As a parent I am sad that this place treated us in this manner.

I have had two very poor experiences with this place. This first one, it took the shop a month to figure out what was wrong with my scooter. I was calling every single day to try and get an update and it was only until my father got involved and talked to the owner when any progress was made.The second instance, I explained the issues I was having with my scooter, and the man at the front desk recommended a full service be done on my scooter. So I had that, and then the next day my scooter doesnt start. I then have to bring the scooter back on my friends truck, and they then diagnose the issue and repair it. Or so I thought they repaired it, because 2 hours after I picked it up, I was driving my scooter and it died on me in the middle of the road. I had to run my scooter to a parking lot and then start it from there. Extremely unacceptable. I then bring the scooter back and 10 days later I called and they said it was ready and I have no balance to pay. I get there and then the guy at the front says that the scooter isnt running properly so theyre going to have to keep it still.This place is the worst ran business I have ever dealt with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I would strongly suggest avoiding this place.

My experience here started off ok I came in with a sluggish slow running scooter and the brakes had just gone out. I had him do a full service and valve adjustment which was done in a timely manner. they called and said the brake had locked up i gave them permission to fix it since it was fixed it took longer than i thought but was fixed. Not long after my scooter starts dieing randomly so I take it to the guys at all about scooter and I come to find out it is low on oil. After finding this out i go back to have all about scooters to check it and he says the it is fine, and did not want to fix it at that time.

Just going to be really honest here. I went there to have service done on my scooter. I explained thoroughly what the problem was with the scooter. The issue was that it cut off on me while driving. I took it to them to repair it. They told me it was my spark plugs, strange to me because i literally had new ones installed at an earlier date. They fixed and assured me that the scooter would work properly. Not even a whole 24 hours goes by and my scooter does the same thing. They didnt fix the problem and lied about it and let me drive it on the road. I called back to get a refund. THEY DO NOT HAVE SIGNS THAT SAY NO REFUNDS... NOR DID THEY EVEN MENTION THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY DONT DO REFUNDS. I spoke to the owner who was everything but helpful. He kept insisting that I was at fault. The issue of the scooter wasnt fixed. I paid 70 dollars for a diagnosis of the problem of the scooter. THe mechanic clearly misdiagnosed the issue and sent a customer on the roads and streets in a scooter that he didnt properly fix. Yet somehow im the liable party. I would advise people to exercise EXTREME CAUTION when getting their scooters repaired here, because they dont care if you die as a result of them not repairing your scooter.*EDIT TO REPLY TO THE RESPONSE*Im not denying anything i told you about the scooter. You guys are missing the entire concept here.I paid for a service, 2 in fact. 70 dollars for a Diagnostic of the Scooter - Meaning based on the word Diagnostic that you would open the proverbial hood and find out what the problem is based on what i told you. Then I paid 65 for the services that I was told would fix the problem.The scooter only got me home and not but 18 hours later its doing the same thing.That means 1 thing and one thing only. YOU misdiagnosed the problem of the scooter, charged me for repairs that clearly had nothing to do with the problem, and then said hmmmm.... lets drive it only in a small little parking lot for a minute and then tell this man that he should get on this scooter that wasnt properly fixed and send him on the road.Then when I call and state that the scooter cut off, im told that essentially told that i have to spend more money just to have you guys look at it again.You never properly fixed my scooter, you are 100% liable for that. Just because you fix something for 18 hours does not mean job done. That means you sent me out on the road in something that would have killed me because you did not fix it properly.Heres the black and white for yaI paid for a scooter repairyou claimed to have fixed the scooterit breaks down with in a 24 hr periodsomehow Im liable after it leaves your lot even though it wasnt repaired at all.That in and of itself is reckless endangerment.

I visited Scooterville of Pensacola on December 23rd and bought a Burgundy Wolfe 49cc moped! The guy at the front desk, Peter, was very helpful and friendly.
